Jag hargenomfört intervjuer på Saab AB och ISP (Inspektionen förstrategiska produkter) för att på det sättet finna aktuell fakta omhur företag arbetar med offset idag.Slutsat's: Det är främst fem nationalekonomiska teorier som påverkarförekomsten av offset. Den välvilliga staten, Public Choiceteorier, Fångarna's dilemma och teorier kring hold up problemetoch ofullständiga kontrakt. Dessa olika teorier förklarar varföroffset idag är vanligt förekommande inom försvarsindustrin ochvilka incitament som ligger bakom valet av handelsform..

Samspel på förskolan- Barns sociala utveckling genom samspelen på förskolan./Interaction in preschool- Childrens social development through interaction in preschool.

Syftet med denna studie är kunna uppmärksamma det sociala deltagandet och utbytet som sker mellan barnen utifrån en interaktion i leken. Jag vill göra pedagoger medvetna om när samspel sker, hur samspelt ser ut samt dess betydelse för barns tidiga utveckling av ett socialt beteende, det vill säga att kunna delta i andras upplevelser och erfarenheter samt själv kunna delge upplevelser och erfarenheter, att föra en ömsesidig kommunikation. Lev Vygotskij och Daniel Stern beskriver hur och när barnen bli medvetna individer som börjar kunna delge samt delta i egna och andras upplevelser och erfarenheter genom samspel. Vygotskij talar om vad barnen klara av själv och tillsammans med andra medan Stern beskriver barnens utveckling av det interpersonella som behövs för att kunna förstå sig själv och andra. Jag har valt att genomföra en kvalitativ undersökning med observationer av tre- och fyraåringars lek på en förskola för att uppmärksamma deras samspel. I resultatet kom jag fram till att barnen lär sig förstå sin omvärld genom att pröva och utforska tillsammans, de kommer tillsammans fram till det som går att veta. Kommunikationen är en viktig del i att vara en social individ och denna kommunikation uppstår redan i tidig ålder då barn uttrycker sig genom kroppsspråket det vill säga blickar, minspel med mera. Denna kommunikation behövs för att barnen ska kunna utbyta och uppfatta varandra i ett samspel. Nyckelord: Förskola, samspel, lek, social utveckling, lärande.

AimThe aim of this study has been to examine how health enhancement teachers in Montana, USA, view the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective.In what way does the health enhancement teacher think the importance of physical activity from a lifelong perspective could be presented?What resources are available for teachers to present the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective?MethodThe issue has been answered through qualitative interviews consisting of six health enhancement teachers, four women and two men, in Montana, USA. One of the teachers worked at an elementary school (for 30 years), three teachers worked at middle schools (20, 10 and 8 years of work experience) and two of the teachers interviewed worked at a high school (30 and 3 years).  ResultsThe majority of teachers feel that a wide variety of activities, adapted to an individual level, and the understanding of a healthy lifestyle are important in order for the teacher to present the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective.The teachers felt they had sufficient material in order to present the value of physical activity, where the school budget provided the teachers with materials every year. In addition to the budget, all the teachers had 12 hours of professional development every year where they could attend conferences or their own choice of professional development.ConclusionWith the help in forms of professional development offered by the school, conferences, meeting with other teachers, and their own choice of development, the teachers instruction techniques could increase which could help the teachers to find the pupils? interest for different kinds of physical activities.KeywordsPhysical education and health, physical activity, SOC, sense of coherence..

Utomhusmiljön som en lärandemiljö : Sex förskolepedagogers syn på utomhuspedagogik och utomhusmatematik

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vilka möjligheter samt hinder pedagoger verksamma inom tre olikt profilerade förskolor ser med utomhuspedagogik och utomhusmatematik i förskolans verksamhet samt att lyfta fram likheter och skillnader i pedagogernas synsätt relaterat till förskoleprofilen.En kvalitativ forskningsansats har använts med intervju som metod. Sex pedagoger har intervjuats - två pedagoger på en Reggio Emilia - inspirerad förskola, två på en I ur och skur förskola samt två på två olika oprofilerade förskolor.Resultatet av studien bygger på vår tolkning av pedagogernas utsagor och visar att pedagogerna, oavsett profilering, ser övervägande fler möjligheter än hinder med utomhuspedagogiken och utomhusmatematiken. De möjligheter som framkommit i resultatet beskrivs med hjälp följande rubriker; konkret och sinnligt lärande, hälsa, socialt samspel, motorisk utveckling, eget ansvar, fysiska miljön, naturmaterial och pedagogens inställning. De hinder som resultatet pekar på är relaterade till faktorer som tid, personalbrist, material, väder och pedagogens inställning. Samtliga pedagoger ser möjligheter med den sinnliga inlärningen och den grovmotoriska träningen utomhus.

Personer med Multipel Skleros upplevelser av att leva med sjukdomen, samt deras upplevelser av stöd och bemötande från vårdgivare : En intervjustudie

The aim of the study was to describe what it's like to live with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and experiences of social support and being received and met by health personnel. The method was a qualitative interview study of descriptive design and was analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Three women and two men (26-75 years) with MS from two municipalitiesin central Sweden participated in the study. The main results showed that the participants felt the disease limited everyday life. The majority described feelings of injustice being affectedby the illness, but they now have a new perspective on life.

The purpose of this essay is to examine the impact on children playing at a preschool yard that is designed with traditional playground equipment, and a nature-like yard without traditional playground equipment. How these respective environments influence children?s play, which other factors in the external environment that affect the game and whether the theories in the literature correspond with the results were important questions for the essay. To answer these questions a case study was applied onto two specific preschool centers, both located in Malmö. Through literature studies, inventories, observations and interviews with staff and children, a picture become clear of how the children use the yard and how their play is affected by the design of it.

Att göra reklam för reklamen : Reklambranschens opinionsbildning 1965-1977

Föreliggande uppsats syftar till att, utifrån relevanta teorier, beskriva, analysera och jämföra marknadsföringen av och genomslaget hos två konsertserier på Kulturhuset i Stockholm. För att se hur arbetsprocessen skiljer sig åt utifrån olika faktorer, är analysobjekten valda med tanke på deras skillnader i musikgenre och omfattning. "The Critic´s Choice" är fyra konserter med nutida konstmusik, "Konserter att pausa till" är tre konserter inom singer/songwriter-genren. Då internt samarbete ses som en allt viktigare faktor för en lyckad extern insats, har jag också tittat närmare på hur produktions- och marknadsenheterna förhåller sig till varandra. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna är således hämtade ur forskningsområdena intern kommunikation, marknadsföring och publicitet.Uppsatsen använder sig utav kvalitativ fallstudiemetodik, och baserar sig främst på enskilda intervjuer med fem anställda på Kulturhuset: de båda producenterna för respektive projekt, programchefen, marknadschefen samt den informationssekreterare som är marknadsansvarig för programavdelningen.Resultaten visar att det allmänt råder vissa meningsskiljaktigheter mellan enheterna, vilket kan förklaras med att de olika enheterna har olika slags kompetenser, erfarenheter och syn på marknadsföring.

Den svenska äldrevården : Behov, konkurrens, kvalitet och valfrihet ur ett fastighetsperspektiv

In this thesis an explorative study was undertaken with the aim to study how a number of private care providers, as well as politicians and officials from councils in and around the Stockholm and Uppsala counties, think about the future of the Swedish elderly care from a property perspective, i.e. homes for the elderly. The analysis shows that there is a demand for capacity in 6 out of 16 municipalities, and that the property is an important part of this capacity, and the fulfillment of it. This was mainly due to the cost of capital, but also because of several other factors such as lack of land, a wish to guide the design, ideology, and in many cases a wish to use the property as an instrument of domination to control private health care providers.Also, the property was show to be connected to economic competition, to freedom of choice, and to quality. The problems related to the property in the market for elderly care still remains to be solved.

Vad är val? Är de val vi har våra egna? Spelutvecklare idag kämpar med spelares fria vilja då detta kan orsaka problem. Till exempel när spelare gör val som spelutvecklare inte har räknat med, vilket som följd kan skapa frustration hos båda parter. Problemet med spelares oförutsägbarhet i sina val är något som spelutvecklare ständigt har försökt lösa. Idag finns det flera tekniker som syftar till att diskret manipulera möjligheten till val inom spel och samtidigt låta spelare vara ovetande om detta.
