This master thesis summarizes contemporary theories on secularization processes in the Western world, and compares these with the example of Sweden, which by many scholars is considered to be the most secularized country in the Western world.I do this by dividing the most influential theorists in five different groups. In each group I explain how the theorists formulate and motivate their positions. These groups are:1) The secularization paradigm, where secularization always accompanies modernization. (Therorists: Steve Bruce and Peter Berger (in the 1960s)2) The paradigm basically accepted, but revised to depend on existential security, rather than modernisation as such. Syfte: Vårt syfte är att undersöka vad företag har för intentioner med sitt traineeprogram och vilken betydelse traineeprogram har för företag i en allt mer konkurrensintensiv omvärld. Metod: Vi har valt att göra en kvalitativ studie av nio företag med hjälp av semistrukturerade telefonintervjuer. Vi använder abduktiv ansats, det vill säga att vi använder oss av både induktiv och deduktiv ansats under studiens gång.

I denna studie ställs frågan om den psykiatriska diagnosens sociala praktik för människor som inte har den psykiatriskt diagnostiserande specialvetenskapens utbildning genom att utforska ett perspektiv som inte uppmärksammats av forskningsfältet: vårdpersonalsperspektivet. Myxomatous mitral valve disease is a common disease in older dogs of small- to medium-size breeds. The mitral valve, and less commonly the tricuspid valve may be affected which causes them to leak blood from the ventricle to the atrium of the heart during systole. With increasing severity of mitral valve leakage the forward stroke volume ejected into the aorta decreases, which may lead to an increase in blood pressure in the pulmonary vein resulting in pulmonary edema. A decrease in cardiac output may lead to a decrease in blood pressure, but the body may respond in order to normalize the blood pressure. Franzén showed in 2007 that the systolic blood pressure was increased in dogs with severe mitral insufficiency.

Per Wahlöö is one of Sweden´s most famous crime writers. Together with Maj Sjöwall he revolutionized the swedish crime novel in the mid-sixties with the Martin Beck-series. Before that he was working as a reporter in the fifties and started writing novels about the oppression of man, power and totalitarian mentality in the end of the decade. ABSTRACT Borg, Martin (2008). Jag fattar inte! En fallstudie på en skola om elever i matematiksvårigheter. (I don?t get it! A case study on a school about pupils in mathematical difficulties) Syfte: Syftet med studien är att ta reda på hur matematiklärare och specialpedagoger i en skola arbetar med kartläggning av de elever som inte lyckas i matematik samt hur de omvandlar sina kartläggningar till handling och hur åtgärdsprogrammen ser ut för de elever som inte når målen i matematik. Metod: Fallstudie med ostrukturerade intervjuer. Resultat: När man lägger Nilholms tre perspektiv; dilemma, kompensatoriska och kritiska, att se på den specialpedagogiska praktiken, över de uttalande som respondenterna gör är det tydligt att även om alla inte är odelat positiva till den nuvarande ordningen så är den dagliga praktiken definitivt sprungen ur det kompensatoriska perspektivet.

Bakgrund: Alzheimers sjukdom förändrar minnet hos den drabbade, detta innebär att de blir beroende av vårdande. Närstående vill oftast inte lämna dem, utan blir deras naturliga vårdare i hemmet. Detta upplevs vara en trygghet för den drabbade, då minnesstörning oftast förvärras av att flytta hemifrån. Oavsett om det handlar om naturlig vård eller professionell vård är den vårdande relationen viktigt då den lindrar lidandet. Problem: Människor drabbade av Alzheimers har svårt att uttrycka sig verbalt, något som kan förhindra att den vårdande relationen uppstår.

Today there are a big need for a system that delivers overview of all available units for different municipalities and shipping- and security companies due to the increasing requirements for efficiency. The purpose with this graduation thesis is to find out which systems that is suitable to use while developing cost-effective software for positioning and to produce a prototype for such solution.This assignment has been done at the request of PocketMobile Communications AB. PocketMobile is a company that are specialized on delivering modern mobile software solutions and systems to companies with their own vehicle fleet or mobile workers.This master thesis can be split into two separate parts, the theoretic- and the practical part.The theoretic part includes producing a number of functional requirements in cooperation with PocketMobile and comparing the available systems against the function requirements.The practical part deal with the development of a prototype that demonstrates the software recommended. The development tools that best matched the functionality requirements when the selection was made in May 2007 were Map24 and OpenLayers. The system that was selected to use while developing the prototype was Map24, because this product matches all of the requirements and it is also suited for professional usage regarding support, scalability and reliability.

Metod: Fem fallstudier hos användare av affärssystem inom klädbranschen samt diskussion med en leverantör av affärssystem. Fallstudierna genomfördes med telefonintervjuer med personer väl insatta i respektive affärssystem. De enskilda fallen analyserades och ställdes mot varandra, mot leverantörens syn samt mot teorin.

The aim of this study was to get knowledge of the communicationprocess between the branch head and the co-worker in communal geriatric care. To narrow it down we focused on how the branch head experience the communicationprocess in conflictsituations between co-workers and what she or he usually do to resolve the conflict. We made qualitative interviews with ten of the branch heads in communal geriatric care, in four communes. The questions we had in mind throughout the study was based on four keywords (communication, leadership, conflict and conflict management) of which we created a narrative story from every interviewing person to get hold of the experience and knowledge behind their interviews. In our analysis as theoretical perspectives we used system theory, communication theory, attribution theory and the philosophy of Dialogue by Martin Buber.
