A villas price depends on several important factors. By statistical data, a mathematical multiple regression model was modeled. The model has important explanatory variables such as living space, renovation year and standard points has been taken into consideration, in order to assess their impact on the final price for private homes.By using a statistical program,Minitab 16, the final model was selected with eight explanatory variables. The regression for this model explains up to 67.3 % of the variation on the final price.The results showed percentage wise that the standard points had the greatest impact on the price, there after renovation year and then living space..

Bakgrund: Globalt ses en ökning av diabetes typ2, där livsstilsförändringar anses vara den främsta anledningen. I diabetesvården svarar i huvudsak sjuksköterskan för undervisning i diabetespatientens egenvård, vilken är viktig för behandlingen av patientens sjukdom. Metod: En allmän litteraturstudie genomfördes, där 19 vetenskapliga artiklar ligger till grund för resultatet. Syfte: Att belysa hur patienter med diabetes typ2 upplever diabetesvården. Resultat: I artiklarna beskrivs betydelsen av stöd och kunskap, möte med sjuksköterskan, upplevda besvikelser, vad patienterna efterfrågar och olika mål i diabetesvården.

The purpose with this study was to examine which opinions and knowledge the directors have about the physical residential environment's importance on accommodations for people with dementia disease and how they do to create and to maintain a good physical residential environment. The issues have been: Which opinions and knowledge the directors had about the physical residential environment's importance for the people with dementia? How did the managers work in order to create and maintain a good physical residential environment? We had four themes, homelike environment on the accommodations, priorities on the accommodation, care/nursing in the physical residential environment and the manager?s possibility to influence the physical residential environment. The study followed a qualitative method. Five managers were interviewed on four accommodations and the managers were said to work actively with the physical residential environment.

This thesis suggests an explanation for how it is possible for individuals living in an unsafe neighborhood to expressa highlevel of security. Araby is the district in Växjö municipality withthe highest level of insecurity. Within the district, there is acategory of individuals in security-measurements showing a high degree of security. Inhabitants living in house in Araby also seem to show a higher level of security than inhabitants in the same accommodation in other neighborhoods in the municipality.The study's purpose is to understand how individuals belonging to an unsafe neighborhood can experience a high degree of security.Qualitative data were collected from an observation in Araby and from interviews with individuals living in house in the district.Previous research has shown that security in the surrounding area depends on several factors, such as disorders, the degree of social control and personal opinions. Thestudy shows how a distinction to places and people in the district can explain the degree of security.

Background: The relationship between advanced age, presence of illness and impaired functioning is well known. A large proportion of the elderly population has an extensive need of care and service and therefore need help from municipal care. Aging is a transition in life and also affects the person's identity and self image, making the person particularly vulnerable and challenging everyday safety. It is therefore of importance to gain knowledge about which factors at individual and organizational level that support a person-centered nursing care for the elderly so that caring responsibilities and staffing of nursing personnel may be scheduled based on need. Aim: This study aimed at describing dependency and care needs of elderly persons living in ordinary housing, sheltered housing and nursing homes.

Antalet patienter med sjukdomen diabetes förväntas öka vilket kommer innebära att ett ännu större antal patienter behöver screenas för att upptäcka diabetesretinopati. Syftet med den här pilotstudien var att beskriva patienters erfarenheter av screening för diabetesretinopati på en ögonmottagning. Pilotstudien utformades efter en kvalitativ induktiv ansats och data samlades in genom semistrukturerade intervjuer. Materialet bearbetades genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys. De huvudkategorier som framkom var: trygghet, informationens betydelse, tillgänglighetens betydelse, oro för undersökningsresultatet och dess konsekvenser samt obehagligt och tidskrävande.

Bakgrund: Övervikt och fetma är ett växande bekymmer som medför hälsoproblem. En av de vanligaste orsakerna är ohälsosamma levnadsvanor gällande kost och fysisk aktivitet. För att hindra den negativa utvecklingen behövs livsstilsförändring. Därför är distriktssköterskans stöd och vägledning viktigt i arbetet med dessa patienter för att kunna få dem att bli motiverade. Syfte: Syftet var att belysa distriktssköterskors uppfattningar om vad som motiverar patienter med övervikt eller fetma till livsstilsförändring.

Venous leg ulcers are a chronic disease mostly among elderly individuals. The leg ulcers are often painful and interfere with the individual?s daily life. The aim of this literature review was to describe individuals? experiences of living with venous leg ulcers.

Diabetes mellitus typ 2 är ett stort och växande folkhälsoproblem. Behandlingen ställer höga krav på patientens förmåga att praktisera egenvård. En förutsättning för att utföra egenvård är att patienten har kunskap om sjukdom och behandling. Detta ställer i sin tur krav på att vårdpersonal ska ha förmåga att undervisa och uppnå lärande hos patienter. Därför var syftet med min uppsats att beskriva patientundervisning beträffande egenvård för patienter med typ-2 diabetes.

Flera förutsättningar gäller för att läkemedel ska göra nytta. De ska täcka ett befintligt medicinskt behov, vara av god kvalité, finnas tillgängliga för dem som behöver dem samt inte minst så ska de användas på rätt sätt. Ofta är det den sista förutsättningen som är sämst uppfylld. Patienterna är inte följsamma till medicineringen. Bristen på följsamhet leder till misslyckad terapi, onödigt lidande och sjukdom samt stora kostnader.

This thesis aim to investigate the living conditions among marginalized habitants of suburbs in the Swedish welfare state. To approach an understanding of the complexity of marginalized urban areas, this thesis focus on studying the Stockholm suburb Husby in a context of the May riots 2013.The research method used is qualitative interviews with seven informants, who have a connection to the Husby area.The theories applied to the empirical material is Gösta Esping-Andersens theory on welfare state regimes and Loïc Wacquants theory on advanced marginality, also known as ?The new urban poverty?.By observing the complexity of the Husby riots in a contextual aspect of the Swedish welfare state and the living situation in Husby, the analysis has shown that the Swedish welfare model is going through a changing process. This process means a shift from a social democratic welfare model towards a more liberal regime, with an increased privatization of public welfare and a focus on individual responsibility regarding the citizens own living conditions. Husby as an area is characterized by a low socioeconomic status, a high level of unemployment and poor school results.

Sammanfattning Syfte: Diabetes är en växande folksjukdom och år 2000 rapporterade Världshälsoorganisationen (WHO) att 171 miljoner har diagnosen diabetes mellitus. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka en diabetikers val av utbildning, yrke, pension, fritid och investering av hälsa. För att få en förklaring till om valen är olika för diabetiker och ickediabetiker undersöks möjliga bakomliggande faktorer, framförallt effekten av den individuella hälsoinvesteringen. Metod: För att utreda diabetikerns val analyseras besluten utifrån Michael Grossmans teori om efterfråga på hälsa och effekten av individens egna hälsoinvesteringen. För att ta fram eventuella bakomliggande faktorer används Gary Beckers ekonomiska teorier om humankapital och Follands (et al, 2004) framställning av försäkringsteorin.

Syftet med denna studie var att identifiera olika metoder för att undervisa ungdomar med typ-1 diabetes och hur ungdomarna upplevde metoderna. Metod: En beskrivande litteraturstudie. Resultat: Studien visade att olika undervisningsmetoder användes och att undervisningen för ungdomarna skedde framförallt individuellt vid de regelbundna besöken på diabetesmottagningen. Gruppundervisning och undervisning med hjälp av olika tekniska hjälpmedel var andra forum för undervisning. Undervisning i grupp uppskattades av många ungdomar där de fick möjlighet att träffa andra ungdomar i samma situation.
