The aim of this study is to examine the significance of having a music department at the public library in Enköping, and how the organization of the phonograms is handled. The different areas examined are the reason of the reintroduction of a music department, its budget, its users, the work with selection, the marketing, statistical data concerning loans, the work with classification, indexing, and organization of the phonograms and the future of the music department. The empirical material consists of qualitative interviews with staff connected to the music department at the public library in Enköping. For the theoretical frame, Sanna Taljas discourse analysis of music libraries in Finland is used. Talja presents three discourses which all show different views on what kind of material a music library should contain.

The agricultural sector has historically seen stable prices and a relatively constant demand for its products. Companies within the sector have generally had few loans and large sums of money tied in assets. The profitability of the companies has on the other hand been low. Together these circumstances have determined the creditors? demands on the companies within the sector and have formed the rules and regulations that exist today.

Background: Moral distress is an increasing concern among nurses in their workplace. Previous research has suggested that moral distress is associated with ethical climate and job dissatisfaction. Economic restraints in the organization have led to loss of nurses from the workplace. Aim: To examine nurses experience of moral distress and their causes. Method: The study was a literature review. Twelve articles were used in the study.

 Background: Euthanasia means help to die. Some terminally ill patients wish for euthanasia. Purpose: Illuminating terminally ill patients' desire for voluntary euthanasia. Method: A general literature study. Seven articles were reviewed and analyzed.

Marknadsföring är ett extremt brett begrepp och antalet metoder som finns att marknadsförasitt företag är enorma. I dagens samhälle utsätts vi för tusentals marknadsföringsbudskap ochde flesta sorterar vi bort automatiskt. Därför är det viktigt att kunna marknadsföra sig på ett såeffektivt sätt som möjligt. Det finns ingen marknadsföringsmetod som är bäst för alla företag,utan varje företag måste undersöka och prova vilken metod som passar för just det dem. Enform av marknadsföring som är effektiv kostnadsmässigt är nätverksmarknadsföring, där dethandlar om att människor blir återförsäljare för företaget och marknadsför företagetsprodukter samt rekryterar nya återförsäljare.

In using a qualitative method have I interviewed six women and six men taking care of their wives respectively husbands suffering from physical disease, disfunction or demental disease. The purpose was to find out whether male and female caretakers were differently influenced in their situation, relationship and in their partners, when they became caretakers of their spouse, depending on what the partner suffered from.The results showed that, when a husband or wife was hit by disease or disfunction, the caretaker was influenced both in the partners situation, the relationship and the role towards the partner. The couple still lived in a close relationship and could communicate. For the carers spouse suffered from a demental disease, there was no communication as before or possibility to remember. The carers also felt the loss of community, nearness and sympathy.

The emphasize of this study is to evaluate security issues for home users having a personal computer connected to the Internet. It focus on the usage of advantages and disadvantages when using a firewall while connected to the Internet. The hypothesis is that it gives a better protection to install and use a firewall compared not to do so, due to security flaws in the operating system. The prediction was tested on a home user's personal computer. The testwork was divided into two major tests, each of them performed with, respectively without, a firewall. These major tests were divided into five smaller semi­ tests. The first semi­test without a firewall suffered from a virus or worm attack resulting in loss of data and log files.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the use and losses of energy in an existing older building. Another purpose was also to look through various options for heating systems with renewable energy in the building. The aim was to reduce the use and losses of energy. The first step was to study the related electricity bills of the building and also perform measurements and calculations of the building envelope and ventilation. The next step was to find out the possible actions for energy saving by performing measurements and calculations.

Fetma och övervikt är ett allt mer vanligt problem över hela världen och därav ökar även överviktskirurgin. Gastric bypass är den vanligaste metoden i Sverige och ses som ett redskap för viktminskning. För att bibehålla viktminskningen spelar andra faktorer än operationen en roll hos patienterna. Studiens syfte var att finna framgångsfaktorer vid en bibehållen viktminskning postoperativt. Metoden var av fenomenologisk narrativ karaktär och datainsamlingen skedde med hjälp av intervjuer.

One third of all Swedish people will suffer in cancer. Pain is a common symptom in cancer patients. The pain is subjective and includes several dimensions. The dimensions of pain are the physical, psychological, social and spiritual. This is a literature review and the aim with this study was to identify the pain experience in patients with cancer receiving palliative care.

Bakgrund och Syfte: I dagens samhälle präglas många marknader av överetablering ochmättnad. Det har skapat en situation där företagen måste agera för att differentiera sig,vilket de gör genom att komplettera sina varuprodukter med tjänster. Det finns däremottendenser på marknaden som tyder på att det verkar vara mer komplicerat att säljavaruprodukter med kompletterande tjänster, än att endast sälja enskilda varuprodukter.Vårt syfte med uppsatsen var att skapa en större förståelse för vad som inträffar idistributionsledet när ett företag väljer att genomgå ett skifte enligt ovan, för att öka sindifferentiering gentemot sina konkurrenter.Design och metod: För att öka förståelsen i enlighet med vårt syfte har vi genomfört enkvalitativ studie kring fenomenet där vi valt att designa den som en fallstudie. Vi hargenomfört en empirisk studie där vi har utgått ifrån RingUp som är en stor kedja påtelekommarknaden. RingUp är en aktör som har genomfört ovanstående skifte och somupplever en situation där försäljningen av de nya kompletterande tjänsterna inte haruppnått det resultat som de hade hoppats på.Resultat och slutsats: Efter att ha genomfört intervjuer med säljare från olikaåterförsäljare inom RingUp-kedjan, bearbetades den informationen med relevant teori.

ABSTRACTMany wind turbines have problems with icing and there is still no effective method to de-ice without stoppage of production and power loss. Here I therefore consider other methods than those available today, and particularly, I consider how these methods could be applied to wind turbines of the company Oxel. A surface where the water droplets do not attach might be the basis for a useful method. If no water attaches, no ice could form. To accomplish this a hydrophobic surface is nessesary, for example wax.

This study is a first attempt to try to understand what the variables could be that make the person responsible for the grave sign up for grave gardening services by the church or to maintain the grave by him- or herself. There has been almost no research done within this subject. This study has been made by a qualitative research method and interviews have been performed with both persons responsible for the grave who have gardening services made by the church and with those who maintain the grave by themselves. The characteristics that are affecting consumer behaviour and the buyer decision process are presented in the theoretical part of this study. That is done so it can be seen if a comparison between the results of the study and the basic theoretical concept is possible, resulting in an understanding of how the costumers think and argue about this question.

Syftet med denna studie var att uttyda faktorer som bidrar till en långvarig beteendeförändring. Beteendeförändringar är i regel svåra att vidmakthålla och forskning har visat att ett flertal faktorer krävs för att nå ett långvarigt ihållande. Exempel på faktorer var känsla av sammanhang, kunskap, självkänsla, självtillit, reflektion, medvetenhet, motivation och gruppstöd. En fallstudie har genomförts på en viktminskningsgrupp för att se resultatet ett år efter deltagandet. Fem personer svarade på postenkäterna som skickades ut i uppföljningen.
