Syftet med denna studie är dels att undersöka hur eleverna ser på sitt inflytande och sin delaktighet i idrottsundervisningen utformning och genomförande, i gymnasieskolans kurs Idrott och Hälsa A, och vad de har för attityd och inställning till elevinflytande samt att undersöka dels hur deras lärare arbetar med elevinflytande och vilka attityder de har till elevernas inflytande. Studien kommer att undersöka skillnader mellan studie- och yrkesförberedande program. Vi har intervjuat elever från fyra olika gymnasieutbildningar, två studieförberedande och två yrkesförberedande program, samt deras lärare.Resultatet visar att både lärare och elever generellt är väldigt positivt inställda till att eleverna har inflytande över idrottsundervisningen men att problematik med att utöva inflytande finns. Lärare anger tid- och resursbrist som två viktiga faktorer och det framkommer att elevernas inflytande kan vara begränsat till relativt obetydliga situationer. En majoritet av eleverna ser elevinflytande som viktigt men avsäger sig i många fall inflytande med motiveringen att de är nöjda med undervisningen och att de har ett stort förtroende för lärarna.Skillnader framkom mellan studie- och yrkesförberedande program, men man kan i denna begränsade studie diskutera huruvida dessa kanske snarare kan tillskrivas lärarnas olika attityder, arbetsmetoder och ledarstilar..

The aim of this study was to measure the castration coverage and the attitudes among people towards castration in an area in Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi, where a castration program has been running for a few years. Another aim was to review the literature to examine the link between castration coverage and rabies prevalence. Two areas (Area 25 and Area 23) in Lilongwe were studied through standardized household interviews. In Area 25, a non-governmental organization had been castrating dogs weekly to twice weekly for free for 3 years. In Area 23, no official organization had done castrations, and this area therefore acted as a control in the study.

The purpose of this essay is to describe how probation service officers regard their professional role and their liberty of action within the motivational treatment program, MIK, and the probation organization. To answer the purpose three questions were formulated: 1) Does the probation service organization affect the individual discretion for the probation service officers, and in that case how? 2) Does the motivational treatment program, MIK, influence the probation officers? professionalism and their professional role? 3) What advantages and disadvantages do the probation service officers consider MIK being related to? The method conducted in the study was interviews with five probation service officers in Stockholm. The interviews were combined with a theoretical framework based on themes as organization, professional role, professionalism and motivation. The result showed that probation officers consider themselves to have a relatively high discretion within their work.

Stress och stressrelaterade sjukdomar är ett problem i dagens samhälle och de som främst är drabbade är unga människor. Stressen är dessutom ojämnställt fördelad då kvinnor drabbas värre än män. För studenter kan stress vara en faktor som påverkar deras studieprestation negativt. Syftet med studien var att undersöka självupplevd stress bland högskolestudenter på Mälardalens högskola samt analysera om det finns skillnader avseende kön och utbildningsprogram. Studien hade en kvantitativ ansats där en tvärsnittsdesign användes.

The purpose of this study was to make a survey of a larger company in Sweden to analyze if it complied to the stipulated Systematic Work Environment Management rules in Sweden. The company chosen was Hennes & Mauritz. The key question was to see if the company was examining and judging the risks, developing handling plans and if they were making yearly follow ups so that problems could be attended to. Further, I also wanted to examine if there was lack of competence within different departments as well as give some substantiate proposals on educations in Systematic Work Environment Management. The method used to investigate this was interviews and observations on how the Systematic Work Environment Management was handled in the company.

The local council of Eskilstuna has a lot of fans on their Facebook page, but not so many people that ask questions, likes, comments or share their posts. This is a bachelor-thesis on how to inspire dialogue and encourage the fans to be a part of Eskilstunas Facebook page.I have made guidelines for the council how to use Facebook as a way to reach out to those who live in Eskilstuna, based on results from literature studies, analysis of several other Facebook pages and interviews. I've also made examples of statuses for the Facebook page for one week, in May 2012.The result shows that the fans want's to read about their local environment. It is important to have a personal appeal. Post should be no longer than 400 character, if they are, the posts will be truncated, and hidden.

This study is based on narratives from two victims of violence. A raped old woman has turned to be the core of this narrative of narrative. She is both a narrator and the head person in her narrative. Her narrative turned out to be a dialogue between two genres namely her trauma story and her life story. By experience violence has been associated with masculinity and powr, which is discussed in some detail.

I detta examensarbete har en undersökning utförts på konsultföretaget ÅF, och deras arbetssätt inom dokumentation och kontrollanläggningar för att utreda om det fanns effektiviseringspotentialer. Undersökningen har i största del innefattat intervjuer med verksamma konsulter inom kontrollanläggningar och elmontage på transformatorstationer. Konsulterna arbetade som konstruktörer och tog fram ritningar främst till kontrollutrustningar. Resultatet från intervjuerna analyserades för att sedan dra slutsatser om effektiviseringsmöjligheter inom verksamheten. Olika kontor i verksamheten undersöktes och arbetssättet varierade på de olika kontoren.

The Swedish public inquiries and most of the political science advocate reforms in the spirit of participatory democracy to strengthen the democracy. Although it is striking how limited and narrow the scientific documentation is in analysing the effects of participatory democratic reforms. Still, many of the local governments in Sweden are reshaping their organisations according to the participatory democracy model. Is it a trend and a symbolic action or a veritable action of good-will of the politicians?The paper argues that the idea of participatory democracy has become popular and widely spread.

Friluftsplanen är ett frivilligt dokument som enbart beskriver friluftslivets intresse i kommunen. Detta för att dokumenten är frivillig och att det inte finns några bestämmelser om vad ett friluftsdokument ska innehålla. Detta arbete är en fallstudie som syftar till att undersöka om friluftsdokumenten innehåll. Friluftsplanen visade sig ofta vara del i annan plan eller program vilket innebar att arbetet breddades och kom att undersöka flera friluftsdokument med olika namn. Innehållet i friluftsdokumenten analyserades och jämfördes sinsemellan.

The purpose of this study is to investigate? how a professional librarian can support the work with pupils, age six to twelve years, in their reading and linguistic development? how the conditions at the school have to be for this to become possible? what kind of attitudes the teachers have, and how they relate to the impact of a librarian for the pupils reading and linguistic development.The methods used are analyses of steering documents concerning school libraries and analyses of the means of the local school culture. The latter has been carried out by literature studies and through interviews of eight teachers and two school librarians. The result of the interviews showed a limited insight into how a professional librarian can support and assist teachers and pupils in the work with reading and linguistic development. They also showed the influence of existing traditions and local school culture for the use of a librarian?s services, and also how all the teachers, once they have become used to the services a librarian can provide, now find their support invaluable.

Detta gjordes genom att undersöka två olika program som sändes under den aktuella tiden då studien genomfördes. Programmen som valdes var Argument och Kvällsöppet.Metod: Kvalitativ innehållsanalys samt empiriskt material utifrån innehållsanalyserna av programmen och genom informantintervjuer med redaktörerna för respektive program.Resultat: Genom framför allt innehållsanalyserna har vi dragit slutsatsen att publikdeltagandet i de aktuella programmen är lågt. Allmänheten intar en svag roll och får litet utrymme både som publik och deltagare i debatterna, samtidigt som det ges endast en typ av publikdeltagande i varje program.

The purpose with this study is to examine how the twelve-step program is described by the author J Keith Miller (2004) in his book Steg in i livet and by the author Olle Carlsson (2012) in his book 12steg för hopplösa. The aim for the study is to highlight the twelve steps usage on people without addiction problems. In the study, the two author?s thoughts and experience of the twelve-step program is analysed and interpreted by Pargaments (1997) theory of religious coping. Norsholm kan beskrivas som en bostadsort i ett lugnt och unikt läge vid sjön Roxen och Göta kanal som på sommaren lever upp i och med omfattande turisttrafik på kanalen, vilket även lockar besökande på land. Det lilla samhället präglas av småskalighet men har närhet till en stor bostads-, studie- och arbetsmarknad. Inom regionen vill kommunerna i framtiden genom bra kommunikationer knyta samman redan etablerade orter som ett alternativ till att bygga ut nya förortsområden och i detta sammanhang nämns Norsholm som en potentiell utvecklingsort. Södra stambanan skär idag genom samhället, men tågen stannar inte här. Om Ostlänken blir verklighet, som innebär att Södra stambanan kan öppnas upp för pendeltågstrafik, skulle Norsholm kunna få en egen pendeltågsstation med täta avgångar inom regionen. Flera viktiga planeringsfrågor aktualiseras beträffande Norsholms framtid, men den viktigaste är var och hur en expansion av orten kan ske, vilket föranleder en strategi som kan formuleras genom ett program..

The purpose of this essay is to understand and analyze why people read a local newspaper and which needs it can fulfill. The newspaper indistry is changing and so is the way we consume news. Today the readers are seen as an active group of people who choose the media, which fulfills their needs in the best possible way. This essay is based on a case study of the local newspaper Barometern. We used a qualitative research method and have done eight interviews.
