Syftet var att genom journalgranskning kartlägga i vilken omfattning identifiering och dokumentation görs av förekomsten av avoidable factors hos skallskadade patienter, av sjuksköterskor på en neurointensivvårdsavdelning (NIVA), samt undersöka överensstämmelsen mellan dokumentation och monitorvärden rörande intrakraniellt tryck (ICP), cerebralt perfusionstryck (CPP), systoliskt blodtryck (SBT) och temperatur som registrerats via övervakningsutrustningen. Dokumentationen gjordes med ledning av en befintlig guideline. Urvalet var konsekutivt och studien innefattade 25 patienter. Antalet bedömningar i studien var totalt 2176 stycken. Vid 85 % av bedömningstillfällena dokumenterade sjuksköterskan i bedömningsformuläret.

Which factors in housing aiming at sustainability are considered important by peopleliving in housing with sustainability claims?The research questions have been answered using quantitative data, gained in the form of selfadministeredquestionnaires which were distributed in four different residential areas withsustainability claims in the county of Västra Götaland, Sweden.

How can a multi project organisation use Wiki to support improvement of knowledge management and project evaluation to become a learning organisation? The main purpose of this thesis is to give management and employees a better understanding of how Wiki supports knowledge management and project evaluation. The second purpose is to illustrate possible difficulties and pit falls that comes with the implementation of Wiki based learning. The theoretical framework initiates by explaining multi project organizations, then describes Argyris and Schöns theories about organizational learning and learning organizations. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence underlying factors have in connection to the internationalization of Born Global firms. Methodology: This study has a qualitative approach in which data is obtained mainly through interviews and secondary data which consists previous theories about the internationalization in small and medium sized firms and recent theories that entitle these firms as Born Global. Conclusion: Based on the existing theories and the qualitative data, we have concluded that the underlying factors for the Born Global firm?s internationalization are abilities and opportunities to create insidership in relevant networks.
