Ung och arbetslös : En kvalitativ studie om upplevelser av arbetslöshet

The aim of this qualitative study is to gain a deeper understanding of how young people whoare unemployed or have experienced unemployment, experience the situation and how theyapprehend themselves in relation to unemployment. I performed semi-structured interviewswith five young women and men. Three theoretical perspectives have been used for myanalysis, Marie Jahoda?s deprivation theory, Mikael Nordenmark´s PEN-model and HansBerglund?s action theory.The results show that the majority of the respondents perceive the situation as unemployed asdifficult and stressful. Four out of five have more or less felt depressed or sad.

En syn på det livslånga lärandet : Litteraturstudie av åtta studentuppsatser

In this essay, we examine what kind of themes that are found in essays written by students who have studied within the teacher programme at universities in Sweden. The goal of our essay is to find themes that are reoccurring in eight student essays, and that can be understood through the concept of lifelong learning. Our essay combines three research methods. It is mainly an essay where we utilize qualitative reading research, but we have also gained inspiration from hermeneutics and the critical thinking.The result of our study shows that students within the teacher programme in Sweden are well aware of the strong points found within the concept of lifelong learning. Three themes were found that were reoccurring within all essays.

Interaktiva tutorials - Betydelsefulla faktorer vid utformandet av en interaktiv tutorial som ett hjälpverktyg för ett avancerat IT-verktyg

CMS är en form av avancerade IT-verktyg som kan underlätta informationsuppdatering för företag och organisationer. CMS-verktyg kräver träning för att användaren ska kunna använda dem på ett effektivt och ändamålsenligt sätt. E-learning är idag ett bra alternativ för utbildning som hjälper många företag att spara resurser. En form av e-learning är webbaserade interaktiva tutorials som lämpar sig särskilt bra för avancerade ITverktyg.Den här kvalitativa studien syftar till att identifiera faktorer som är betydelsefulla vid utformningen av en interaktiv tutorial och som påverkar användaren vid användning av ett avancerat IT-verktyg.

Familjens upplevelser och hur familjen hanterar sin situation när en familjemedlem behandlas med dialys.

Bakgrund: Antal personer som behandlas med dialys i Sverige har ökat under de senaste 20 åren. Att vara njursjuk och behandlas med dialys berör inte bara den sjuka utan påverkar även hela familjen. Den teoretiska referensramen som används är systemteorin som är en del av Calgarymodellen. Denna ligger till grund för den familjefokuserade omvårdnaden som hjälper familjen att belysa problem och finna lösningar.Syftet med studien var att belysa familjens upplevelser och hur familjen hanterar sin situation när en familjemedlem behandlas med dialys.Metod: En systematisk litteraturstudie som inkluderarade nio artiklar. En kvalitativ innehållsanalys användes för att analysera resultatet.

Barn på väg till utbrändhet : Hur pedagogerna i fritidshem kan hjälpa drabbade barn

Thiswork is about the parents ' perception of their children's schooling and schoolsituation. It also addresses the important and fundamental conditions when itcomes to parenting and caring of children, which is an essential andcontributory basis for children's school situation. The work also deals withthe importance of good cooperation between school and home for the children tocome to the school grounds and with the desire to learn and develop. The aim ofthis work is that through a survey get a picture of how parents feel abouttheir child's school situation. But also look at how important interplaybetween school, parents and children to the school situation to be good.

Hur mår våra lärare? : tio gymnasielärares röster om deras upplevda arbetssituation

Our purpose with this qualitative study is to investigate how teachers experience their work situation, using Karasek and Theorell?s demand-, control- and support model. The study is based upon ten semi-structured interviews with gymnasium teachers. The interviews were transcribed and coded with three different themes; demand, control and support. We analyzed the results with Karasek and Theorell?s mentioned model.

Ungdomsarbetslöshet: en studie av ungdomarnas upplevelser av sin situation som arbetslös

Syftet med denna studie har varit att belysa arbetslösa ungdomars upplevelse av sin situation som arbetslös och deras upplevelse och uppfattning av Jobbgarantin för ungdomar. Studien är en kvalitativ undersökning där jag intervjuat fyra ungdomar i ålder 20-24 år, anmälda som arbetssökande på Arbetsförmedlingen i Haparanda. Ungdomarna intervjuades utifrån en halvstrukturerad intervjuguide med öppna frågor. Intervjuerna har jag tolkat med hjälp av teorin känsla av sammanhang, KASAM och utifrån de tre begreppen: begriplighet, hanterbarhet, meningsfullhet. Resultatet visar på att ungdomarna upplever sin situation som frustrerande och de beskriver en ökad passivitet ju längre tid i arbetslöshet, vilket påverkar deras känsla av sammanhang.

Hur äventyrspedagogik tillämpas på en Reggio Emilia-inspirerad förskola : Reggio Emilia-pedagogers tankar om äventyrspedagogik

Syftet med det självständiga arbetet var att undersöka hur äventyrspedagogik tillämpas i en Reggio Emilia-inspirerad förskola. Genom att jämföra dessa pedagogiker kan man få syn på likheter och skillnader som motiverar tillämpningens betydelse för barns lärandeprocesser. Undersökningen fick sitt praktiska utförande i en skogsmiljö på en av förskolorna, där två förskollärare hade teoretiska kunskaper inom äventyrspedagogik och Reggio Emilia. Tio pedagoger och en förälder deltog som observatörer i äventyret. Utöver dessa deltog två studenter från förskollärarutbildningen, Stockholms universitet som också är författarna till denna undersökning.

The swedish law of contract is fundamental within several civil law areas, among others labour law. The labour law contains more explicit legislation specificly adapted to the relation between employers and employees. Sometimes the labour law needs to rely on more general regulations, such as the law of contract. When the situation contains a specific contract relation dilemma it is logical to use the law of contract, when for example the law of employee protection does not reach an acceptabel solution.Transfer of undertaking is a situation were the employee protection is disregarded. The Euro directive 2001/23/EG prescribes, by its implemented rules in the law of employee protection, that rights and duties, such as employement agreements, passes on to the earner of the business.

Funktioner och roller i skolbiblioteket ? En studie av två F-6-skolor i Växjö

The purpose with this study is to examine school-leaders?, school-librarians? and teachers? expectations and aims for their school-libraries at two different schools in the city of Växjö. The study is based on these five questions:· How do school-leaders, school-librarians and teachers think about learning?· What function does the school-library have?· What roles do school-leaders, school-librarians and teachers have in the school-library?· How do school-leaders, school-librarians and teachers experience the co-operation in the school-library?· How would school-leaders, school-librarians and teachers wish that the co-operation should be?To be able to answer these questions I have done thirteen qualitative interviews and studied literature relevant to the subject. Three different theories are used as a theoretical framework; the traditional perspective, individual constructivism and social constructivism.

Att verbalisera matematiken : en studie om matematik och språk i förskoleklass

Background: Mathematics is a subject that many students perceive as difficult. In recent years, results in mathematics declined, while many students have difficulties in the subject of Swedish. However, there is not much research on the relationship between difficulties in mathematics and language weaknesses.Purpose: The purpose of this work is to find out what role the advocate competence of learning opportunities for the students to understand mathematics. A further aim of this work is to find out how mathematics is verbalized and individualized in preschool and find out how teachers in those classes describes how they work to verbalize and individualize mathematics.Method: The purpose is answered by observations in preschool and interviews of the teachers working in the observed classes. The empirical data are discussed and analyzed with theories related to children's learning and literature of mathematics and language.Result: The results show that mathematics is extensively verbalized in preschool classes.
