Samhället har under de senaste decennierna börjat ställa mer krav på att företag ska implementera hållbarhetsarbete i sin dagliga verksamhet. Det finns dock företag som väljer att bortse från dessa förväntningar då de anser att hållbarhetsarbete har en negativ inverkan på lönsamheten i form av ökade kostnader, till exempel genom omstruktureringar och utbildningar. De företag som inte har valt att arbeta hållbart är de företag som inte har en långsiktig syn på hållbarhetsarbete och inte heller kunskap om de fördelar som det kan leda till, både för företaget i sig, miljön och samhället i stort. En undersökning har visat att flera börsnoterade bolag i Sverige fortfarande har mycket att arbeta med inom hållbarhetsområdet. Däremot ökar medvetenheten kring att företag kan medverka till en mer hållbar utveckling.Den forskningsfråga som då blir aktuell är hur börsnoterade bolag i Sverige förenar lönsamhet och hållbarhet med fokus på miljöansvar.

Upper secondary schools programme - a qualitative study about the collaboration of the Youth- and family team, the upper secondary schools and the police to prevent drugsAuthor: Åsa GöranssonSupervisor: Björn JohanssonThis essay discuss drug preventative work performed by the members of the ?Upper secondary schools programme?, which is a part of the Youth- and family team of the Social Services. They perform this work in collaboration with the police and upper secondary schools in Örebro.The purpose of this essay is to investigate and describe this collaboration. More specifically, the purpose is to study the contents of documents of the municipality of Örebro concerning drug prevention aimed at youths through collaboration and compare with the actual work that is carried out by the Youth- and family team through collaboration. Further issues dealt with are possible improvements and if the parties concerned feel a need for a documented structure concerning their way of working.I have used a qualitative method and I have interviewed members of parties concerned.

Background: Climate changes are a growing concern all over the world today. In June year 2006 the European Union accepted a new strategy for the Unions work against a sustainable development. The concept of taking consideration to all the aspects of an organisations/a company's activity is something that have been in focus during later years. Social and ethical aspects are in focus and questions regarding these aspects are more commonly included in the companies yearly reporting. A sustainability report is characterised by that it takes into account not only environmental aspects, like ordinary environmental reports, but also social and ethical aspects of a company's activity with it's surroundings.

Business is changing and so are society?s expectations. Companies are expected to take responsibility for their trade and the context they are operating in, by looking at socially, economically and environmentally aspects. Many companies handle it by implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) to their line of action. This is often handled by collaborating with other organisations, such as non-governmental organisations.

Syftet med denna studie är uppdelat i två aspekter. För det första avser vi bidra till kunskapsutveckling genom att observera och presentera vilka incitament som kan finnas bakom kommunicerande av intellektuellt kapital (IK) utifrån IT-företags rapportering av IK genom årsredovisningen. För det andra avser vi att genom vår studie ge ett metodbidrag till forskningen på IK-området genom att visa hur kategorisering med hjälp av ett flerdimensionellt analysverktyg kan användas, tillsammans med olika teoretiska perspektiv, för att analysera hur incitament för rapportering av IK reflekteras i IT-företags årsredovisningar.Studien har utförts genom att empiriskt material från årsredovisningar har kategoriserats utifrån en nyskapad modell bestående av fyra huvudkategorier med vardera fyra underkategorier. Modellen är starkt influerad av Sveiby (1997) och Meritum Project (2002) men utgörs totalt sett av en syntes av ett antal olika modeller och teorier från forskare inom IK-området, med vissa externa influenser. Det kategoriserade empiriska materialet har sedan analyserats utifrån fyra teoretiska analysperspektiv.

Introduction: Men who have sex with men (MSM) is a vulnerable group with regard to HIVbecause of biological factors, lifestyle, discrimination and, in some parts of the world,criminalization. From a public health perspective it is important to include MSM in order to securea high-quality HIV prevention but also to safeguard human rights (HR) for this group. However, itis only recently that the Swedish development cooperation agencies have begun to integrate MSMin HIV prevention. Objective: To examine how employees of Swedish institutions responsible fordevelopment cooperation manage the vulnerable group MSM when providing support for HIVprevention programs and human rights programs. Topics relate to challenges and strategies tointegrate MSM in HIV prevention, which achievements have been obtained, and how to practicallydeal with the criminalization of the group.

Sammanfattning:Efter den omtalade dokumentären "Könskriget" rördes det om i jourrörelsen. Bidrag hotades och jourernas legitimitet ifrågasatten. Utifrån den feministiska backlash som tycks ha sköljt in över det svenska samhällets feministiska organisationer var mitt syfte att undersöka hur de aktiva inom föreningarna SKR och ROKS uppfattar det samhälleliga motståndet samt att utreda hur de ser på separatism, manligt samarbete och maligt ansvar. Som empiririskt underlag ligger kvalitativa intervjuer och ett frågeformulär och som teoretiskt bas har jag lagt Maud Eduards och Robert Connell. Uppsatsen har även som syfte att bredda förståelsen för jourrörelsens situation.

Medarbetarskapet har på senare tid blivit mer och mer aktuellt i både den privata och offentligasektorn. Organisationer och företag har börjat se sina medarbetare som de centrala aktörerna isina verksamheter, istället för att enbart se till cheferna och deras ledarskap. I stort handlarmedarbetarskapet om hur medarbetarna på en arbetsplats hanterar sin relation till sinarbetsgivare, till det egna arbetet och till sina arbetskollegor. Det medarbetarskap som råder på en arbetsplats kan, enligt litteraturen, beskrivas i termer av öppenhet och förtroende, engagemangoch meningsfullhet, gemenskap och samarbete samt ansvarstagande och initiativtagande.Vårt syfte med den här uppsatsen har varit att undersöka det medarbetarskap som existerar i tvåav Lilla Edets kommuns äldreomsorgsverksamheter. Genom enkäter och intervjuer har vi undersökt medarbetarnas och chefernas uppfattning om det rådande medarbetarskapet, och deras vilja till delaktighet gällande förbättring och utveckling av deras medarbetarskap.

I olika perioder har ämnet våld inom psykiatrin lyfts fram i media, ofta i samband med att ett våldsdåd har begåtts av en ?våldsam psykpatient?. Varken i media eller i den tidigare forskningen är det vanligt att ämnet blir belyst ur ett patientperspektiv. Denna kvalitativa studie försöker fånga ett inifrån-perspektiv och tar sin ansats i att försöka beskriva vad som kan leda fram till att det uppstår konflikt- och våldssituationer på en sluten psykiatrisk avdelning. Studien har genomförts med hjälp av samtal med sju personer med erfarenhet av våld under sin vistelse på en sluten avdelning.

There have been significant changes in the agricultural sector during the past 20 years (Jordbruksverket, 2008). The development of today is towards deregulation and adaption to global market conditions. As farmers try to adapt to the changed and more competitive market conditions investments are often necessary (LRF Konsult et al, 2012). Loans to agriculture and forestry businesses have increased to record levels and debt has doubled over the past years. The financial turbulence of the past years has contributed to an increase of the meaningfulness and willingness of the banks to be able to understand and handle risks associated with agriculture and forestry (Breiding, 2010).

The aim of an NSDS would be to bring together actors from all parts of society to jointly reach a consensus on how to work towards the vision of a sustainable society. To achieve the goal of fossil independency in the Swedish vehicle fleet in 2030, it would be important to substantially increase the proportion of electric vehicles, both BEV:s (Battery Electric Vehicles) and PHEV:s (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles). The Swedish Energy Agency has funded numerous research and development projects about electric vehicles in recent years. An important task for the Swedish Energy Agency is to allocate state funds to those projects with the greatest potential to contribute to increased establishment of electric vehicles in society. The purpose of this work is mainly to understand the efforts and measures that can make the market for electric vehicles to grow. The report can contribute to a better understanding of how far the research on electric vehicles has come and what has to be done in the future to promote the establishment of electric vehicles. Another aim for this report is that it should serve as a basis for future decisions by the Swedish Energy Agency on which projects that will be funded with state funds.

Risk, som kan definieras som möjligheten att något oönskat ska hända, är idag ett omdiskuterat ämne. Det har blivit allt viktigare att företag kommunicerar information om sina risker och hur de hanteras. Det har visat sig att banker är mycket utsatta för risk och att banksektorn är instabil. De finansiella risker som banker ofta är utsatta för är kreditrisk, marknadsrisk, likviditetsrisk och operativ risk. På senare tid, och framförallt till följd av den senaste finanskrisen, har det tillkommit flertalet standarder som reglerar för en mer detaljerad riskupplysning.
