My goal with this essay was to find out what makes certain teachers more successful than others to hold good and well functioning classes. This is important because this in turn affects the learning of the students. I wanted to find out what factors people within the world of research have pointed out as important aspects when creating a good teaching situation, with focus laying on the teacher?s behaviour in the classroom. In my investigation I have used qualitative research, observing two upper secondary school classes, for a total of nine lessons during a two-week period. In my observations I wanted to see if the class as a whole was behaving differently when interacting with different teachers.

This new landscape can produce and feed a large moose population. But it will cause a conflict effect towards the landowners; the conflict consists of browsing mainly in the young pine forest. The result from browsing and damage will be sparse stands with reduced growth and technical damage like Leader shoot browsing, stem breaking and damage of the bark. Den här uppsatsen undersöker hur medielogik och public service-värdena uttrycks i SVT:s partiledarutfrågning hösten 2010. En totalundersökning i form av kvantitativ och kvalitativ innehållsanalys är gjord av samtliga partiledarutfrågningar som sändes i SVT veckorna före valet, samt respektive partis valmanifest. Fyra frågor mättes först kvantitativt och analyserades därefter kvalitativt med utgångspunkt i vilka medborgargrupper som synliggörs, hur partiledarnas privata angelägenheter exponeras, hur valmanifestens innehåll överensstämmer med de teman som journalisterna tar upp i utfrågningarna, samt regeringsbildningskomplikationer och samarbetssvårigheter av olika slag. I den kvantitativa analysen framkom att konsumentperspektivet dominerar, men skillnaden är stor i de olika partiledarutfrågningarna. Den personliga exponeringen av partiledarna ger minst utrymme åt dåvarande statsministerkandidaterna Fredrik Reinfeldt (m) och Mona Sahlin (s), men även åt Maud Olofsson (c).

Forskare skriver om att ledarskap grundar sig i de egenskaper en person besitter, situationer en person befinner sig i och roller en person tar sig an. Ledarskapsfenomenet i ett tillverkande företag har en intressant angreppsvinkel. Med en snabb teknisk utveckling, är det lättare att byta ut mänsklig arbetskraft och med expansionen av självstyrande team är ledarpositionen i tillverkande företag ifrågasatt. Trots dessa aspekter har den humanitära aspekten i företag idag fått en allt större roll. Idag läggs ett större fokus på att tillfredställa personalen och se till deras välmående.

Syfte: Syftet med denna undersökning är att genom kvalitativa intervjuer skapa en ökad förståelse för, och belysa skillnader och likheter inom, ledarskap i tjänste- och tillverkningsföretag. Syftet är också att fastställa om eventuella skillnader beror på verksamhetens inriktning eller om det finns andra skäl till skillnaderna. Metod: I min studie har jag använt mig av det kvalitativa angreppssättet, det har jag gjort eftersom jag försöker att sätta mig in i hur olika ledare tänker och agerar i olika situationer, jag försöker även komma underfund med vilken ledarskapsstil de använder sig av. Jag har utfört sex intervjuer av semistandardiserad karaktär, intervjuerna har genomförts på plats hos respektive respondent. Utfallet av dessa intervjuer redovisas i empiriavsnittet och kopplas sedan samman med teorier i analysavsnittet. Resultatet av min undersökning redovisas slutligen i avsnittet slutsats. Resultat & slutsats: Min slutsats är att jag inte kan hitta några betydande skillnader på ledarskapets inriktning och ledarens ledarskapsstil som beror på om ledarens företag är ett tjänsteföretag eller ett tillverkande företag.

Stronger demand has been put on forestry to show environmental considerations during harvesting. This is especially for crossings of brooks with sensitive elements and great care should be observed when they are to be crossed during harvesting by logging machines. For that reason Hultdins has constructed a portable bridge that can be used for those occasions. The bridge has been developed in accordance with wishes from SCA forest, since they have a great deal of brooks in their forests and in private forests from where they buy part of their wood supply. The aim for this report is to investigate if this portable bridge can be of interest for the forestry market. The research has been made at SCA skog in Medelpad and Norrskog in Medelpad.

They perform this work in collaboration with the police and upper secondary schools in Örebro.The purpose of this essay is to investigate and describe this collaboration. More specifically, the purpose is to study the contents of documents of the municipality of Örebro concerning drug prevention aimed at youths through collaboration and compare with the actual work that is carried out by the Youth- and family team through collaboration. Further issues dealt with are possible improvements and if the parties concerned feel a need for a documented structure concerning their way of working.I have used a qualitative method and I have interviewed members of parties concerned.

Unlike previous research, this thesis considers the possibility of regarding the morning prayers in Swedish schools as preaching, rather than teaching. 28 morning prayers, delivered in the church of S:t Johannes in the city of Malmö during 1939-1954 by the religious teacher Astri Heimer (1889-1986), constitutes the material for analysis. The purpose of this thesis is to examine if Heimer's morning prayers may be regarded as preaching, and to discuss the significance of this, in particular considering her role as Leader of morning prayers.The examination is conducted in three steps. The first step investigates how morning prayers in general ought to be understood - as teaching or preaching? This is done by describing and comparing the literary genres of religious teaching and preaching, looking into the rules and principles which define the field of application.

Att göra en meritvärdering är svårt, särskilt när det gäller faktorn personlig lämplighet ? en bedömningsgrund som är relativt svårmätt och som både Diskrimineringsombudsmannen och Arbetsdomstolen ser risker med. Det huvudsakliga syftet med uppsatsen är att utreda vilket utrymme den svenska lagstiftningen ger arbetsgivare i Sverige att i en rekryteringssituation ta hänsyn till arbetssökandes personliga lämplighet utan att göra sig skyldig till direkt diskriminering. Även frågan huruvida det finns en risk för att arbetsgivares möjlighet att lägga vikt vid personlig lämplighet i större utsträckning drabbar kvinnor i arbetsledande befattningar negativt än män i arbetsledande befattningar ämnas analyseras. Uppsatsen anlägger ett analytiskt perspektiv, med grund i rättsdogmatisk metod men med användning av teori om ledarskap och kön.

Vår uppsats ämnar besvara följande frågeställningar:? Vad kännetecknar elevens roll som ?samtalsledare? i ett elevlett utvecklingssamtal ochhur hanterar eleven denna roll?? Vad kännetecknar förälderns roll i ett elevlett utvecklingssamtal och hur hanterarföräldern den rollen?? Hur hanteras prat om problem utifall sådana situationer uppstår?Metoden vi använt oss av är att lyssna på och transkribera för uppsatsen relevanta och intressanta delar av vårt material vilket består av inspelade elevledda utvecklingssamtal. Den analysmodell vi brukat är fallanalys. Vår analysmodell, och tillika teoretiska anknytning, utgörsäven av tillämpad Conversastion Analysis.Vårt resultat pekar på att eleven undantagsvis ?tillåts? agera samtalsledare fullt ut, utan att lärare och föräldrar erövrar denna uppgift, vilket i somliga fall leder till att eleven måste försvara sin roll.
