Syftet har varit att utreda begreppet ?barnets bästa? och förklara vilken svårighet dessa ord har i vår lagstiftning. Analysen har till största del inriktats på barnets bästa vid föräldrars tvister, och efterföljande beslut om vårdnad, boende och umgänge. Arbetet har följt traditionell juridisk metod genom att relevant rättsinformation har tagits fram och sedan tillämpas på frågeställningarna genom en ingående tolkning för att komma till en slutsats. Tolkningen av olika skrivningar i lagtext och andra styrande dokument sker olika hos myndigheter vilket har belysts och visar på svårigheten att nå rätt svar i det enskilda fallet.

A tight economy and a keen competition force the Swedish agricultur to do a structural rationalization. The quantity of farmers is less but the units are growing. How to make money I think some kind of niche is necessary. In my examwork I have locked how to farm herbaceous plant and the marking of herb to feedstuff for horses. Today health food and alternative medicine are accepted to use and there is an increase in demand. The Swedish market for herbaceous plants to horses is small and the products are mostly imported. But there is a group of consumers who is willing to pay a higer price for Swedish cultivated herbs. The only way to find out which herbaceous plants I could cultivate is to make a test cultivate. I think that the market for herbaceous plants is growing.

 The sawmill industry is a relative fragmented industry that is in an economic upswing andwith a hard competition. The customers have high demands on their suppliers and the highcustomer demand make it necessary for the companies to make a streamlining in planningand production. For that reason it is very important that the planning- and productionprocesses aren?t to complex and with a simple structure.The purpose of this report is to study and map out a marked out part of a planning- andproduction process, from adjust works to final delivery, at a company in the sawmill industry.Different methods have been used for the report, among others interviews and subordinatedmaterial.We have mapped out a marked out part of the planning- and production process at theCompany. This part we have studied, and we have analysed the process it self and otherthings connected to the process.We see the planning- and production process in the Company as complex.

The purpose of this literature study was to describe the seasonal reproduction in sheep and the presence of genetic variation in fertility traits. Methods to induce oestrus are described and the possibilities to change the reproduction season through breeding are discussed. Sheep have a pronounced seasonality in their reproduction. Mating season starts in the fall and the lambs are born during the spring because this is the most beneficial time. The market request for lamb meat has increased and therefore it is desirable with ewes that could get pregnant all year round.

The purpose with my examination is to make a contribution to how, as a pedagogue, you can work to make it easier for pupils with Aspergers syndrome that are integrated in an ?average? class. I will concentrate my work to these questions: how pedagogues can work to make it easier for pupils with Asperger syndrome that are integrated in an ?average? class. If it affects the other pupils in the class when pupils with Asperger syndrome is integrated in the class and also if it affects the pedagogues work having these children integrated in their ?average? class.I have decided to study research and other literature and also to do two interviews to find out how pedagogues can make it easier for children with the diagnosis Asperger syndrome.

 Autonomous cars or robot cars havebeen on the agenda ever sinceHollywood started with their Sci-Figenre, maybe even before that. A lotof things have happened since then andnow the self-driving vehicle is notfar away. In this project, theAutonomous car with microcontrollerand ultrasonic sensors, we are lookingat a way of making a small, regular RCcar autonomous with relatively simplemeans and investigate how the bigcompanies does it to learn more aboutthe development of the autonomous carsand their technology.We used an Arduino Uno R3 supplementedwith an Arduino Motor Shield R3 as ourmicrocontroller board and three HCSR04ultrasonic sensors. By removingalmost all of the old parts of the RCcar,except the two DC motors, andreplacing them with these new parts wemanaged to make a vehicle that drovearound in a room without crashing intoanything. We could have used entirelydifferent sensors, or supplemented theexisting setup with other sensors tomake it even more accurate andobstacle avoiding.

Länge ansågs det både bland allmänhet och bland läkare, att då hjärtat slutar att slå, var döden oundviklig. Det faktum att hjärtat kan startas på nytt och att människor kan överleva har skapat etiska dilemman. Det optimala är om återupplivningsförsök endast påbörjas på patienter med potential för långt överlevande, vilket kan vara svårt att avgöra i ett tidigt stadium. Vid hjärtstillestånd krävs beslut inom sekunder. Den diskussion som förs av bland andra Svenska Rådet för hjärtlungräddning handlar dels om hur man kan öka chanserna till överlevnad vid hjärtstillestånd men även om att försöka minimera omotiverade återupplivningsförsök.

This account deals with my degree in furniture design. The project was done in collaboration with the architect firm Byggnadskonst AB in a quest for the cafe chain "Vivels"Byggnadskonst AB?s mission was to make the interior of the cafe that Vivels is building in Larsberg Center on Lidingö. My assignment was to design chairs for the café. In the beginning I had even thought about designing a table, but as time past I focussed more and more on the chairs.

I got interested in this subject when I came in contact with Västtrafiks new paymentsystem myself during my visits in Gothenburg. I suspected problems with the informationmaterial regarding it and others seemed to share my opinion that the payment system wasdiffcult to understand. When I contacted Västtrafik and asked them about the paymentsystem they confirmed that some understanding diffculties had occurred. With thatconfirmation I decided to make it my project to look in to the matter.Some methods were used to identify the problems. The methods could again confirm thatthere were some problems with the payment system and that the information material wasa vital reason.

Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka hur beslutsprocessen ser ut med fokus på den enskilda handläggarens individuella handlingsutrymme samt att förstå vilket eventuellt utrymme det finns för variationer i beslut inom försörjningsstöd. Tidigare studier har visat att det finns stora variationer i beslut inom försörjningsstöd och jag ville därför undersöka hur det kan komma sig. Studien bygger på kvalitativa intervjuer med fem socialsekreterare inom försörjningsstöd. Som analysverktyg har avskiljandeperspektivet använts. I ett avskiljandeperspektiv fokuserar man på de regler och mekanismer som skiljer ut de som är berättigade till bidrag och de som inte anses berättigade trots att de kan behöva hjälp.

Delar av materialet kvantifieras. Artiklarna har publicerats i artikelserier. Dessa handlar om kommunens beslut att omorganisera skolan.

Denna rapport handlar om hur spelare kommer fram till beslut i fightingspel: om de använder kunskap eller om de förutser vad motståndaren ska göra. Bakgrunden behandlar termen ?mindreading? och vad fightingspel är samt vilka skickligheter som används i fightingspel. En förundersökning gjordes med erfarna fightingspelsspelare för att undersöka vilka faktorer som skulle kunna vara viktiga. Rapportens frågeställning är om det är spelmekaniken eller förmågan till mindreading som är viktigast för framgång i ett spel med frekventa Yomi-situationer såsom fightingspel.

Telefonen har blivit ett redskap för människor som söker kontakt med hälso- och sjukvården vilket har medfört krav på ökad tillgänglighet till den telefonrådgivning som ges vid hälsocentraler. Telefonrådgivning på hälsocentral utförs av distriktssköterskor och är en svår, viktig och ansvarsfull arbetsuppgift som dessutom kräver tålamod och flexibilitet. Telefonrådgivning medför ibland svåra prioriteringar för distriktssköterskan. Arbetsuppgiften upptar mera av distriktssköterskans arbetstid än tidigare. Syftet med studien var att få kunskap om hur distriktssköterskorna upplever telefonrådgivning som arbetsuppgift och hur de upplever att dokumentera i samband med telefonrådgivning.

We have tried to answer these and other questions in this thesis. Our focus has been how to use pictures and texts in presentations. How to put them together and make a good looking presentation, which is understandable and attractive. The work is directed to students working with presentations, using both pictures and texts..
