Pedagogers erfarenheter av att arbeta med ett kartläggande verktyg : En studie från en gymnasiesärskola

The purpose of the studyfocuses onhow teachersatan uppersecondary school, studentsin the autismspectrum,describetheir experiencesof working withmappingtools, Nylander(2012).Inmy research questionsIstarted fromthe teachers? descriptions of their experiences of mapping procedures, if the outcome ofthe mapping hasinfluenced theteachers'educational work and ifmappingcould contribute tothe visibilityandclarification of the student´s functioning in aschool context.As the study is based on five interviews in which teachers reflect on their experiences from the tool of mapping, the socio-cultural perspective where learning takes place through interaction with the environment became a framework to build from. The method has been interviews based on a qualitative research interview. By using interviews, I was able to capture the diversity of the interviewees? experiences described from the basis of an interview guide.

Stegintegrering- billigt och bra? : Hur stegintegrering i Moderna språk på gymnasieskolan påverkar inlärningen och undervisningen ur ett lärar- och elevperspektiv

This essay discusses the subjective observations and opinions on the Swedish concept of stegintegrering, a form of mixed grade education in the subject modern languages at upper secondary level. I interviewed two headmasters, four teachers and conducted an online survey with 39 pupils in order to find out what effects the concept of stegintegrering has on teaching and learning from a teacher and pupil perspective. Due to the extent of this essay no general conclusions can be made but certain connections could be found. For once there was a connection between group size and the possibility of teaching each group separately during one lesson per week and the attitude of the concerned teachers and pupils towards stegintegrering. While both headmasters and teachers claimed that the cooperation between pupils across all levels was the main purpose of stegintegrering as it helps their learning and understanding, my study showed that many pupils did not really want to cooperate and that teachers often find it hard to construct tasks that stimulate every group.

"Jag vill ha ett bra jobb" : En kvalitativ studie om några elevers och pedagogers uppfattningar om vad som påverkar elevers motivation till skolarbete.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka några elevers och pedagogers uppfattningar om vilka faktorer som påverkar elevernas motivation till skolarbete. För att få svar på dessa frågor gjordes en studie där vi genom kvalitativa intervjuer låtit nio elever och fyra pedagoger från två skolor tala om sina upplevelser av motivation i skolan. Studien innehåller informanternas berättelser om vilka faktorer som inverkar på motivationen, resultatet diskuterades utifrån Jerome Bruners motivationsteori och  John Hatties studie om motivation. När vi sammanfattade resultatet kunde vi ur samtliga informanters svar utläsa att elevers motivation var starkt kopplad till fyra huvudområden; meningsfullhet, delaktighet, variation och upplevelsebaserad inlärning. Nyckelord: motivation, motivation, pedagogik, lärare, learning, elever, klassrum, arbetsformer.

Today's fierce competition means that companies constantly must develop their business and internal processes. Focus on processes and continuous improvement is something that characterizes Lean Production which ICA logistics are applying with their concept Leading Logistics. Standardized routines for handling damaged gods were insufficient at the ICA distribution center in Kungälv. Handling and registration of damaged gods were not performed uniformly, resulting in problems with controlling and monitoring the process.The purpose of this thesis was to analyze and make recommendations how the process of internal handling of damaged gods could be improved. Therefore a comprehensive understanding was needed of the entire material flow through the warehouse and important quality aspects such as product safety and delivery reliability.The methods used are literature reviews, interviews and observations to produce a comprehensive process mapping of the current situation at the distribution center.

The main purpose of this Master?s thesis is to investigate the experience of art students and their attitudes and use of information during the last years of their Master?s degree. I also examine their opinions about the art education in general. The theoretical framework encompasses a sociocultural approach within the field of psychology-pedagogy and library- as well as information science. The empirical material has been collected through qualitative interviews with seven students studying at an art school in Sweden.

Marknadskommunikation Inom Offentlig Sektor ? Att positionera en stad

Det finns vissa svårigheter med marknadskommunikation inom offentlig sektor då produkten och kunden skiljer sig från den privata sektorn. För en stad kan exempelvis produkten ses som en social effekt och kunder ses som medborgare. Samtidigt kan inte medborgarna endast ses som kunder, då de också är delaktiga i skapandet av stadens produkt och varumärke, utan måste också betraktas som interna medarbetare. Svårigheter i marknadskommunikation inom offentlig sektor är dessutom att offentliga organisationer måste ta hänsyn till en mängd olika värden.Vi har studerat hur olika värden inom Borås Stad tar sitt uttryck i marknadskommunikationen och hur kommunikationen med medborgarna sker. Vi vill kartlägga kommunikationen för att se hur Borås Stad arbetar för att positionera sig som textilstad, i och med pågående satsningar på det textila klustret Textile Fashion Center.

Förskolebarns möjligheter till utvecklande av förmågor och problemlösningsstrategier inom Montessori och Reggio Emilia

The comprehensive aim of the essay is to discuss the abilities of developing individual, communicative and cooperative skills, related to The Swedish National Agency for Education, for pre-school children in Montessori and Reggio Emilia-inspired pre-schools. The importance of the choice of pre-school for lifelong learning is discussed and examined. The two educational profiles are presented and the theories of communication, collaboration and individual work are the basis for the analysis of the results. The collection of empirical data is done through observations and interviews with pre-school children. First, the informants construct a fantasy animal on their own and then together with a partner.

The aim of this thesis is to make a contribution to the field of design oriented theory, regarding young children and their way to digital competence. My research question is: How can a preschool with a certain pedagogical ICT-design give the children affordances for media play and for developing a digital competence?The European Parliament points out digital literacy as one of the Key Competences for life long learning. A digital competence is built on basic ICT (Information and Communication technology) skills. Skills you can develop any time during life, weather you are young or old.

Nyanlända elever i svensk skolkontext : En studie om nyanlända elevers möjligheter till inkludering i undervisningen ur ett interkulturellt perspektiv

The purpose of this study is to understand how teachers in the preparatory class and regular class, in the meeting with newly arrived pupils, plan and carry out their teaching. This in order to facilitate social interaction and learning in the classroom, from an intercultural perspective. The examination was conducted through interviews with four teachers from the schools that I selected. The teachers gave their perspective on their approach to newly arrived pupils, through interviews. The result shows that the teachers have ambitions to start from the newly arrived pupils' own ideas and from their prior knowledge.

Rollspel som pedagogiskt verktyg i fritidshemmet, En studie om m?jligheter och utmaningar.

This thesis examines how role-playing games can be used as an educational tool in after-school programs and identifies the challenges and opportunities perceived by both students and teachers. The study is based on qualitative methods, with interviews with after-school teachers and children in after-school programs with their observations of role-playing activities in a municipality. The results show that role-playing games promote social development, creative thinking, problem-solving, and language development. Students reported increased motivation and engagement, while teachers observed improved relationships and an inclusive environment where students could explore different roles and perspectives. The research links these findings to previous studies that highlight the potential of role-playing games to develop empathy, collaboration skills, and critical thinking (Daniau, 2016; Trespalacios et al., 2011; Suryani et al., 2020). Furthermore, our findings support the curriculum goals of student influence and situational learning, emphasizing the importance of students' own initiatives and responsibility in educational activities (Lgr22, 2022). The study also identifies challenges, such as teachers' uncertainty about introducing and leading role-playing games due to a lack of expertise.

Personalidé som ett strategiskt verktyg - en fallstudie av IKEA Kundservice Center

SyfteMitt syfte med denna uppsat's är att skapa en förståelse för begreppet personalidé och des's användbarhet genom att studera och analysera hur design och implementering av personalidé, utifrån en given affärsidé, kan utforma's på ett framgångsrikt sätt. MetodDet empiriska materialet bygger på en fallstudie av IKEA Kundservice Center i Älmhult. Insamlandet av data har skett främst genom intervjuer med personer i chefspositioner i fallföretaget, medarbetare på personalavdelningen, facklig klubbordföranden, arbetsförmedlare samt personalarbetare på koncernnivå. Data har även samlat's in genom en enkätundersökning till de anställda i fallföretaget. I analysen placera's begreppet personalidé in i det sammanhang fallföretaget utgör.

CIRKUS I GRUNDSKOLA OCH GRUNDSÄRSKOLA - samspel, omgivningsfaktorer och relevanta krav i en träningssituation

This study looked at two groups of adolescents aged 12-17 years who had participated in circus training. One group had some form of disability while the other had none. The study was carried out as a qualitative study with observations, interviews and a questionnaire used as methods of gathering data. A small part of the study was quantitative and an observation chart was used. The purpose was to examine the importance of teamwork, environmental factors and the necessary requirements during a learning situation.

It becomes more important to consider different behaviour traits in the selection for dairy cows to be suitable in the production systems of today. The purpose of this investigation was to study the genetic background to behavioural traits and the heritabilities for temperament, rank order, aggressiveness, feeding behaviour and for learning behaviour. Moreover, the genetic correlations to other traits were studied. To be included in a breeding programme a trait needs to have enough genetic variation, a moderate to high heritability or to be correlated to another measurable trait. Behaviour is a quantitative trait affected by many genes and the environment.

För att veta vad någonting är måste man veta vad det inte är : En studie om hur några elever i årskurs 1 lär sig vad ett tekniskt föremål är

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur några elever i årskurs 1 skapar förståelse för vad en teknisk artefakt är och vidare hur eleverna ges möjlighet till detta genom att läraren använder variationsmönster under ett lektionstillfälle. Materialet har samlats in genom en learning study vilket innebär att vi har genomfört en praxisnära undersökning. Vi har i studien agerat både forskare och lärare; observerat, planerat och bedrivit undervisning samt analyserat empirin. Vi har studerat tre lektionstillfällen i tre olika grupper med fokus på att tillsammans med eleverna skapa en definition av vad en teknisk artefakt är. Med hjälp av för- och eftertester har vi även undersökt elevernas uppfattningar om tekniska artefakter före och efter lektionstillfället.

Hur kan erfarenheter från olycksundersökningar nyttiggöras på lokal nivå samhället? - utifrån ett MTO-R (Människa, teknik, organisation och riskhantering) perspektiv

The theme in this report has been how to benefit experience from accident investigations. The demand on the municipality to perform accidet investigations is relatively new, and maybe they aren?t clear what the demands means. This causes that there might be a problem to benefit experience from accident investigations, for improving the overall safety in the municipality. The main purpose of this report has been to clarify how experience from accident investigations, can be of benefit to society on a local level.
