Our understanding is that responsibility is shifting from the community towards the individual within the field of social work. This resulted in our essay, which aims to study how the representatives within social service assistance and churches in Helsingborg work with personal power. Our aim is also to illustrate how these representatives view the boundaries of responsibility between the individual and the community. Our questions are: How do the representatives work with personal power from a micro and Macro perspective? How do the representatives look upon their position as representatives? What do the representatives consider as responsibility of the individual respective the community? And; Are there preventing factors from individual responsibility? We obtained our empirical material from a qualitative method consisting of interviews.

Attempts to place it in a larger framework against the background of late Vedic religion are, however, few, the rationalistic and ?tradition-challenging? appearance of the text having repeatedly been emphasized. But the doctrine contained in the text ? a cosmologic teaching on the three elements constituting the universe, each being characterized by a color (red, white, black) ? and their microcosmic counterparts in the human body, does have some clear affinities to the worldview of the Br?hma?as and ?ra?yakas, which posits a series of similar correlations (bandhu-) between Macro- and microcosmos.

The high debt levels experienced in European Countries have lead to academic interest in the deficit bias -the tendency for governments to run budget deficits and accumulate debt. In part one of this thesis a surveyof the economic literature on the origins and solutions to the deficit bias are conducted. The proposedinstitutional solution to the deficit bias in the form of Fiscal Policy Councils (FPC) are outlined and existingEuropean FPCs presented. Based on the works of Calmfors and Wren-Lewis (2011) the EuropeanCommission (EC) is defined as an FPC. Based on this survey, two hypothesis are formulated: (1) theforecasts of future Macro-economic events and fiscal performance will differ between the national FPCs andthe national government.

AbstractMotor sports have been around as long as motor vehicles have been. Sports are often seen as costly polluter but in the same time the motor sports have encourages a large part of development, both for vehicles and other industries. Inventions like rear mirror and ABS brakes come from motor sports. One way to once again drive development forward while making motor sports carbon-neutral is to run the race cars on hydrogen. In this thesis, the goal is to convert a spark ignition engine for hydrogen operation.

I denna rapport presenteras ett examensarbete som syftar till att ta fram idéer för en användarvänlig produkt, anpassad till dusch- och badrumsmiljöer som gör att äldre och funktionsnedsatta kan klara sig mer självständigt i hemmet. Arbetet har utförts tillsammans med uppdragsgivaren Jörgen Carlsson, produktchef på företaget Macro International AB (Macro) som tillverkar, utvecklar och säljer badrumslösningar med duschar och möbler. Examensarbetet har genomförts på Högskolan i Halmstad under våren 2014 och omfattar 15 högskolepoäng.Målet med projektet var att utifrån ett valt koncept utveckla en prototyp som passar till Macros nuvarande duschsortiment samt ta fram konstruktionsritningar för eventuell tillverkning av produkten. Produkten skulle vara lätt att montera för privatpersoner samt utstråla den känsla, enkelhet, personlighet och spänning som företaget strävar efter i alla sina produkter.Arbetet inleddes med en omfattande marknadsundersökning där tolkningen och resultatet av undersökningen tillsammans med uppdragsgivarens åsikter ledde till ett antal idéer att gå vidare med och utveckla. Två designmetodiker har kombinerats med en konstruktionsmetodik vilket har lett till ett slutligt resultat av ett duschredskap som kan användas som stöd i Macros duschar ?Skagen? och ?Fjord?.

Gestamp Hardtech AB utvecklar, konstruerar och producerar sina presshärdningsverktyg som sedan används i produktion i Luleå, Haynrode Tyskland, Mason USA och Kunshan Kina. Resultatet av detta examensarbete är ett program som automatiserar konstruktionsarbetet av dessa presshärdningsverktyg med avseende på kylkanalsdragning. Programmet är uppbyggt i UGS I-DEAS 12. The aim of this study is to investigate methods of collection development, the users? influence on selection and quality aspects, focusing on non-fiction literature in Swedish public libraries. To find out opinions of collection development, I use the method comparative literature study. Antonio Gramsci?s concept hegemony forms the theoretical background, and hegemony as concept is related to a library context by using Maj Klasson?s text on the librarians? different positions of authorities.

There is a growing interest for ethical consumption, in general as well as in the clothing industry. The consumption of ethical clothes is a complex phenomenon though, where aspects such as quality, style, function, price, time assets, accessibility and ethical attitudes affect the decision making. Researches that have been executed show the diversities in development between different countries. There are fairly strong indications that the ethical clothing market is more advanced in the United Kingdom than in Sweden and therefore these two countries are objects of this research. The aim with this thesis is to describe and explain what have affected the development of the ethical clothing market in the United Kingdom compared to Sweden. For that reason a qualitative approach has mainly been used, where deep interviews with people within the ethical clothing industry have contributed to most of the empirical part. As a complement secondary data such as statistics of the two countries have been used in order to investigate our area. One useful tool, among others, to investigate the Macro environment is the SLEPT model.

The indicator is as a principle an appropriate measure of the housing market?s health and development, and can to some extent be used to make approximations of the general economic health status of municipalities and counties. It occurs occasionally that questions about whether prices are based on fundamentals at all times.The thesis questions that very issue, not from a Macro accompanying financial perspective but rather from a microeconomic perspective, where each tenant ownership in the study is a micro-object. Are the observed prices per square meter rational relative to housing cooperative?s assets or is there a lack in the observed prices anchoring the respective association's finances.
