Syftet med detta examensarbete var att undersöka hur väl kalkylerad produktionskostnad/tid  överensstämmer med verkligt utfall, samt att identifiera effektivitetsökande åtgärder i produktionen.En empirisk studie har gjorts för att kunna kartlägga produktionstiden samt att hitta möjliga förbättringsområden. Ledtiden för ett projekt, bestående av 32 st. väggelement har undersökts varvid produktionen har klockats vid fyra olika tillfällen varje dag tills projektets slut.Resultatet av produktionsanalysen blev att den verkliga produktionstiden nästan var dubbelt så lång som den kalkylerade tiden. En stor anledning och flaskhals var att många väggelement blev liggande efter avslutat arbete och bromsade upp efterkommande väggelement.Företaget besitter stor potential till att bli en effektiv producent av väggelement och genom att implementera aktiviteter inom Lean i verksamheten, t.ex. standardisera arbetssätt och fördela arbetsfördelningen bättre, skulle man i framtiden, med stor sannlikhet klara produktionstider som kalkylerats.

The aim of this study has been to investigate children and adolescent development in ?The turning point? children´s and adolescent program in Kristianstad. We also wanted to find out the support group leaders experiences concerning the children´s and the adolescents development in programs and how they apprehended their role as a support group leader. Our intension was also to study how the adolescent and the children considered their own development in the program. To carry through this study, we used two types of qualitative methods i.e.

This thesis was conducted at SverigeGrepen in Vänge-Körlinge, Uppsala, Sweden.SverigeGrepen is a family business that develops and manufactures a few different parts of different kinds of products. My task is to come up with a good idea that facilitates the coupling of trailers, i.e. from an idea to a fully functioning prototype. The product is intended for use by all customers for all kinds of trailers. The actual goal of the work is to develop a full prototype that you can install and use in the easiest way possible, a prototype that follows the specifications.

Denna rapport beskriver en produktutvecklingsprocess som behandlar utvecklandet av ett textilt material som isolerar och skyddar. Det textila materialet ska fungera till ett kylande fodral utan att förstöra dess funktion och behöver därför uppfylla en speciell kravspecifikation. Materialet ska isolera mot kroppsvärme, vara stabilt, skyddande och slitstarkt. Dubbelväv valdes tidigt i arbetet då det är ett enkelt sätt att kunna påverka det textila materialets egenskaper i form av material- och konstruktionsval, i en betydligt större utsträckning än i en enkelsidig väv. För att utveckla ett material med de efterfrågade egenskaperna har tester utförs och den metod som har använts är hypotesprövning.

Deras inriktning är installation av kyl- och frysanläggningar samt service. 2006 startade Friginor ett dotterbolag, Green and Cool, som monterar miljövänliga kylaggregat med koldioxid som köldmedium. Miljöfarliga köldmedier kan ha upp till 3800 gånger så stor miljöpåverkan jämfört med koldioxid. Idag sker monteringen av dessa kylaggregat i bristfälliga utrymmen.

Sustainability has become more interesting to several companies through the last years, the trend attracts lots of attention around sustainability. Sustainable development means different to different people. The most frequent definition that we have found and which we believes compare with our definition of sustainable development.?a social change which satisfies daily needs without endanger next generation?s possibilities to satisfy their needs?.We have in this project commence from the English word sustainability and establish our own apprehension of its meaning, in the Swedish translation we have chose to call it sustainable development.This study is a part of an extensive project which is going on around the world and the material of the empirical study is designed after the international variation.Our study on over fifty small and medium sized enterprises has got the conclusion about what they think of sustainable development. How can a vacuum cleaner motivate you to use it? From a sustainability perspective,the author asked the question of how such a solution would looklike? These where issues that the project tackled and devised solutions for. Theproject wanted to explore the physical modeling and a large part of the finalresult consisted of a full scale model. The project found that the problem ofvacuuming largely consisted of the problem of storage the product. The projectfound that the motivation for the job, therefore, could be resolved by a betterdesigned vacuum cleaner with a built-in hose, folding handles, which couldbe stored integrated within the vacuum cleaner.

Purpose: The study aims to analyze how companies can learn from past communications in critical situations and during corporate crisis, and see how they use this knowledge in the management of subsequent critical situations and corporate crisis. Furthermore, the media is analyzed to see how the newspaper industry chooses to reflect an organization and its actions, and also to see if the pressure through articles in the newspapers has an impact on the extent of the situation.Method: A qualitative case study of Sweden?s largest food company, ICA Sverige AB, where knowledgeable people in media management within the company are interviewed using semi-structured interviews, with support of quantitative methods by a collection of articles from the news press.Theories: Concepts, theories and models in crisis management and communication has been applied to relevant data. These comprise Knowledge Management, a communication template in crisis management, The Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) and the model Content of crisis communication.Empiric: Based on the quantitative data consisting of articles from four Swedish news sources: Svenska Dagbladet, Dagens Nyheter, Aftonbladet and Expressen, a semi-structured interview guide was created and carried out with the person within ICA who possesses knowledge of the subject area.Conclusion: ICA has during the priod studied exhibited to have used the concept of Knowledge Management in the development of their routines regarding product recalls at product defects. The relationships between ICA and the media have shown improvements, which has resulted in ICA percieve the media coverage as balanced, true and fair..

Syftet för det här examensarbetet var att praktiskt reducera ställtiden på enbefintlig produktionslinje på Ruukki i Halmstad. Vid tiden då författarna togkontakt med företaget var den nuvarande ställtiden alldeles för lång och långtifrån optimal. I samband med projektets start gjordes det ett antal avgränsningaranpassat till den tiden som fanns tillgänglig.Tillvägagångssättet och metodiken till lösningen bakom ställtidsproblematikenföljer Shigeo Shingos Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), där har författarnautfört analyser i form av iakttagelser och tidtagning. Upptäckterna som gjordesunder analys samt implementering var att även om SMED är en direkt metodik förställtidsreduktion finns det andra faktorer som kan motverka implementeringensamt dess goda resultat. Dessa faktorer som påvisades under projektets gång varbland annat de mänskliga aspekterna och den bakomliggande företagskulturen iorganisationen.

This study's main aim is to contribute with an insight regarding how employees of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) experience religion as a component of development work in religious contexts. The study focuses on whether or not religion is given enough space within Sida's development work and if the policies of Sida are enough to cover the needs in religious contexts. To answer these questions we have interviewed six employees of Sida which holds experiences of development work in religious contexts. The results show a lack of knowledge and encouragement of these questions within Sida and that the interviewees experience religion as a complex concept. The study also shows that the interviewees find policies, methods and tools within Sida as inadequate to cover the needs of religion in development work.

The purpose of this thesis is to explain one aspect of how and why the development in the third world is lagging behind. The precondition is that development through an agricultural revolution is necessary and that all countries benefit from trading. But these two conditions are not met today. By using the urban-bias and the world system theory I have analysed how the situation appears to be according to the precondition. It appears that both the urban-bias and the world system theory are essential to understand how and why the situation in third world still has not reached the same development phase as most other countries.

By studying productinstructions and insurance cases anddamage reports provided byLänsforsakringar, the most commonproblems concerning bathroomwaterproofing where concluded. Animportant part of the report was tofind out the actual cause to whywaterproofing damages occur.The results of the survey indicate thata common cause of water damage usuallyis related to poor productinstallations.
