AbstractThe control of quality standard ISO 9001 has made the internal audit to be experienced as police authority and paragraph control. Because of that, motivation for internal auditors is low. To counteract the experience, there is a possibility to integrate internal audit with improvements in company?s processes. Theory has shown that a qualified and competent auditor can provide information that can help the organization's managements to make the right decisions that will improve product quality and result in new customer contracts.An opportunity to observe an internal and external audit at one of the case companies gave rise to this study.

The financial crisis in 2008, effected companies around the globe and forced them to change their operational strategies, in order to survive. Companies with international links needed to consider external effects and due to that adapt their strategies on a global level. Demands for goods and service were decreasing and companies could only manage the cost during a recession to not face bankruptcy. Organisations need to reconsider their optimal strategy as this will determine their future outcome when managing a crisis as the one in 2008. British Airways - Air Cargo is a global company with an international network which serves about 80 countries, with about 200 destinations.

To have a forest area close to the city is of great importance for the city population?s well being. Children develop their motor skills, concentration and imagina-tion and the adults have a place to shake of the stress from work. Forest areas are used to exercise at, play in and to find a moment of peace and silence. The urban forest and the old farming pastures at Markussonvallen and Per-Isakssonvallen already has natural assets worth to preserve and a great potential to create more. The goal is to develop a forest with a variation of tree species and ground vegetation that will appeal to the human senses and different animal species such as birds, insects etc.

An investigation of the remedies in the Swedish Public Procurement Law. The result of this investigation shows that the remedies are not satisfactory in upkeeping the Procurement Law. The swedish legislator has not fulfilled the demands of the European Councils Regulations in this area. This results in ineffective use of public funding as well as discriminating actions against private suppliers. I have found that some changes must take place in the legislation and that an electronic procurement procedure makes the legislation easier for both the public and the private parties to understand..

The Swedish Animal Welfare Act say that all milking cows must have access to pasture in summer time. That was a gift to Astrid Lindgren o her 80th birthday from the Swedish Government. Sweden is a predecessor in animal welfare, but how well do we live up to these big expectations? In this thesis I will examine how well the pasture for milking cows works. I have been interviewing farmers with milking cows and people in the business. I have also been searching information on Internet, and using the library of Alnarp. Cows that are kept on pasture are exposed to different kind of parasites, but on the other hand they run a smaller risk to getting acetonemi, pareses and udder infection. Veterinary Pierre Nordmark means that cows on pasture are more healthy then cows kept inside all summer.

Thefinancial aspects associated with the measures have been studied using a model of lifecycle costs.The measures were initially studied individually to give an idea of how much impact theyeach had.

There is respect for the history of dance and my aim is to find out how the history affects the dancing youth today. The design of the dance lesson is often of a traditional stereotypical manner, both didactic and methodic, and it rarely appears to be questioned. I have danced for almost 20 years and I am a part of this tradition of movements, music, language and way of ?being?. My ambition with this study is to go outside my own experience and offer insight and an overall picture of a, for the outsider, closed world.

Syfte:Undersöka vilka möjligheter som finns, för projekteringsledaren, att optimera tidplaneringen i projekteringsskedet och på så sätt dra större fördel av att arbeta med BIM. Frågeställningar:Hur ser det planerade och faktiska aktivitetsflödet, eventuellt även informationsflödet, ut i några av WSP Managements redan utförda BIM-projekt? Vilka åsikter har olika roller i projekten om detta?Vilka problemområden upplever projekteringsledare att det finns i projekteringsskedet i ett BIM-projekt? Finns tendenser till flaskhalsar i vissa projekteringsfaser?Vilka tankar finns i branschen när det gäller möjligheten att tidplanera bättre i projekteringsskedet för att kunna dra större fördel av BIM?Går det att förena tidplanering av projekteringsskedet i BIM-projekt med andra redan inarbetade metoder? Metod:Insamlandet av fakta till detta examensarbete har skett genom en induktiv litteraturstudie samt intervjuer av kvalitativt slag. Slutsatser:De resultat som framkommit under examensarbetets gång tyder på att optimerad tidplanering av projekteringsskedet i ett BIM-projekt gör att det går att dra större fördel av att arbeta med BIM. Flera av de problem och flaskhalsar som nämns i intervjuerna visar att dessa kan förhindras med bättre tidplanering. Framförallt är det förarbetet, där nytta, mål och BIM-användning identifieras som framhävs som viktigt. Andra förutsättningar som nämns är högre engagemang från projekteringsledaren, att denne bör komma in i ett tidigt skede i projektet och bör samarbeta med någon som har stor kunskap och erfarenhet av BIM. Tidplanen för projekteringsskedet i ett BIM-projekt skiljer sigfrån dagens tidplan på så sätt att det ärinformationsleveranserna som kommer styra hur de olikaaktiviteterna planeras istället för de handlingar som skapasidag. Samma metoder och program som används idag kananvändas för tidplanering av ett BIM-projekt.
