The shape and arrangement of the outdoor environment at a preschool has a critical impact on the possibilities to practice different pedagogic activities (Grahn et al.1997). At the preschool at Edwin Ahlqvists road, the employees are inspired by Reggio Emilia in their way of thinking, and they consider their outdoor environment is not suitable for the pedagogic activities they use. Reggio Emilia is a city in the north of Italy (Wallin 2001). The preschools there are famous for their pedagogy, their creativity and their democratic way of working (Dahlbech & Johansson 1986). The Reggio Emilia pedagogy is constantly renewed and developed, but with the children?s needs in focus and simultaneously with the quick changes of the modern society.

Syftet med denna studie är å ena sidan att öka förståelsen för medarbetarnas upplevelser av att bära arbetskläder i publika organisationer, å andra sidan att öka förståelsen för arbetsklädernas betydelse ur ett organisatoriskt perspektiv. Området verkar vara relativt outforskat men kläder inom organisationer verkar kunna symbolisera yrkesrollen och socialisera in medarbetarna i den. Vidare verkar kläderna kunna osynliggöra det normativa könet samt agera symbol både internt, vid konflikter, samt som en urvalsstrategi vid rekrytering. Studiens teoretiska grund utgörs av sociologiska och socialpsykologiska teorier. Här återfinns bland annat Goffmans (2009) dramaturgiska perspektiv, Bourdieus (1986; Miegel & Johansson, 2002) tankar om symboliska uttrycksmedel samt Hochschilds (2003) begrepp rörande känsloarbete.

Vid projektering idag ställs konstruktören ofta inför valet att projektera för antingen ventilation med konstanta flöden, eller med variabla flöden. Vidare kan även flödena varieras manuellt eller automatiskt. Det konstruktören måste ta hänsyn till är investeringskostnaden, men även potentiella energi- samt kostnadsbesparingar över tid. Många gånger är det svårt att veta hur energianvändningen påverkas av de olika systemvalen varför det är svårt att välja det mest optimala systemet.Detta arbete undersöker livscykelkostnaden, LCC, med nuvärdeskostnaden på en skola i Uppsala med tre olika system, antingen konstant ventilationsflöde, CAV med timer, manuellt styrd variabel ventilation, VAV, eller automatisk VAV med styrning på temperatur och CO2. Huvudanledningen till det är att skolor består av en mängd olika klassrum och lokaler som inte alltid används under skoltiden, risken finns alltså att skolan överventileras med ett traditionellt CAV.

From a practical standpoint, the study will aid marketers in how they can communicate more effectively with their target-market inside the store. In addition to this, the study will provide retailers with an insight into the overall atmospheric effect that the placement of TV screens has on stores.

Asset management in insurance companies differs from conventional asset management to the extent that respect has to be taken to both assets and the commitments the insurance company has towards its customers. A model that has proven to fit well regarding the matching of assets and liabilities is the Asset Liability Management Model (ALM model). In addition to the matching in the balance sheet, the ALM model can be used in a company's work with strategic portfolio allocation by applying it as a basis for analyzing investment strategies with expected risk and return. From this, the ALM model also becomes relevant for calculating key figures according to the legal framework Solvens II which includes laws and regulations regarding the demands on economical strength (solvens) of insurance companies.Hence, the goal of this masters thesis has been to, on behalf of Bliwa Livförsäkring, create an ALM model to support the asset management department of Bliwa in their work with defining a credible way of analyzing the future risk and return of Bliwa's asset portfolio and insurance undertakings.The ALM model generally consist of four submodels, the scenario model, the liability model, the asset model and the company model, where the scenario model often is named as the core of the ALM model. The course of action has been to develop these submodels individually, with focus on the scenario model.

En förskolan med plats för varje enskilt barn och alla barnen. Därför var mina ledord genom arbetet motsatspar så som Helhet - Del, Stort - Litet, Inne - Ute, Gemensam - Enskild, Ljud - Tystnad, Ljust - Mörkt.Jag har själv formulerat uppgiften och tagit kontakt med de aktörer som är berörda, för att ta fram all den information som behövdes kontinuerligt under arbetets gång. Are deliberative discussions being practiced in the discussion forumthreads on the intranet Klick? The thesis is based on the theory of deliberative democracy. In order to substantiate the theory has theoretical perspectives concerning participation and involvement also been applied. These perspectives are derived from organizational theory and internal communication.Method/Material: This study consists of a quantitative content analysis of the 477 posts and the 129 discussion threads available on the NGO RFSU?s intranet Klick the 29th of november 2012.Main results: The results show that 63, 4 percent of those who were active in the discussionforum represented the category authority, while the category members were formed by 36, 6 percent.

As the municipalities are working with its inhabitants they are an important part of the self generated health care activities. The most part of our life we spend in school or at work and this is the reason why these places are the most suitable to create healthy people. From these thoughts we created the following aim of the study:?The aim of this study is to investigate what kind of work regarding self generated health care that is performed by the municipalities of Helsingborg and Ängelholm towards the employed teachers and how the teachers apprehend this work.

Drawing on theories of ethnic representations in mainstream news media and racial discrimination (van Dijk 2000, Hultén 2006, Husband & Downing 2005, Wodak 2011), and using methods of critical discourse analysis (mainly van Dijk 1993, 1991, Fairclough 1995) this bachelor thesis aims to investigate the inter-textual and inter-discursive relationship between selected editorial and opinion pieces written by three mainstream right wing ?symbolic elites? and the xenophobic blog ?Avpixlat?. The three selected symbolic elites are: Per Gudmundsson, editorial writer at the second largest Swedish newspaper SvD, Andreas Johansson Heinö, academic with a P.H.D. in political science, specialized on issues of integration and ethnic relations, and Paulina Neuding, editorial writer at SvD and editor in chief for right-wing oriented magazine Neo. All three are actively taking part in the mediated discussion of ethnic relations in Sweden from a liberal-conservative perspective.
