Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka huruvida skolor, utifrån rektorers perspektiv som dess pedagogiska ledare, arbetar med integration. Vi fokuserar på hur skolorna enligt rektorer förhåller sig till styrdokument och elevpopulationen. Undersökningen genomfördes med hjälp av en kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer med sju högstadierektorer på sju olika skolor i en utvald kommun. Vårt teoretiska utgångsläge inbegriper ett sociologiskt förhållningssätt till våra empiriska data. Huvudresultatet i uppsatsen är att eleverna i den undersökta kommunen inte får likvärdig utbildning eftersom det på skolorna saknas handlingsplaner och mål för hur integrationsarbetet skall fortlöpa, vilket försvårar elevernas möjligheter att möta samhället..

To pursue the development, further knowledge exchange should exist between the countries.

Sweden is known to be one of the world?s most equal countries. Nevertheless, out  of  Sweden?s 262 listed companies, only seven  of  them  has  a  female  president, which  is  equal  to  3,4  percent. To  counteract  these  numbers  there  are  several  possibilities.  One  arrangement  that  is  highly  controversial     is  affirmative  actions.  But  there  are  other  options,  for  instance  more  and  more female  networks  are  starting  to  rise  and  many  of  them  also  offers  a  mentoring  program  where  the  mentee  gets  the  opportunity  to  learn  from  someone  with  more  experience.The  purpose  of  this  study  is  to  examine  what  difference  the  female  network  Q80,  with  focus  on  its  mentoring  program,  is  doing  for  the  mentee.  As  an  underlying  purpose  the  study  is  also  examining  what  visions  and  attitudes  the  management  and  the  mentors  is  communicating  within  Q80.  The  focus  is  mainly  on  the  visions  of  Q80,  menas  mentors  and  business  exceeding mentorship.  A  survey  has  been  carried  out  among  mentees  from  three  different  seats of mentoring  programs  where  they  have  answered  19  different  questions  regarding  their  time  as  a  mentee.  Furthermore  interviews  have  taken  place  with the management  of Q80  and  two  mentors.  The  results  are  analyzed  based  on  theories  about  gender,  women  in   management,  leadership,  mentoring  program  and  organizational structure.  The  result  shows  that  Q80i  as  a  source  of  inspiration  and  a  support  for  the  category  of  "career  women"  with  its  core  mission  to  strengthen  the  participation of  individuals  on  a  personal  level  more than  to  work  to  even  out  the  gap  in  the  Swedish  labor market.

The development of higher education in Sweden poses new demands on higher education libraries. One way of meeting these demands has been to develop Learning Resource Centres (LRC), a concept that is relatively new in Sweden.The aim of this Master's thesis is to identify how the LRC-concept has been designed and integrated in three Swedish higher education institutions: Stockholms universitet, Lärarhögskolan i Stockholm and Göteborgs universitet. The thesis also aims at investigating what the Learning Resource Centres mean to the seats of learning, and in turn, the views of concerned parties in relation to the integration.The method used for the study is qualitative and based on interviews conducted with Learning Resource Centre staff, academic staff and principles or deans. In addition to this, strategic documents from the examined seats of learning are studied.Even though most Swedish Learning Resource Centres have used British Sheffield Hallam University's Adsetts Centre as their model, our study shows that the Swedish Learning Resource Centres of today have developed in various ways, due to local conditions; therefore, there is no definitive model for Swedish LRCs.In our opinion, one of the most important characteristics of a LRC should be its integration in the academic life of its university. There does not seem to be a "recipe" of how to conduct this integration.

Objective: The objective of this thesis is to investigate how Scania has attained success to establish on the Indian market and to inquire into the establishment process of Scania and their entrance in the Indian market. The thesis describes different factors such as the product, mode of entry, time of entry and choice of market that play a role when a company establishes and invest in a foreign market.Method: This thesis is limited to the process of establishing Scania on the Indian truck market. A qualitative approach has being utilized in this study, consisting of interviews withStaffan Sjöström, development manager at the R&D department, Koen Knoops, vice president at Financial Services and Henrik Fagrenius, former managing director for Scania in India. Data collection from various journals and articles have been conducted for the presentation of the number of sold newly registered trucks in comparison to the number of sold newly registered trucks in India by Volvo, Tata Motors and Ashok Leyland during 2010, 2011, 2012 and the first three quarters of 2013.Theory: With a starting-point in empirism, we have used a theoretical frame of reference to describe Scania´s establishment process. Scania makes use of an internationalization strategy, namely Market Selection, Time of Entry and Entry mode and the network model, which describes the process of establishing on a foreign market as a business association with various players on the market.

Manne Bouveng, CEO of Optimel AB had an idea for a new kind of storage cabinet that could be adapted especially for townhouse owners. I came in contact with Manne by a familiar friend for us; we met and decided that it would suit as my thesis.What was needed to be done was a market research that would possibly show that there was a need for a new kind of storage cabinet on the market. Because of this we continued to work on the basic idea. We came up with a solution where we developed a box that resembles Optimels known mailbox Biggi Rondo, the storage cabinet is a new solution of a storage cabinet, adapted after a market that need of a lot of new space. The solution is based on a simple construction which sits an inside hang-off device which can attach tool hooks, tool holders and shelves and so on.The purpose of the assignment was to develop a new type of storage cabinet with some kind of solution to attach tools and other garden related stuff. With this we have succeeded and the concept meets the requirements we set ourselves at the beginning of the project..

Based upon information presented in the frame of reference and in the empirical part, two cash flow valuations have been carried out.

In the beginning of the 1860s, an important railway was built between Malmö and Stockholm. The railway became one of the most important projects that would influence the entire southern Sweden. The railway line was located to areas outside the ordinary routes and a number of communities were built up along its way.Älmhult was one of the communities that was built up due to the railway. Personal trainer is a profession that has grown strongly in recent decades, and has become increasingly common in the labor market within the health sector due to the widespread and growing interest in health and self- improvement. Further more, personal training is a great example of occupations with a close interaction between producer and consumer. The purpose of this study was to examine whether and if so how, personal trainers experience that the relationship with the clients affects their own personal development. This by finding out what impact the profession has had on the personality, what impact the relationship with the clients has affected the leadership, and last what impact the relationship with the clients have had on the personality based on social and mental aspects. Based on the purpose of the study qualitative method was chosen and data was collected with qualitative interviews.

Denna studie är en del av en flerfallstudie i Jönköpings län och undersöker ett HVB-hem för ensamkommande barn och ungdomar i Jönköpings kommun. Syftet är att med hjälp av en kvalitativ fallstudie undersöka grannskapets potentiella roll för de ensamkommande barnen och ungdomarnas integration. Semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med grannar (n=11) och med representanter för HVB-hemmet (n=3). Studien undersöker även vilka kontakter som finns mellan HVB-hemmet och grannskapet, samt vilka informationsstrategier som använts i etableringsprocessen av HVB-hemmet och den betydelse dessa kan ha haft för hemmets mottagande. Studien visar att grannskapet uppfattar det undersökta HVB-hemmet som anonymt och att det finns en tydlig brist på information och kunskap om hemmet.

Utifrån läroplanen strävar förskolan efter ett väl fungerade samarbete med föräldrarna genom att visa respekt och ha bra relationer till barnens familjer. Syftet med examensarbetet är att lyfta fram betydelsen av "föräldrarummet" som är en verksamhet på Sätragårdens förskola, för att underlätta integrationen av invandrarföräldrar och att samverka med dem. Metoden är att intervjua två föräldrar, en personal och föräldrarums ansvariga på Sätragårdens förskola samt att observera hur arbetar föräldrarummet. Med hjälp av mjukvara Complador skapades ett strateginät som visade föräldrarummets aktiviteter och strategier. Resultat visar att föräldrarummet har en stor betydelse för att invandrarföräldrar blir integrerade och delaktiga i förskolans arbete..
