Syfte: Syftet med studien var att kartlägga och beskriva tillgängligheten på gym för rullstolsburna personer.Undersökningsmetod: Studien var en deskriptiv observationsstudie. Undersökningen var en tvärsnittsstudie, då mätningar gjordes vid ett tillfälle. Datainsamlingen utfördes genom strukturerade observationer av olika bedömningsområden, t.ex. närliggande utomhusmiljö, entré, träningslokal, omklädningsrum m.m. med hjälp av en egen utarbetad checklista.Resultat: Resultatet visade att hinder i tillgänglighet i huvudsak inte fanns i den närliggande utomhusmiljön runt gymmet.

Denna rapport handlar om hur utbildningsfilmer skapas. Syftet med rapporten är att förklara hur arbetet gjorts med att skapa utbildningsfilmer. Hur det går till, steg för steg, när en utbildningsfilm skapas och vad som är viktigt att tänka på när man till exempel filmar eller redigerar. Det kommer att finnas bilder med förklarade text så att det ska vara lätt att förstå samt få en inblick om hur det kan se ut. En utbildningsfilm kan exempelvis följa en föreläsning eller beskriva en operation och den används till att utbilda studenter.

There are a huge number of books and articles written in the field of usability and about the art of giving the user the opportunity to find the information he is trying to reach while browsing the website. The writers of these books are handling guidelines that are recommended to be followed, as well as describing their own views, ideas and theories of the subject. We found an interest to research the different possibilities, if any, to develop a website optimal for the user from a usability point of view. Another thing we noticed was that a need of a substantial guidance existed in website development aimed for recently started companies.New theories and rules regarding usability, which are seen as superior to the old ones and therefore replaces them, is not created that often. This is different from other IT related subjects.

This report documents the development of a software system for automaticscheduling called Hazel. This system is comprised of a server where an automaticscheduler has been implemented, as well as a web and mobile applicationthat allows users to interact with the system. The scheduler hasbeen developed with the functional programming language Haskell and usesa SAT-solver.Manual scheduling has long been the bane of managers everywhere, asmatching the needs of the employer with those of the employee is often adifficult and time-consuming task. There already exists several automaticschedulers that attempt to solve this problem. The issue with said schedulersis that thay tend to be expensive, or developed to only fulfill the needsof a particular organisation.

The client for this project is Dempsey, a digital advertising agency and production company with headquarters in Stockholm. PresenteraMera consists of several features that make it easier for businesses to create, edit and display their presentations. The tool also allows the user to always be sure that the presentations created with PresenteraMera follows a specific design, based on their graphic manual for example..

The bioenergy market has been introduced relatively late in a perspective of the Swedish forestry. Nowadays branches and tops are used more frequently as bioenergy after harvesting. Therefore, it has developed a competitive situation between pulpwood and bioenergy. This situation has even established some questions. Two examples of these are: ? At what top diameter should the final piece of pulpwood be crosscut to get the best economically result? ? Should the top diameter, at the final piece of pulpwood, be crosscut at a thicker or smaller diameter than what is done today? The purpose of this report is to answer these two questions when the harvesting is made motor manually in beech stands.

In Sweden, harvesting pre-commercial thinning (PCT) stems for energy purposes is a interesting way of financing the high cost of preparing dense stands for a profitable first conventional thinning. This concept can be labelled bioenergy thinning. The aim of this study was to quantify the productivity of a Vimek 404R light harvester with an accumulating Naarva-Grip cutting head during the bioenergy thinning of a self-regenerated stand west of Sunnansjö in Dalarna. The stand was birch-dominated, contained 15 371 stems/ha, and measured on average 4,6 cm Dbh and 7 m tall. Even though the driver was well experienced with the machine, the stand in question was the first one that he ever thinned in this manner. Nevertheless, the driver strived to accumulate as many stems as possible during each crane cycle and chose to cut taller stems in half so as to make the handling and forwarding of the harvested stems easier.

The social work practice carried out by the unit is based on universal prevention, which includes providing parent programmes. The aim in this study is to describe and evaluate the EFFA-Väster parent programme, which has been compiled by social workers working at the unit, with regard to the content, effects and implementation of the program. The study is based on a non-experimental inquiry of an experimental group which has been subjected to a pre- and post test. Further, observations has been made of every program session to examine whether the program is implemented in accordance with the intention and how the program is received by the participants.

Enligt Sweden Green Buildings Council (2015b) finns det i dagsläget 4 stycken miljöcertifieringar: Miljöbyggnad, LEED BREEAM och GreenBuilding.Eftersom miljöcertifieringar blir allt mer populära har Tyréns AB upplevt en större efterfrågan på dessa. De har därför sett ett behov av att få bättre underlag för hur de som konstruktörer påverkas vid projektering för att kunna klara olika miljöcertifieringar.Detta examensarbete behandlar Miljöbyggnad och LEED och valdes därför att de gäller på alla typer av byggnader. This degree project contains a theoretical and a practical part about magazine design. Literature aboutthe subject?s typography and magazine design has been studied and put into practice on the professionaljournal Ingenjören. Besides of that a study about the history of magazine typography for the lastfifty years has been done.Typography and other design factors are important for the magazine to be readable and gives at thesame time the magazine an identity of its own, which has become more and more important throughoutthe last decades.The result of this degree project is a new design for Ingenjören, a design that agrees more with howthe journal want to be considered. A new template, a dummy and a manual have been produced.

Detta är ett examensarbete inom textdesign, som har undersökt hur användarinformationen för två specifika datorprogram bör utformas. Slutsatserna har dragits utifrån vilka problem användarna stöter på i programmen, riktlinjer för informationsdesign och teknikinformation, samt användartester.En slutsats blev att behovet av teknikinformation för det ena programmet, EDI-systemet Edionet, redan var tillfredsställt. En lämplig lösning för det andra programmet, publiceringssystemet Readyonet, var att skapa en kort lathund vid sidan av den utförliga handledning som finns integrerad i programmet. Ett utkast av lathunden utformades utifrån insamlad empiri, och testades och reviderades..

The focus of the thesis is an information search technique called manual query expansion, which aims to improve the retrieval per-formance in a search system by adding terms to the search query. The study looks at the query expansions done by LIS students, and the eventual beneficial effects by using a search help during the search process. The empirical data have been collected thro-ugh an experiment, with an experiment group as well as a control group. The conclusion is that the students need more education in query expansion in order to be able to use it correctly. There are significant differences between the groups in several aspects, for example in the use of search terms, parentheses, and truncation.

Undersökningar visar att kunskapen om munvård är låg hos vårdpersonal. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att belysa vårdpersonals uppfattning om munvård. Metod: En litteraturstudie har gjorts där fem artiklar ingår.
