Syfte: Att studera hur relationen mellan arbetsgivaren och den enskilde arbetstagaren påverkar offentlig verksamhets möjlighet att attrahera, rekrytera samt behålla nyckelkompetens inom organisationen. Metod: Studien har utgått från en kvalitativ datainsamlingsmetod genom intervjuer med respondenter ur Landstinget Gävleborg. Materialet från de genomförda intervjuerna har därefter sammanförts och ställts mot olika sekundära informationskällor, vidare har respondenternas svar analyserats med tillämplig litteratur för att därefter utmynna i våra slutsatser. Resultat & slutsats: Verksamheten är idag allt för fokuserad på mätning av nyckeltal för att se vad som produceras per skattekrona, och ser inte vilken påverkan som ett ineffektivt kompetensförsörjningssystem av nyckelkompetenser har. Ett vidgat synsätt och omhändertagande av kompetensförsörjningen i allmänhet och kompetensutvecklingen i synnerhet gör att dessa kostnader kommer att betala sig, inkompetensen kostar mer i flera perspektiv. Förslag till fortsatt forskning: Framtida studier skulle kunna inrikta sig mot att studera hur kompetensförsörjningssystemet ser ut i dag och hur en tänkbar utveckling kan se ut. Den högsta ledningen lägger stort fokus och ansvar på "chefen". Vilken chefs- och ledarskapsutveckling bedrivs idag, vilka brister finns och vad skulle kunna göras för att utveckla den.

Syftet är att undersöka och beskriva vilka faktorer det är som påverkar kunderna när de väljer ett lokalt apotek och även undersöka möjliga samband som kan påvisas mellan upplevd kundlojalitet och några av de undersökta faktorerna.En kombination av en kvalitativ och en kvantitativ studie genomfördes, med huvudfokus på den kvantitativa metoden. Först gjordes miniintervjuer med tre olika apotekschefer på en lokal apoteksmarknad. Efter det genomfördes en kvantitativ studie bland kunder på de tre apoteken. Respondenterna fick ta ställning till om påståendena stämde mycket bra, stämde bra, stämde mindre bra eller inte stämde alls. De insamlade data fördes sedan in i Excel där svaren analyserades.I analysen gjordes först sambandsanalyser genom klusteranalyser, spridningsdiagram och även stapeldiagram.

The thesis explores how the category religion is used discursively in Swedish public debates and in what way the discourses can be related to debate-positions. The thesis also exploresquestions of power and how social identities are negotiated: which identities are madepossible ? and encouraged ? by the discourse, and which are being excluded?The specific cases chosen are: (i) the election of Omar Mustafa as a substitute member of the governing board of the Social Democratic party in April 2013, (ii) the appointment of Elisabeth Svantesson as Minister of employment in September 2013, (iii) the debate concerning male circumcision (2011-2013), and, (iv) the debate about Jewish home education(2012-2013).The theoretical and methodological perspectives used in the thesis are discourse analysis and Pierre Bourdieu?s theory of social fields, usually interwoven together. Discourse analysis is mainly used to explore how the category of religion is attached to central binaries in the debates such as faith/politics, private/public, secularism/fundamentalism, etc., and also how chains of equivalences are established. Bourdieu?s theory of social fields is used tocontextualize the discourses in the specific debates and relate them to orthodox and heterodox debate-positions.

In year 2009, a new housing form (here referred to as "owned apartments", in Swedish called "ägarlägenheter") was introduced in Sweden. Owned apartments are in many countries the dominating form of housing tenure, but in Stockholm, to where this thesis is delimited, only four have been established in four years. There are many possible reasons for this low establishment, but the thesis writers believe the main reason to be that the owned apartment is situated in an organizational gap.
