Subject of this study is the evolvement of the radical art music scene in Sweden. In this development took the Labour movement an active part during the 1960s. The purpose of this study is to examine how the relationship between the radical art music scene and the Labour movement was constituted and what this relationship implied for the Swedish radical art music scene during the 1960s.During the 1960s radical music became an influencial part in the Swedish music scene of modern art music. In this development the artists? society Fylkingen had a central position.

Several studies have shown that the Swedish Labour market for different reasons is characterized by ethnical discrimination and that people who have another cultural background than Swedish are being excluded. Most studies done within this area have been focused on why it is harder for immigrants to enter the Labour market and identifying the contributing mechanisms for this phenomenon. Instead the aim of this study was to see how the immigrants view their own cultural identity and background and how they perceive that their cultural competences are being valued when they apply for a job. To examine this, the following problematic was used: How does a person who has been brought up with both the Swedish culture and another culture look at using this as a cultural competence when they apply for a job. Two different theories were then applied to analyze the problematic, Erving Goffman´s theory about Stigma and Norbert Elias theory about the Established and the Outsiders.

To achieve the goals that the government has put in place for equal opportunities in the Labour market, the Swedish law is divided into two separate regulatory frameworks. One is positive action to promote equal opportunities and the other is the prohibition of sexual discrimination. Since males, despite the measures taken so far, still have a great advantage on the Labour market, the law concerning equal opportunities has an exception from the prohibition of sexual discrimination, whose purpose is to promote the progress of equal opportunities, also known as preferential treatment. The regulations concerning preferential treatment allow the employer to hire a less qualified person from an underrepresented gender in spite of the presence of higher qualified applicants of the overrepresented gender. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the meaning and the application of preferential treatment as well as to give an insight to the argumentation around its application.

Syftet med studien var att jämföra effekterna mellan tidig eller uppskjuten oxytocinbehandling vid värksvaghet under förlossning samt att studera hur intaget av peroral vätska och/eller intravenös infusion kunde påverka förlossningsutfallet.Metod en prospektiv randomiserad kontrollerad studie där även jämförelse med kontrollgrupp utan oxytocinbehandling ingick. I studien ingick 351 förstföderskor med normal graviditet varav totalt 108 av kvinnorna kom att ingå i de två randomiserade grupperna. Datainsamling och analys gjordes på förlossningsutfallet för mor och barn.Resultatet visade på skillnad mellan grupperna tidig eller uppskjuten oxytocinbehandling vad gällde förlossningslängden. Tidig oxytocinbehandling innebar i genomsnitt två timmar kortare förlossning. I samma grupp ingick det fler barn som inte fått tidig hud mot hud kontakt med modern jämfört med den sent randomiserade gruppen.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the Swedish industry- and craftmanship trade, specifically the relationship between effort and reward and how it affects the meaningfulness during Labour hours. Also, what are the possible effects on production efficiency as a whole? Discussed and analyzed through empirics and previous research.38 workers filled out a survey and two interviews were conducted to get a more analytic depth to the data.The results showed that there is little to no reward for high effort during Labour hours on the evaluated workplaces, combined with low commitment and meaningfullness. My conclusions are that more ways of effort-based rewards would likely have a positive effect on meaningfulness and thereby the production as a whole. I also show that the theses of Karl Marx are still plausible and relevant in modern day industrial- and craftsmanship trades in capitalist countries..
