Många patienter upplever rädsla och oroi den perioperativa perioden där operationssjuksköterskan har som uppgift attskapa en tillitsfull relation och vara ett stöd för patienten. Humor har visatsig ha en positiv inverkan på interaktionen mellan patient och vårdare. Syfte: Att sammanställa kunskap om hur patientenoch sjuksköterskan kan uppleva humor i omvårdnaden och hur humor kan användassom ett kommunikationsredskap. Metod: Metodenvar litteraturstudie.

Human-Computer Interaction in the last decade is the area of research that has contributed the most to this development. But how is this interaction perceived? The user experience is something that is formed by the interaction between human and the computer interactive systems. The objective of this thesis is to investigate how the user experience differs depending on how one interacts with a game.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vilka olika uppfattningar pedagoger har vad gäller hur utomhuspedagogiken påverkar elevers beteende. Den viktigaste slutsatsen jag drar av studien är att pedagogerna uppfattar att det händer något i elevernas beteende när de passerar tröskeln in och ut. Utomhus får elevernas egen fantasi och kreativitet användas och därmed blir beteendet hos eleverna förändrat och uppfattas av pedagogerna som tillåtande och konstruktivt. Vid tröskeln ut dämpas och i vissa fall försvinner den etikett som en del elever har i inomhusmiljön. .

The aim is to examine teachers own experiences of leadership, leadership styles and what good leadership is and to find out how teacher leadership can influence students according to teachers. My questions are: How do teachers evaluate leadership and their own leadership styles?What is good leadership according to teachers?How can the teachers leadership styles affect students in the classroom according to teachers?The method used is a qualitative method based on interviews with five teachers. The reason why I have chosen a qualitative research method is that I believe that this method can give me better results by understanding the world from the interviewees? point of view.I have come to the conclusion that the interviewed teachers believe that leadership and management style play a large role in the teacher's profession and that the teacher's leadership style in the classroom democratic or authoritarian have a major impact on students. The teacher should consider his management and find some sort of balance by exercising both democratic and authoritarian leadership style and adapt it to the situation. And In terms of results regarding good leadership of the interviewed teachers, I can say that good leadership is largely about good relationships between teachers and students and that a teacher can become accepted as leader by winning students confidence..

There is no further training in management in teacher education programs, which can create uncertainty among teachers in terms of management. According to the curriculum, the teacher should base it on a democratic approach, but how does it look in real life? The purpose has been to investigate how practicing teachers perceived management and their own leadership style, whether they made conscious choices and if so, whether they then had any purpose in their leadership style. Teachers' views of a good leader and how much influence students have on the teaching, enter into these issues.The survey is based on a qualitative research approach, based on interviews with four active teachers. Although observations were made they did not play any major role in this investigation.

This is a BA thesis in landscape planning at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Alnarp. The purpose of the thesis is to investigate why Japanese gardens, created in Sweden, often lack the feeling connected with Japanese gardens. The thesis includes a short study of Japanese history, spanning from the Middle Ages to the 19th century, to create a mild understanding of how the Japanese society changed, due to political, religious and cultural influences. The traditional Japanese garden styles, developed during this period, have been concisely compiled separately to create a homogeneous image of each style. In order to display opposite views of garden design in the European garden styles, some of the european styles have been concisely compiled as well. To produce a higher level of understanding of the Japanese garden, a consice compilation of the fundamental design principles has been included, as well as variuos types of decoration typical to the Japanese gardens, since the miss-use of these is a certain way of losing the feeling of a Japanese garden. The thesis is concluded by a consice compilation of possible reasons as to why the feeling connected with Japanese gardens is absent, as well as some attempt to include the feeling in the Swedish versions of Japanese gardens..

Organizational learning has become more and more important in the last decades as the environment in which organizations exist continues to change rapidly and unexpectedly. In order for organizational learning to happen, the individuals within the organization must learn. Just as different individuals possess different skills, each individual also has their own learning style. As the use of teamwork increases, so does the need for techniques to put high performing teams together and with organizational learning as one of the objectives the question is, how do we maximize learning, efficiency and performance in teams? This study uses a quantitative method to examine how teams, from a course at the Stockholm School of Economics, perform on the individual learning, team efficiency and team performance scale based on the individual learning styles within the team.

Syftet med arbetet är att identifiera och lyfta fram ett antal riktlinjer för den visuella designen av animerad bild som används i utbildningssammanhang. Vi ämnar också att identifiera vilka stilelement inom animerad undervisningsfilm som står sig över tid och olika medium. Att belysa de nya kvaliteter och möjligheter som framkommer i och med det digitala mediet. Vi kommer också att titta på hur målgrupp och mottagarkontext påverkar formens uttryck och innehåll.Vi har med en gemensam analysmodell gjort en kvalitativ analys av tre tidstypiska animerade undervisningsfilmer, Camouflage (1943), Den Vidunderliga Världshistorien (1993) och Gutten og Torsken (2007) som alla använder sig av humor som en förstärkning av lärandet.Genom analysen har vi kunnat identifiera stilelement så som användandet av stereotyper och metaforer, konstaterat hur innehåll och uttryck till stor del påverkats av målgrupp och mottagarkontext men även av gällande distribution och tekniska möjligheter..

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka andraspråksinlärares förståelse av språkliga skämt som ordvitsar och ordlekar i svenskan samt vilka bakgrundsfaktorer som påverkar inlärningen.Metoden har varit att spela upp ett monolog innehållande vitsar för grupper av elever som studerar svenska som andraspråk och som på ett frågeformulär uppger om de hör humor i vitsarna eller ej samt om de, vid nejsvar, förstår ? eller inte förstår -  ord och meningar men inte något som är roligt i dem samt att sammanställa data från dessa insamlingar och göra jämförelser mellan startålder, studietid samt vistelsetid i Sverige och de erhållna svaren.Resultatet bekräftar rön från tidigare forskning, nämligen att förståelse av ord och ordkombinationer som är  idiomatiska, flertydiga eller liknande, vilket oftast är fallet med ordvitsar, är lägre för L2-studerande än för L1-studerande, särskilt för dem som  påbörjat sina studier i andraspråk i högre ålder, då förmågan till inlärning av ord och ordkombinationer, är som störst fram till tonårsåldern, men även för dem som vistats kort tid i målspråkslandet samt studerat målspråket kortare tid.En slutsats blir att humor och ordvitsar borde presenteras och förklaras för andraspråkselever så tidigt som möjligt, dels för att möjligheten till lexikoninlärning är större ju yngre man är, dels för att inlärning av ordvitsar ger de studerande ett större ordförråd samt möjlighet att uppfatta den humor som sköljer över oss i olika media..

Då humor spelar en stor roll i våra vardagliga liv, inte minst som förmedlare av seriösa samhällsfenomen (Palmer, 2004), kändes det intressant för oss att belysa en medieform som har såväl humor som samhällspolitiska ämnen på agendan. I anknytning till vårt syfte och våra frågeställningar, vilka innefattar en jämförelse mellan två utvalda avsnitt ur TV-serien Parlamentet, har vi använt oss av två teoretiska utgångspunkter; narrativ teori och samtalsanalys. Vi har arbetat med en kvalitativ och textanalytisk metod och applicerat de teoretiska utgångspunkterna narrativ teori och samtalsanalys till vårt empiriska material i analysen. De begrepp vi valde ur narrativ teori är Mishlers modell, innehåll och humor som berättarstrategi, och ur samtalsanalysen valde vi att fokusera på struktur, tur- och turtagning och multimodalitet. Vi har låtit begrepet politikens medialisering fungera som en fond till vår studie, och vi har följt upp våra resultat genom dessa glasögon i slutdiskussionen. Analysen visar att det finns likheter, men framför allt skillnader mellan avsnitten, ur både narrativ och samtalsanalytisk synvinkel. Med hjälp av teorin har vi studerat helheter och delar ur avsnitten för att kunna ge en övergripande bild av vår analys.

Shivering är ett fenomen som uppstår hos patienterna postoperativt. Det innebär att patienten har okontrollerbara muskelskälvningar som gör att patienten darrar, skälver eller huttrar i mer än 15 sekunder. Shivering påverkar kroppen negativt, men är också obehagligt och ett onödigt lidande för patienten. I takt med den tekniska utvecklingen utarbetas nya operationstekniker och idag utförs flera operationer med laparoskopisk teknik. Pilotstudiens syfte var att undersöka före-komsten av postoperativ shivering hos patienter som opererats med laparoskopisk teknik.

This study examines if men and women have different conflict resolution styles in different situations. There are several studies in this area, but the results are contradictive and they don?t take consideration to the context. The study is an explorative, quantitative examine in the form of a self-report questionnaire, where different scenarios are described. These scenarios are based on the parts of the context that this study focuses on; the relationship to the other part, the perception of treatment and the place where the conflict occurs.

Leadership in organizations plays a crucial role in promoting employee motivation. Different leadership styles have been shown to affect motivation in various ways. The purpose of this report is to establish a deeper understanding of the relationship between different leadership styles and motivation according to Self-Determination Theory. The report also aims to highlight potential similarities and differences in the perceptions of leaders and employees in various industries, regarding motivation as defined by Self-Determination Theory. Based on a case study, it includes interviews with eight leaders and eight employees.
