Integritetstest används för att predicera vilka individer som sannolikt kommer att ägna sig åt kontraproduktiva beteenden på arbetsplatsen. Amerikansk forskning har dock påvisat att integritetstest även till viss del kan förutspå arbetsprestation. I Sverige är integritetstest relativt ovanliga, ett av de befintliga testen är Measuring Integrity (MINT) framtaget av Assessio. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka sambanden mellan integritet och arbetsprestation bland anställda inom svensk detaljhandel. Dessutom undersöktes sambanden mellan relationsorientering och uppgiftsorientering, med de socioanalytiska begreppen ?getting along? och ?getting ahead? i syfte att få en djupare teoretisk förståelse för begreppen.

Syftet med detta arbete är att beskriva hur innovationsprocessen ser ut bland företag inom den gröna näringen. Vidare att ta reda på är hur idéer sprids mellan företag och organisationer samt vilka hinder som finns för att en idé skall bli en innovation..

The aim of this pilotstudy was to compare the plaqueformation during four weeks in individuals using a mouthrinse containing either essential oils (Listerine Cool MINT) or CPC (Colgate Total) as a complement to their ordinary toothbrushing. Another purpose was to evaluate the individual?s experiences regarding taste and sensation in the mouth after rinsing. A semiblind, clinical pilotstudy was conducted in 20 individuals at a university in southern Sweden. According to a screening-plaqueindex the individuals were stratified into two intervention-groups of ten people, one group rinsing with essential oils and one group with CPC twice daily as a complement to their toothbrushing routine.

The objective of this thesis was to examine and analyse how various directors within old-age care, the resident-coordinator, nursing-staff, and the dementia-team apprehend the organisation of dementia nursing homes in the municipality. Our questions were the following:How important is it that the care-receivers are examined and diagnosed?Do the respondents experience difficulties with non-differentiated dementia nursing homes?Which are the advantages and disadvantages for care receivers/patients and nursing-staff if dementia care homes are differentiated according to the care-receivers dementia diagnosis and phase of illness?Are there alternative solutions to the way the municipality organise the residence for carereceivers today that might improve the situation for care-receivers/patients and nursing-staff?How does cooperation or the lack of it MINT the conditions for care in dementia nursing homes?Which goals does the municipality have for the organisation of dementia care?Our approach was a qualitative method consisting of interviews to answer the objective of this thesis and our questions. Our findings are supported by a sociological analysis of organisations. Our findings show that there is a conflict of interest between the principle of permanent residence which imply that the care-receiver should not have to move against her or his will and between the use of differentiated dementia nursing homes.

Städerna växer och stadens områden ändrar funktion. Bland annat blir de tidigare perifera områdena mer cent­rala och därigenom även verksamheterna som varit place­rade där, t.ex industriområden. Då dessa ändå utgör en årsring i stadens historia kan det därför vara intressant för kommande generationer att kunna utläsa stadens framväxt och historia. Frågan är vad som ska bevaras, hur och varför?Det finns en ny syn på vad som räknas till kulturvärden.
