Uppsatsen avhandlar begreppet integration utifrån flyktingars uppfattning, samtidigt lyfter jag fram deras upplevelse av integration i Sverige. Forskningen visar att utlänningar i Sverige har sämre levnadsvillkor jämfört med svenskar, blir diskriminerade och utsorterade på arbetsmarknaden på grund av sin etniska bakgrund. Jag har intervjuat fem flyktingar från två olika länder i Mellanöstern i mellersta Sverige för att skapa förståelse för problemområdet.  Jag har valt att använda olika vetenskapliga synpunkter kring begreppen integration, segregation och diskriminering som utgångspunkt för nämnda problemområde. Eftersom Syftet med min forskning är att få en djupare förståelse av respondenternas förståelse och upplevelse av integration i det svenska samhället, har jag använt mig av en kvalitativ metod med ett hermeneutiskt angreppssätt.

Today, there are no standardized ways to characterize SOA, many are talking about SOA and many say they are using SOA. One way that we have chosen to characterize this phenomenon is through an evaluation that will indicate whether SOA have been used in the development. Basedon a Service Oriented Architecture literature study, we have created an evaluation pattern resulting SOA principles of integration, architecture and services. This evaluation was applied to Logica's own integration system AgrCom through an empirical study to result in a response indicating whether AgrCom is SOA based. The results of the evaluation show that AgrCom is part of an SOA solution but not an SOA as a whole concept.

This paper is concerned with surveying the possibilities of implementing a futures market based on the valuation of non-commercial real estate in Sweden. We base our survey on a theoretical speculation of how such a market would operate and what instrument would best suit the marketplace. After reaching our solution we survey key experts to receive their feedback on our suggested solution. Their feedback includes, who are potential operators on this market and their motives, possible effects of such a market on the real estate market and other aspects of society..

To integrate environmental concerns into non-environmental policy making has become an important policy objective within the European Union. This essay investigates policy instruments in use to achieve environmental policy integration in the EU's transport sector respectively fisheries sector. The point of departure is a theoretical discussion about governance and the use of different policy instruments for environmental management at the EU-level. The focal point is the argumentation that regulatory policy instruments alone cannot achieve environmental policy integration satisfactory. By using Jordan et al's classification of so called "new" environmental policy instruments (market-based instruments, voluntary agreements and ecolabels) as complements to regulatory measures, the essay investigates whether the first-mentioned are used within the two sectors.

Denna uppsats handlar om integration och de olika uppfattningarna om vad integration är. Syfte med studien är att dels ta reda på hur man arbetar med integration i en glesbygdskommun. Att försöka förstå vad olika aktörer i integrationsprocessen har för perspektiv och syn på integration. Att sedan jämföra dessa med varandra. Studien utfördes i Ljusdals kommun där Kvalitativa intervjuer utfördes med aktörer inom integrationsarbetet. Dessa aktörer är Arbetsförmedlingen, Vänskap- och integrationsföreningen samt invandrare i kommunen. Att enbart konstatera att det finns olika perspektiv på integration skulle i min mening inte leda till någon vidare intressant diskussion. Med hjälp av Graebers teori kring asymmetrisk perspektivförståelse kunde man finna svar till varför perspektiven på integration skiljer sig och vad det har för konsekvenser på integrationsarbetet. I min studie kunde man se att det inom arbetsförmedlingen fanns byråkratiska strukturer som begränsade integrationsarbetet.

Genom en kvantiativ studie av PPP, IFE och RIP, samt Aktiemarknadskorrelation och Feldstein-Horioka modellen som indikatorer för finansiell integration är det möjligt att studera den finansiella integrationen mellan Polen och EU under tids perioden 1993 - 2003. Utifrån våra indikatorer, aktiemarknadskorrelation och Feldstein -Horioka modellen, kan vi utläsa en integrationsprocess mellan marknaderna över tiden. Vi har funnit klara rön att Polen har blivit mer finansiellt integrerat över tiden sett ur ett direkt och totalt finansiellt perspektiv. Vi finner däremot inga klara tecken på ökad indirekt finansiell integration mellan Polen och EU under den undersökta perioden..

The shopping mall branch has estimated that the turnover of e-commerce will double within the upcoming ten years (NSCS, 2013). The growth can thus stop for shopping malls and there is a risk that some shopping malls end up being "dead-malls", completely losing their turnover.The thesis starts off with presenting the background for the factors of trade, i.e. e-commerce and shopping malls.This is followed by a presentation of which integration possibilities there are in Sweden today and by examples from the British market. This bachelor thesis aims to analyse the Swedish mortgage market and investigate whether it is in a current price bubble or not. Comparisons have been made with Denmark, a country with a market similar to Sweden?s, and where the mortgage market faced a price bubble that crashed in 2008. The housing market in Stockholm has been analysed as a separate market, as it differs from Sweden as a whole in prices and underlying factors to increased prices. The conclusion of this thesis is that not Sweden, nor Stockholm, is currently in a price bubble at the mortgage market.

The competition is strong and for new companies, it is hard to survive on the market.In our thesis we have investigated how Swedish people, who open new advertising agencies in New York, should market themselves to be successful on the market in New York.To gain as much information as possible about this subject, we traveled to New York and interviewed three advertising agencies, who were started by Swedes, and also the Consulate General of Sweden, and Swedish Trade Council.Our investigation resulted in that the best way to be successful on the American market is to differentiate your work from what the market has to offer. By doing this potential customers may find your work interesting and thereby chose to work with your company..

The purpose of my essay is to see how teachers are working to integrate the two subjects Art and Swedish in their teaching, and to see how this integration is made. What do teachers think about subject-integration? What are the positive effects of it? Are there any difficulties involved? Do the teachers prioritize cooperation with other subjects?To answer my questions I have interviewed eight teachers, four of them in upper secondary school and four in lower secondary school. I have also studied literature about subject-integration and children?s learning, curriculum?s and syllabi in the subjects of Art and Swedish.The results of my study show that the interviewed teachers are positive when it comes to integrating Art and Swedish and other subjects.

This paper exposes the problems and challenges organizations face when integrating aged systems, web based systems and web services. The paper focuses on how people with different titles in an organization experience systems integration and the factors that contribute to project failure or success. The research methodology used in this is Grounded Theory and the resulting theory of this paper has taken form through the coding of transcribed interviews, which have gone through a constant comparing to other theories in the area of interest, mostly articles about success factors in system integration. The resulting outcome is a success model aimed to describe the underlying indicators to achieve project success.The success model consists of three factors that contribute to success in integration projects. This paper is an event study on Initial Public Offering?s return behavior after the dot com bubble. Cumulative Abnormal Returns are used to measure the performance against a market index. The results suggest that the market correctly prices IPOs in the long run thus upholding the Market Efficiency hypothesis. Moreover, value weighted CARs show that large IPOs are more likely to outperform smaller IPOs, however in the long run there is an unpredictable pattern.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur ett HVB-hem för ensamkommande flyktingbarn i Gävleborgs län arbetar för att främja ensamkommande flyktingbarns integration. Fokus i studien låg på metoder och strategier samt svårigheter som verksamhetens företrädare upplever i sitt arbete. Metoden som användes var kvalitativ intervju och under arbetet hade författarna en hermeneutisk infallsvinkel och materialet analyserades utifrån systemteori. Resultatet visar metoder och strategier som berör trygghetsskapande, samhällsorientering och nätverksskapande. Svårigheterna berör till stor del balansen som de ensamkommande flyktingbarnen måste hitta mellan de erfarenheter de bär med sig och den situation de befinner sig i idag.

This essay will explain the effects of decentralisation, and what impact it has on the efficiency to create a better integration for immigrants on the Swedish labour market. Examples of literature that has been examined are Marcus Gossas and Jon Pierre. From these authors, I have been trying to explain the relationship between decentralisation, cooperation and efficiency.Since the end of the Second World War until the middle of 1980, Sweden mostly received labour immigrant. Since then, the immigrant pattern has changed to consist of mostly refugees. Changed immigration patterns together with increasing debts for the Swedish government has lead to decentralisation and cooperation between public authorities has therefore become a target to reach better efficiency.

The purpose of this master?s thesis is to find out in which ways a group of first generation immigrants use Swedish papers and magazines in a public library and which information needs this group has about Swedish society. One important aspect in this essay is integration of immigrants in the Swedish society as a possible effect of newspaper reading. The method used in this study is qualitative. Data is generated through semi-structured interviews.
