Via Paris till Irak : en alternativ väg för rekonstruktionen av det postkonfliktuella samhället?
AbstractThis study examines the conclusions made by Roland Paris in his case study of fourteen major post-war reconstruction efforts following the end of the Cold War, and applies them to the current reconstruction process in post-war Iraq. Paris found a common denominator of the fourteen cases ? a belief that a rapid liberalization process, turning war-torn states into liberal market democracies, would foster sustainable peace. Paris calls this belief ?Wilsonianism? after Woodrow Wilson, who was one of the first advocates of it.

A study done by Unionen shows that three out of four white collar workers choose to vobba (working and caring for a sick child), which blurs the boundaries between work and family. Solar energy on Swedish pig farms : a sunny story?
In Sweden there is a large interest in renewable energy but the market for solar power is still small compared to other countries such as Germany. Here many farmers produce their own electricity. The Federation of Swedish farmers have acknowledged the potential for Swedish farmer to produce electricity and there is an interest among the farmers. The agricultural branches in Sweden most suitable for solar power are pig production and poultry due to the even electricity need throughout a year. Swedish pig farmers are going through a period of unsteady profitability which makes it interesting to see whether producing their own electricity can affect the economic situation.
Fr?n kryph?l till skotth?l En motivanalys om undantag i svensk lagstiftning om vapenexport efter lag?ndringen 2018
This study aims to contribute to the existing research field of Swedish arms export by
examining the motives behind how the Swedish government and ISP have warranted arms
export to countries in or on the brink of armed conflict after the change in law in 2018. The
current Swedish legislation from 2018 with its basis in international legislation does not
allow arms export to countries in or on the brink of armed conflict, but it still occurs due to a
law that allows for exceptions if the arms export aligns with Sweden's interest in security
policy. Earlier research has been conducted in the field and stated that Sweden?s progressive
brand makes it possible for Sweden to export arms and still come across as a peaceful
country, and that the Swedish government is involved in the arms trade which is essentially a
private market. The analysis uses the theory of militarization to establish possible motives
and a theoretical framework.
Partnering för bättre samarbete men till vilket pris? : En studie av offentlig beställares argument till partnering
The electric vehicle market has potential to contribute to Sweden?s national goal to have a fossil fuel independent transport sector by 2030. However, the market answers to a lot of challenges making it difficult for the market to fully reach its potential. The volume of electric vehicles has seen a steady increase during the last year (2012), although many of these vehicles are mostly for PR purposes or bought by the public sector that wants to lead by example. Still, barriers in the form of high purchase costs, an anxiety for the limited battery capacity and the lack of standardisation are some of the problems that the market is struggling to solve.
Konsumentbeteende vid köp av färsk fisk : en kvalitativ studie för utveckling av ett produktkoncept hos ICA
Health and convenience trends dominate the food industry and retailing business of today.
The health consciousness is spreading while appealing product attributes concerning taste and
packaging also are increasingly important. At the same time, the competition is growing fierce
in the Swedish market with hard discount formats and niche concepts who also are trying to
provide the market with perishables. Therefore, the pressure to lower prices is increasing
making economies of scale and rationalization progressively more important.
In 2004, ICA launched private label meat packaged in a modified atmosphere. Consequently,
many stores went from in-store cutting-up and packaging to selling centrally packaged and
distributed meat. ICA is now developing a concept with fresh fish in modified atmosphere
packages and needs to increase the knowledge about the market and the consumer.

?Det bärbara biblioteket : En kvalitativ studie i hur man inom folkbibliotek resonerar kring läsplattan
The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to see how public libraries have adopted the new e-book readers and how the libraries think the e-readers will affect them in the future. There are three different theories in this study which are used to see how the e-book reader influences the libraries as an innovation and as a remediation from the paper book as well as its evolution. The authors have used four qualitative interviews where they have tried to find the most relevant librarians for the purpose. It was found that all the libraries in the study think that they need to learn about the e-reader and its functions to be able to understand users? needs, but they haven´t agreed if they should have the e-reader as a library loan.
The impact of the EU Timber Regulation on the Bosnia and Herzegovinian export of processed wood
Illegal logging and its related trade is of great concern around the world. The European Union Timber Regulation (EUTR) is a regulatory approach by the EU to prevent illegal timber and timber products to be placed on the European Union inner market. This means the regulation affects both actors in the member countries as well as the actors exporting timber and timber products to the EU from non EU member countries. This study aims to study the implementation process of the EUTR in Bosnia and Herzegovina (B-H), and its preconditions. Institutional theory is used to understand and explain how the EUTR affects B-H organisations? business environment, and how the organisations choose to respond to the EUTR.

In a Nordic context, collaboration is a traditional approach that companies use successfully for competition, survival and development. Collaborative organizational efforts cover management of committed people who can help companies achieve flexibility, customer loyalty, innovation and economic success on a challenging and competitive market. Many theorists believe that collaboration is the key to integrating technology, financial competence and innovation.

The quota system, which has regulated the European dairy production, will disappear in 2015 and the European dairy market will then be importantly affected by the volatility characterizing the dynamic of world prices. Besides this, the global demand of dairy products is expected to increase due to the growing world population. Farmers in countries such as the U.S. and New Zealand, when compared to Swedish farmers, show greater familiarity and experience with risk management tools.
