Sweden is one of five nations in the world manufacturing fighter aircrafts. Highly advanced technology is needed in order to develop a fighter aircraft. When developing advanced technology, new applications, other than those initially intended occur, spin-off. Some of Sweden?s largest companies are spin-offs from the fighter aircraft industry.

The overall purpose of this master essay is to investigate whether there is an interest among people near retirement to contribute with their knowledge and experience after they reach the defined retirement age. Furthermore, I would like to investigate if they want to continue with their old jobs, full time/part time or to do something else, which is beneficial to the society. I also want to find out how the older people view themselves to continuing to work. Also which types of social and structural barriers that might exist for them and why. The aim is also to investigate what types of knowledge and experience they believe could be used in the future community.

Syfte: Reglerna angående revisionsplikten för små företag i Sverige är sedan år 2010 förändrad. Det har sedan dess förts diskussioner om huruvida gränsvärdena i Sverige bör ändras eller inte och därför kan revisionsplikten anses vara ett aktuellt ämne. Denna studie syftar till att beskriva och analysera huruvida de tre storlekskriterierna angående revisionsplikt (nettoomsättning, balansomslutning och antal anställda) är lämpliga och tillräckliga för att mäta fördelarna med revision för små företag. Studien syftar även till att undersöka olika faktorer som kan komma att påverka valet av frivillig revision.Metod: Undersökningen har en deduktiv ansats med kvantitativ metod. Genom att formulera hypoteser som är grundade på tidigare forskning har vi därefter undersökt om dessa hypoteser kan accepteras eller förkastas utifrån vårt empiriska material.

The purpose of this study was to illustrate how cuts as a result of the economic crisis in 2008-2013 affected the newcomers' situation and the possibilities to reach the requirements for knowledge, based on the area manager, principals' and teachers' perspectives.The material we used for the study was made up of semi-structured interviews. We interviewed a psychologist, an area manager, principals and teachers. Most of the interviews were face to face and were recorded on a Dictaphone which we later transcribed and analyzed. During the process, we focused on the following aspects: acceptance and introduction support for new pupils, local opportunities and work material opportunities, school organization and employment structure, and reaction in the form of protests and demonstrations on restructuring the affected schools as a result of the cuts.The result that has emerged is that the teachers' main problem was the large increase in workload. The supervisors took no account whatsoever of protests and demonstrations organized in the affected area.

Den ena förklaringenbehandlar den ökade dokumentationen som en effekt av sjuksköterskors professionalisering.Samtidigt som lagkravet på sjukvårdsdokumentation trädde i kraft startade enprofessionaliseringssträvan för sjuksköterskor. Vikten låg på att som sjuksköterska ständigtsöka större skicklighet inom sitt yrke för att kunna erbjuda patienter bästa möjliga vård. Dettagjorde dokumentationen till en del i ett kollegialt kommunikationsverktyg för att säkrapatientsäkerheten.Den andra förklaringen till ökad dokumentation kan se fenomenet som en effekt avgranskningssamhället. New Public Management och konkurrensbaserad sjukvård har drivitsjuksköterskor att dokumentera om patienters vård och omvårdnad för att kunna styrka att rätthandlingar ä gjorda och därmed klara en granskning.Tidigare studier visar att både professionalisering och granskningssamhället har uppvisateffekter som kan förklara den ökade dokumentationen i sjukvården.

Consequently it is of great importance that the product tastes good and as expected every time. Off-flavors in milk can be caused by for example oxidation of the milk fat. Since copper is a prooxidant, a high copper content in the milk can cause oxidation.

The efficiency of the harvesters work is more often reviewed, than the work of the forwarders. In a local Stora Enso office the differences between the harvesters reported volume of timber, and the actual volume delivered to the industry had been noticed. Therefore, the decision was made to do a review on the forwarders work. The review was conducted together with a worker from Vmf Qbera, who is working daily with wood measurement, in order to get a valid evaluation of the logs. Eight sites were included in the survey, and on each site 50 logs were marked. Approximately one third of the marked logs were pulpwood, and the remaining logs marked were timber.

The functional connection between the building and the streetscape affects the city and its attractiveness. Stores located in shopping malls with their entrances facing internal walkways, creates segregation between the mall and the streetscape. This segregation implies that the shopping mall loses some of its attractiveness, which may result in a so-called Greyfield mall. The expression Greyfield mall is used for shopping malls that have lost its visitors. Competition from new modern malls and a lack of investments are examples of factors that influence the development of Greyfiled malls.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a group of female converters and their subsequent experiences when transitioning to islam by bearing hijab. The study analyzes how this religious conversion has shaped and influenced the identity of mentioned women, as well as their attitude and relationship to the social environment prior to and after converting. This means that in accordance with the purpose of this study, an attempt to reveal the everyday life of these women will be performed. In order to make this study possible, three different methods will be put to use. A narrative method that touches upon the time leading up to and after the final converting and the impact of the conversion.

Trots att det har gått fyra år sedan dess, så är Sverige ett av de länder som har de lägsta gränsvärdena för frivillig revision i Europa. År 2013 presenterade EU ett nytt direktiv gällande dessa gränsvärden. Det pågår sedan dess diskussioner kring revisionsplikten och regeringen har startat upp en utredning huruvida EU:s redovisningsdirektiv skall införas i Sverige eller inte. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vilka effekter en höjning av gränsvärdena för frivillig revision kan få på redovisningen.
