SammanfattningSyftet med den här litteraturstudien var att ta reda på vad det finns för möjligheter och svårigheter att producera ål i fångenskap. Med nya hållbara metoder att föda upp konsumtionsål skulle utfiskningen av glasålar minska i världen och man skulle kunna fortsätta äta den goda rökta ålen med gott samvete.Det finns välutvecklade metoder för att inducera könsmognad hos han- och honålar. Detta utförs genom att injicera hormoner och man kan därför fråga sig om det är hållbart i en produktion för framtiden. Efter kläckning av larverna finns flera viktiga faktorer att ta ställning till, så som utfodring och optimal hållning av ålarna. Även ägg- och mjölkekvaliteten spelar en stor roll när det gäller att hålla ålarna vid liv.Abstract The aim with this study was to find out how far we have come to develop reproduction strategies in eel culturing.

Den allvarsamma leken (1912) by Hjalmar Söderberg has been regarded as one of the greatest love novels of Swedish literature. The story about Arvid Stjärnblom and Lydia Stille and their extramarital love is marked by timeless universality.In this essay, I will examine this notion of love as a prediscursive value, by means pro¬vided by foremost poststructuralist theory. With Derrida?s conception of deconstruction, the analysis will reveal the constructedness of the true love in Söderbergs novel. Examinating typi¬cal logocentric binarisms the essay will show that the notion of true love is constituting a term in an oppositional relation with, in this specific case, the marriage sanctioned by society.

 Prostitution has been intensely debated in Sweden for nearly four decades. Two major investigations have so far been initiated by the government and numerous propositions have been put forward in the Swedish parliament resulting in the sexköpslag from 1999 that criminalizes purchase of sexual services. The law aims at punishing the buyer and protecting the women in prostitution, thus making it possible for women to be helped by various social interventions rather than punished. Swedish society has undergone major changes in these decades. Globalization, the internet and the membership in the EU have changed the Swedish society and influenced the discourse on prostitution.This paper has a twofold aim, on the one hand investigating if and how these changes have had an impact on the prostitution discourse in texts produced by the government and analyze how female and male sexuality in connection to prostitution is constructed.

Bakgrund Förutfattade meningar mot vårdpersonal är ett fenomen inom vården, särskilt mot manliga sjuksköterskor, som är en minoritet inom sjuksköterskeyrket. Tidigare forskning har fokuserat på specifika problemsituationer som uppstår i yrket för manliga sjuksköterskor, samhällets syn på manliga sjuksköterskor och att manliga sjuksköterskor priviligierats i arbetsgruppen. I litteraturen nämns ofta olika förutfattade meningar om manliga sjuksköterskor, trots att det saknas forskning med fokus på manliga sjuksköterskors egna upplevelser av förutfattade meningar mot dem.Syfte Syftet med studien är att belysa vilka förutfattade meningar som manliga sjuksköterskor upplever finns mot dem.Metod Litteraturstudie i form av en beskrivande metasyntes.Resultat Manliga sjuksköterskor upplever flera förutfattade meningar som presenteras i fyra teman: ?accepteras inte som sjuksköterskor?, ?muskler, lyfthjälp och tekniskkompetens?, ?antas vara homosexuella? och ?antas ha sexuella avsikter motpatienter?.Slutsats Upplevda förutfattade meningar kan påverka manliga sjuksköterskors syn på sig själv och yrkesrollen samt patientmötet och omvårdnaden. Dessa förutfattade meningar kan skapa konflikter och missnöje på arbetsplatsen vilket kan störa patientmötet och vårdrelationen.Klinisk Betydelse Genom att belysa förutfattade meningar som manliga sjuksköterskor upplever kan åtgärder vidtas för att motverka dem som påverkar vårdarbetet negativt..

In Scandinavia, capercaillie are often associated with pine trees (Pinus sylvestris) in winter, with pine needles as the main diet. Few dietary studies have been conducted in Sweden and winter diet is subject to little debate. The interesting thing is that this "pine specialist? is also found in spruce (Picea abies) forest habitats where pine is scarce or unavailable. In many studies outside Sweden (primarily Central Europe) spruce is regularly observed in the winter diet, but I have found no reports on the selection of the diet in spruce forest areas in Sweden.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva förekomst och belysa vilka riskfaktorer som bidrar till att män utvecklar ätstörningar samt att beskriva hur dessa kan se ut. Kvalitativa och kvantitativa vetenskapliga artiklar användes för att genomföra denna litteraturstudie. Resultatet visar att det är svårt att veta hur många män som lider av ätstörningsproblematik eftersom området fortfarande är sparsamt utforskat och att prevalensen visar sig vara väldigt olika i olika studier. Ångest och depression och andra affektiva störningar är ofta sammankopplat med ätstörningar men om det är en riskfaktor eller ett symtom är svårt att veta. Grupptryck och massmediala faktorer kan bidra till utvecklandet av ätstörningar hos män, men press från vänner har visat sig vara en större riskfaktor än press från media.

The purpose of this study was to examine young women?s perception and fear of sexual assault. An additional aim was to analyze the women?s view on guilt and responsibility in rape related questions. Two focus group interviews were executed with undergraduate women aged 22-32 years.

Stora Enso Skog has a long term contract regarding felling rights and silvicultural activities on forest owned by Bergvik Skog. In the autumn 2006, Bergvik Skog proposed a new thinning program, ?Bergvikgallring?. The new program implied an increased focus on extraction of smaller trees compared to the present thinning program, Stora Enso Skog?s ?Kvalitetsgallring?.

Large areas of Lodgepole pine (Pinus contorta var. latifolia) were planted in the 1970s - and '80s. The purpose of the fast-growing species was to increase growth and with short rotation periods allow a rapidly increased harvest level. Today a large proportion of the young forests owned by Holmen Skog, Iggesund are covered by Lodgepole pine and an active forest management is required to spread the harvested volume over time which is desirable by a market perspective. The purpose of this essay is to investigate the possibility of spreading the harvested volume of Lodgepole pine over time.

This thesis takes as its point of departure the Swedish governmental family policy and the debate on the proposed reform ?vårdnadsbidraget?. The supporters of the reform present it as something that will increase the freedom of choice for families and benefit the children, whereas the opponents warn for decreased equality and a return to the male breadwinner-model.From a constructivist perspective, language is closely related to power through defining and ascribing meaning to reality. By applying a feminist political theory on the debate within the Swedish national parliament 2007/2008 and conducting a discourse analysis, the aim of this paper is to analyse which concepts are used and how they construct to what makes a family within the political debate ? is there any difference or similarity between the view of the opponents and the supporters of ?vårdnadsbidraget??The main conclusion of this paper is that even though the political ideal and rhetorical concepts differ between the supporters and the opponents, they still constitute the heterosexual nuclear family as an obvious norm in family politics.

The purpose of this study was to within a Swedish context and from five persons of foreign descent stories study how they have been affected by interpreting for their parents during their childhood and how this has affected the relationships within the family. Studies conducted in an American context have shown that children interpreting for their parents in everyday situations are prone to undertake roles similar of a family leader. Previous studies also show an increased danger of depression among children who interpreted for their parents. The study was conducted by the use of semi-structured interviews with five male respondents with a varying ethnic background. Using Antonovsky´s theoretical formulation ?sense of coherence? we were able to determine that although our respondents during their childhood were subjected to a large amount of stressful elements they also maintained a high sense of well-being.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa intervjustudie var att undersöka arbetssituationen för svenska manligasjuksköterskor, med fokus på beröring och strategier vid intimt omvårdnadsarbete. Nio manligasjuksköterskor med anställning på Akademiska sjukhuset i Uppsala intervjuades.Informanterna uppgav att de alla kände sig väl mottagna av sina kvinnliga kollegor och att de kändesig bekväma på sina arbetsplatser. Faktumet att de var män i en kvinnodominerad yrkesgrupp varinget som spelade in i någon större utsträckning, varken beteendemässigt eller i hur de blevbemötta. Informanterna såg alla arbetsuppgifter som en naturlig del av yrkesrollen, en roll de allakände sig trygga i. Att förklara syftet med intima procedurer samt hur de skulle genomföras och att ipotentiellt problematiska fall fråga om patienten hellre ville ha en kvinnlig sjuksköterska var deenskilt vanligaste strategierna.

Dissatisfaction with the current market for scientific publishing, dominated by a few large publishers able to obtain high subscription fees, gave birth to the Open Access movement. One problem for the Open Access movement, which aims at making research results freely available, is that scientists are reluctant to publish in journals that are free on the Internet, so called Open Access journals. This master's thesis aims at showing how scientists reason about their own publishing in scientific journals. It is investigated which factors are important when scientist decide on which journals to send their articles. The aim is to increase the understanding of scientists' views on Open Access.Six interviews were conducted with scientists in Biomedicine at Lund University.
