Syftet med den här rapporten är att belysa hur polisens träning av tjänstehundar. Mitt intresse till denna rapport väcktes under min första praktik då jag fick möjlighet att vara med en hundförare några pass. För att kunna bilda mig en uppfattning om vilka metoder och tankar träningen genomsyras av, har jag genomfört ett antal intervjuer. Genom intervjuerna framkommer bland annat att elhalsband är accepterat verktyg bland vissa av hundförarna jag intervjuat och ett verktyg för dom som inte kan något alls enligt Lennart Wetterholm som är före detta militär med stor erfarenhet av tjänstehundar. I resultatet framkommer det till exempel att hundförarna vill lösa ett problembeteende på ett visst sätt medan andra jag intervjuat vill lösa det på ett helt annat sätt.

Anonymous job applications as a method to further diversity on the labour market is widely discussed. The method aims to promote an equal selection procedure, where the employer can only judge on merits and experience. We are with this study on the other hand interested in seeing how this specific method of employment has been implemented. We have chosen to perform a small qualitative case study, of a limited attempt of this method in the government administration of Kortedala, a district in Gothenburg.Our intrests are to see whether we can, while studying a specific implementation procedure, show that any implementation problems have occurred. Furthermore explaining it by applying our implementation theory, that consists of Lennart Lundquists three criterias for explaining implementation problems experienced from the appliers' standpoint.

Music affects us humans. Marketing has long made use of music as a means to enable customers to identify with a brand, and thus increase sales. The Influence of music is obvious, but can you use this on students, and how effective is it to use in a classroom?I will answer the question: how does soft music provide reassurance/create a harmoniums learning environment at the beginning of a lesson?By observing how students react and behave to the playing of soft music. Is the Swedish author Stig Dagerman an existentialist? This work takes a close look at Dagerman?s novel Island of the Doomed to see if it is possible to consider it an expression of existentialist thinking and to see if it interacts with any specific existentialist tradition. Dagerman?s novel was compared with select works of five existentialist thinkers ? Søren Kierkegaard, Martin Heidegger, Jean-Paul Sartre, Albert Camus and Karl Jaspers, all read in the light of the four categories of existentialistic thinking identified by the Swedish scholar Lennart Koskinen. All the four categories appeared to be central themes within the novel and a few subcategories were identified.

The implementation problem refers to the situation when political decisions are not implemented as intended by the decision makers. In this thesis I examine how one part of the new school reform GY11 has been implemented in Social Science in high school in Sweden. The part that interests me is entrepreneurial learning. Using implementation theory, and the actor properties understand, can and will, as described by Lennart Lundquist, I have interviewed five high school Social Science teachers in Malmö and Lund. The result was that they all understood the concept of entrepreneurial learning.

In this thesis a possible cost effective runner change of some of the units in the hydroelectric power station Olidan is investigated. The possibility to drive a unit at the same efficiency point through a change of the turbine shaft speed and the rate of discharge is tested. Furthermore the theories behind model testing, determination of efficiency increase from model to prototype and efficiency measurements shall be discussed and analyzed with Olidan as a starting point.A predicted curve has been built on information from model tests and field measurements on the existing runners and runner data from the test of the new model. The predicted curve shows the difference in efficiency between an existing runner and a modern one. It is the difference in efficiency that is used in the calculations that are to show whether changing to a pair of new runners will be cost effective or not.

I will do this with the help of my research questions:? Have the United States followed the guidelines of the United Nations in their foreign policy?? Are there signs that show of a change, either towards more or less cooperation between United Nations and the United States?To answer these questions I will use the theories realism and Hedley Bulls concepts of fairness and his ideas of an international system in his book ?An Anarchical Society?.

This thesis studies if public libraries in Sweden have taken part ofinformation regarding the Swedish government policy that publicareas are to be made accessible by 2010. Also studied is thesignificance of information and resources on the execution ofaccessibility adaptations at public libraries.The analysis uses Lennart Lundquist?s theory of implementation ofpublic policies, that the person executing the policy needs tounderstand, be able to and want to in order for the policy to besuccessfully executed. The study was carried out through a surveyand the thesis focuses on the factors of understanding and beingable to.The survey was sent by email to all 290 municipal libraries inSweden with an answering frequency of 65%. The results arepresented in table format with explanations.The thesis finds that a clear majority of respondents have hadaccess to information about accessibility adaptations, but thatmuch fewer consider the information clear enough.

Sjukvården har länge varit satt under hög press för att sänka de stigande vårdkostnaderna och öka produktiviteten. Med ursprung i den privata sektorn introducerades i slutet av 80-talet nya organisationsidéer, New Public Management, som strävar efter att ta till vara på ekonomiska värden. Vissa forskare har sedan dess oroat sig för att detta underminerar de normer som tidigare dominerat offentliga sektorn. Lennart Lundquist hävdar att det gått så långt att dessa värden influerat politiker och tjänstemän till den grad att det hotar demokratin.Denna uppsats fokuserar på hur Beställar-utförarmodellen och kontraktering till privata vårdproducenter har påverkat demokratiska värden såsom ansvarsutkrävande, insyn och politiskt styrning. Med Lundquists teori i ryggen har vi genomfört en fallstudie av ett sjukvårdsdistrikt i Region Skåne som har lång erfarenhet av arbete med privata vårdproducenter.

Respondenterna har bestått av entreprenörer, studenter och en organisation. TeoretisktPerspektiv: Den teoretiska referensramen författaren har använt sig av består främst av teoretiskt entreprenörskap, fokusgrupper och handel. Empiri: Respondenterna i studien består av studenterna Paulina Larsson (17år), MilionAbraham (27år) och Daniel Håkansson (25år). Entreprenörerna heter Carlo Lopez (29år) och Lennart Frimodig (43år).

The purpose of this Master?s thesis is to describe the development of the most important libraries in Skövde, starting from 1830. We conclude our examination about 1940, when the municipal library has been active for almost ten years, and the libraries started by the temperance and working-class movements have been deposited at the municipal library. In order to explain this process we describe the development of the Swedish public library and its predecessors, such as reading societies and the popular national movements? libraries, as a background and comparison to the early libraries in Skövde.

Uppsatsens övergripande syfte är att göra en undersökning av rättshjälpsreformen 1997 som är både beskrivande och normativt utvärderande. Studien utgår från en kvalitativ metod där jag anpassar Lennart Lundquists (1992, s. 12) policyprocessmodell utifrån mitt syfte och följer idéerna och vad som sägs m.m. i de olika stegen samt Ludvig Beckmans (2005, s. 69 - 74) normativa rimlighetsprövning där den normativa utgångspunkten är principen om likhet inför lagen.

On-call work has increased substantially in the past 20 years in Sweden, not least in the public sector and most notably in health and social care. This thesis argues that the increase has considerable influence on the prospects of on-call workers in the public services to act as guardians of democracy. Based on theories of Lennart Lundquist, the results of this study show that on-call workers suffers from inferior opportunities to act as democratic guardians in particularly two matters. First; they have fewer prospects than standard employees of professionalism due to lack of education and capacitation. Second; on-call workers have inferior opportunities to protest against wrongs, due to no real formalized possibilities to inform and due to transactional psychological contracts.

The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate four children?s librarians? literature view and their collaboration with pre-schools. My main question at issue is ?What literature view do children?s librarians in this thesis have and how does this reflect their collaboration with pre-schools??. Another purpose is to study the canon process in relation to children?s libraries and pre-schools.
