Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka unga idrottares upplevelser i en topprestation.Studiens frågeställningar var:·        Vilka upplevelser har unga idrottare i en topprestation?·        Upplever unga idrottare flow i en topprestation?·        Vilka faktorer ligger bakom en topprestation hos unga idrottare? Utifrån syfte och frågeställningar valdes mätinstrumentet Flow State Scale-2 (FSS-2). FSS-2 består av ett påståendeformulär som mäter den totala upplevelsen av flow samt var och en av de nio dimensionerna av flow.Kontakt togs via telefon och mail med ansvariga tränare vid idrottsgymnasier för att finna unga idrottare med ett tydligt minne av en topprestation. Undersökningsgruppen blev 51 stycken unga idrottare, män och kvinnor i åldrarna16-20 år som utövat fotboll, ishockey eller orientering på elitnivå.Litteratursökning gjordes i bibliotekskatalogen tillhörande Umeå Universitet. Den funna relevanta litteraturen och artiklarna har legat till grund för denna studies bakgrundsdel. Påståendeformuläret FSS-2 visar att undersökningspersonerna, i sin topprestation, hade en stark upplevelse av inre tillfredsställelse, tydliga mål, koncentration på uppgiften, känsla av kontroll och balans mellan skicklighet och utmaning.

Background and problem: In March 15, 2009, the third piece of money laundering directive was introduced which mean a more strict legislation in control against money laundering and terrorist financing. The directive is based on a risk based point of view which means that the resources should be used where the needs are. The responsibility for financial companies and other parts are bigger then before which means that they have to get a more extensive customer knowledge etc. It has however been appeared that the directive in some cases lack of precision and clarity which creates an insecurity among those who are included by the law. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine which consequences the third piece of money laundering will bring on the banks customer relationships and how the employees work assignments at the banks will be affected. The authors also want to examine how the extension of money laundering will be affected and clarify if there is any indistinctness about how the application looks around the banks.Method: The authors choose to use a qualitative method and the empiric material has been collected through personal meetings, telephone interviews and through e-mail answers. Conclusion: The majority sees the third piece of money laundering directive as something positive which will protect both the banks and their customers.

Värdeflödesanalys är ett ofta använt verktyg inom förbättringskonceptet Lean och syftar till att eliminera slöserier i processer och erhålla en högre resurseffektivitet. Värdeflödesanalys har sitt ursprung i produktionssektorn men har utvecklats till att användas också inom tjänstesektorn även om det fortfarande inte tillämpas i lika stor utsträckning där. Reklamationsprocessen är just en sådan tjänsteprocess som detta examensarbete syftar till att undersöka.Målsättningen är att framlägga resultat som bidrar till att ABB Control Products kan lämna svar till kund inom 10 arbetsdagar från mottagande av returnerad produkt. För detta ändamål kartläggs ett antal avslutade reklamationsärenden bestående av produktfamiljerna kontaktorer, mjukstartare och tryckknappar. Dessutom följs ett mjukstartarfall i realtid genom reklamationsprocessen för att direkt kunna observera hur arbetet går till.Det kan konstateras att den främsta anledningen till att ledtiden för reklamationsärenden idag är för lång är att det samlas stora lager vid varje processteg.

Studiens syfte var att öka förståelsen för och kunskapen om upplevelsen av att leva med Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). Fokus i upplevelsen låg på känslor och konsekvenser i livet men också för individen själv. Med konsekvenser för individen avsåg exempelvis konsekvenser för självuppfattningen, rädslor och framtidstron hos deltagaren. Den metod som användes i studien var semistrukturerad intervju vilken genomfördes via chattservicen MSN och via e-mail. Den initiala intervjun efterföljdes av ett antal uppföljningsintervjuer då nya intressanta aspekter fanns i den första intervjun.

For the manufacturers to be able to grow they have to compete for the existing consumers. The problem is for the manufacturer to protect its consumers and still be able to gain consumers from its competitors. Purpose: Our ambition is to study consumers brand loyalty for daily groceries, with the purpose to understand how loyalty starts, how it can be strengthened, and how it can be broken.

Joint-related diseases including hip dysplasia (HD) and elbow arthritis (ED) can in advance cases lead to that the dog has to be put down, and these diseases are also the cause to expensive veterinary treatments of many large breeds, including Labrador Retrievers. The aim of this study was to make a follow-up study on the 271 Labradors, who previously participated in a study on the effect of nutrition and exercise on hip and elbow status in a birth cohort born year 2000. That study investigated the relationship between nutrition, exercise, and HD and ED. A follow up study on the same dogs at 5-6 years of age investigated the clinical effects of the radiological hip and elbow status at 1 years of age and if was effected by body condition score. This study took place in 2011-2012 and 187 Labrador retrievers participated.

In the discourse of teaching it?s often mentioned that the pupil?s previous knowledge and experience plays an important part in the process of learning. For the teachers it?s in general crucial to be familiar with their pupils abilities and skills, talents and shortcomings in order to successfully teach them. Knowledge and an understanding of their pupils, also helps the teacher to organize and customize a successful teaching for each individual.

Forskningsproblem: De två forskningsfrågor vi utgått från i denna studie är: ? Hur ser företagens riskredovisning ut på deras hemsidor idag? ? Hur ser företagens avvägningar ut vid redovisning av risker och riskpolicyer? Vi tittar även närmare på om det kan vara lämpligt att dela in företagen i olika grupper till exempel efter bransch och lönsamhet. Syfte: Vårt syfte är att kartlägga företagens riskredovisning till aktiemarknaden på deras hemsidor och att undersöka de avvägningar som företagen har gjort vid beslutet att redovisa/inte redovisa dessa risker och policyer. Metod: Detta är en kvantitativ totalundersökning som utförts med hjälp av en enkät och studier av de aktuella företagens hemsidor. De företag som ingår i vår population är alla A-listade företag på Stockholms fondbörs som uppgivit en svensk kontaktadress via e-mail på deras hemsidor. Slutsatser: Enligt våra observationer redovisar företag risker i följande ordning efter fallande förekomst, valutarisker (64%), ränterisker (58%) samt finansieringsrisker (47%).

Many grocery stores have products marked whit there private brands. The information about these brands is poor. We wanted to find out what the stores own brands stand for and what the manager of purchase thinks it stands for. We choose to concentrate on meat and cured meat and limit our study to ICA, Axfood and Coop because they are the three main actors in the Swedish branch of grocery. The supplier has traditionally manufactured products and made there own brands. These products have been distributed and sold to the consumer thru stores.

Syftet med denna undersökning är att ta reda på hur den mobila marknadsföringen via SMS kan påverka köp och varumärkeslojaliteten hos konsumenterna, det vill säga återkommande köp samt om den leder till att lojaliteten till varumärket ökar på grund av detta. Vid undersökningen använde vi oss av en kvalitativ och en kvantitativ studie. Vi skickade ut enkäter till cirka 1500 personer via mail, dessa enkäter innehöll några frågor som det fanns svarsalternativ på medan de övriga av frågorna var öppna. Frågorna behandlade den mobila marknadsföringen via SMS där de fick svara på vad de tyckte om den, om det gjort något inköp efter att ha mottagit ett reklam-SMS och om de gjort återkommande inköp. De fick även svara på om de mottagit något positivt eller negativt reklam- SMS och vad som gjorde att det var detta.

Social work is a profession where documentation about people?s behavior and life circumstances is common. In the beginning of the essay we ask ourselves, if these descriptions about people can be problematic? To explore this, we studied social documentation, from the past. We used a historical source because history can help usunderstand the social work that is being conducted today.

Most of us sometimes in life visit a restaurant to relax and eat some good food. In that case, we trust that the food they are serving is of good quality and safe which prevent food poisoning. As a consumer you mostly do not have any insight what?s happening in the kitchen at the restaurant. What is really going on when they prepare the food? An introduction of the Smiley system could help you as a consumer in the choice of restaurant.

Bakgrund: CSR, det vill säga miljömedvetenhet och socialt ansvarstagande, har på senare tid kommit att stå i fokus och konsumenter ställer allt högre krav på företag. Detta har lett till att fler företag väljer att frivilligt redovisa sociala och miljömässiga frågor i och kring sin verksamhet.Problem: Redovisning av CSR bygger på frivillig information som inte regleras i svensk lag. Istället finns det ett antal standarder och riktlinjer som är till för att vägleda och underlätta för företagen i deras hållbarhetsredovisning. Dessa är emellertid många och denna uppsjö av riktlinjer samt bristen på standardiserade krav skapar därmed stor förvirring.Syfte: Problematiken kring redovisning av CSR ledde därmed fram till uppsatsens syfte. Syftet med denna kandidatuppsats är att klargöra hur större svenska företag bör arbeta för att uppnå en hög kvalitet på sin hållbarhetsredovisning och utifrån detta framtaga bästa redovisningspraxis.Metod: För att uppfylla uppsatsens syfte har ett kvalitativt tillvägagångssätt använts.

We came in contact with the project "Grönplan Danderyd" that aims to create a green structure plan for a municipality of Stockholm called Danderyds kommun. Our thesis is a part of this project and makes it's contribution through the gathering and systematization of the knowledge of the functions of an urban green structure. It also makes a contribution through suggesting how this knowledge can be applied during the construction of an urban green structure plan. We found that "Stadens parker och natur", published by the Swedish National board of Housing, Building and Planning, was a recurrent source of information in the green structure plans that we studied. We saw a need of complementary additions and updates to the rather old report and found literature that adds the developments of the last decade. First of all we have chosen to make themes based on the functions of a green structure that were presented by 'Stadens parker och natur'. The themes we suggest that a greenplanning document manage are: Recreation, Pedagogies and Heath, Biological Diversity, Green structure in the History of Building Cities, Cultural Identity, the Health of the City, Biological Technology in the Municipality and Use and the Users. We found good examples of how to handle these themes in documents that handle greenstructure planning from the municipalities of Göteborg, Strängnäs, Eskilstuna, Malmö, Lund, Västerås and Uppsala.
