RENOVERING AV MILJONPROGRAMMET TILL PASSIVHUS : Implementering av tysk prefabteknik
Construction accounts for about 35 percent of the total Swedish energy consumption and most of the energy is used by the large housing stock from the so-called ?Million program?. In the national action plan the government has put forward in energy efficiency. It is mentioned that existing buildings account for more than 90 percent of what is expected to be the housing stock within the coming 50 years. In order to meet environmental objectives its required that the existing stock be reviewed for energy efficiency. The goverment is now initiating a national framework with a budget of SEK 300 million Swedish crowns per year for five years, starting in 2010 to achieve the goal on energy efficient buildings. Energy efficiency of buildings in both new construction and above all within the existing stock are addressed.
Utvärdering av Portvakten Söders spillvattenvärmeväxlare och varmvattenförbrukning
År 2009 färdigställdes två passivhus på Portvakten Söder i Växjö. Mellan de två byggnaderna finns en spillvattenvärmeväxlare installerad i ett försök att ta tillvara på outnyttjad energi ifrån byggnadernas utgående spillvatten. Växlarens effektivitet undersöks genom beräkning av dess temperaturverkningsgrad över ett dygn. Verkningsgraden bestäms genom temperaturmätning med tekniken termoelement. Vald metod tillsammans med upptäckten av grundvatten på mätplatsen medförde att temperaturmätningen inte blev tillförlitlig och uträknad verkningsgrad för växlaren blev därmed inte rimlig.Under 2013 var skillnaden i varmvattenförbrukning 55 % mellan de två husen.
Utfackningsvägg av lättbetongblock i passivhus
AbstractThis report intends through a case study to investigate if lightweight concrete isappropriate as main material in the outer wall of a seven storey residential building.A technical design is carried out in accordance with the definitions and requirementsfor passive houses, given by FEBY?s1 ?Demand specification for passive houses?.A literature review is also carried out for a comparison between regular bolt wall andlight weight concrete wall, with a focus on the safety of moisture.The lightweight concrete block used in the report is as a celblock produced by thecompany H+H Sweden AB.The methods used have resulted in compliance with requirements andrecommendations from authorities. Calculations of energy, noise and moisture riskassessment has been carried out.The work has resulted in the conclusion that the lightweight concrete itself is notable to isolate in the extent necessary to obtain chosen U-value of 0,1 W/m2 ° C,without getting to thick. Therefore additional insulation is needed. There are fewrelevant reference objects built with only light weight concrete.

The latest thing in the area of environmental building today is energy-plus-house. The idea behind the energy-plus-house is to create a house that produces more energy than it consumes. To accomplish this, the house uses renewable energy, in this particular case solar energy. With the help from a proper construction and thoughtfully projected installations you can achieve a surplus of energy. The surplus energy can then be sold to the surrounding buildings and thereby conduce to a financial profit for the household.

This report is the product of the course AF101X, a bachelors degree in Samhällsbyggnad atKTH. The task of the course is to design a small house at a given location and also implement adeepening study. The house in this report is located in Kiruna in the north of Sweden, where theclimate is much colder than in the rest of the country.The deepening study of this report is to evaluates how realistic passive housing north of thePolar Circle is based on those facts. The house will to some extent be designed to fit the passivehousing standard.
Systemlösningar för plus- eller passivhus : En studie med syftet att lösa energibehovet för ett specifikt hus.
The purpose of the house which is the basis of this report is to be able present itself on the market as a relatively cheap and at the same time a climate friendly choice. The house is supposed to be able to be built anywhere in Sweden and the rest of Scandinavia in a short period of time. This puts demand on what kind of heating system the house can have, since not all places have the geographic advantage of being able to use geothermal or district heating. Therefore the heating system choices will only include those that are not limited by their geographic location. The house will be built in modules which only require the groundwork to be done before the house can be erected. In this report "System solutions for plus or passive-housing" a comprehensive literature search has been conducted as well as a number of calculations.

In this essay, we have compared a conventional house to a passive house. The housesshared the same local conditions; they have the same living area and the same layout. Thedifferences between the houses were the different construction solutions for the roof, theouter walls, the floor and the heating system. Both the houses qualify the standards fromBBR and the passive house also lives up to FEBY?s special conditions.The purpose with the essay was to examine if it really is profitable to build small hoses aspassive houses.

Mitt examensarbete har gått ut på att arbeta fram fem texter för Örebro kommun. Syftet med arbetet är att skriva texter om biogas och miljö för Örebro kommun. Syftet med min rapport är att undersöka hur man skriver till en bred målgrupp med fokus på parametrarna begripligt, lättläst och intressant.Min frågeställning:Hur bör en kommun utforma begriplig, lättläst och intressant information om biogas och miljö för en bred målgrupp?Jag har använt mig av metoderna målgruppsanalys, litteraturstudier, komparation, test & utprovning och analys.Utifrån de tre parametrarna har jag skrivit mina texter och applicerat resultaten av mina utprovningar på texterna.Resultatet är att jag har fått fram svar på hur mina testpersoner tycker att en begriplig, lättläst och intressant text ska se ut. På så sätt har jag undersökt och kommit fram till hur man skriver begripligt, lättläst och intressant för en bred målgrupp.

ABSTRACTOverweight and obesity is an increasing problem worldwide although high-income countries take a leed. High BMI during pregnancy and delivery constitute to many risks for both the mother and her outcome. Intervention programmes with the purpose to get the pregnant women to eat healthier and to excercise more are now working out in many different shapes. The effect of these activities varies. The aim of this study was to investigate if interventions during pregnancy, with women who?s BMI are 25 or more, affects health of the mother and her expected child, delivery outcome and self estimated health.
Implementering av passivhus i bilar
Detta kandidatprojekt har skett på uppdrag av företaget Sund Birsta och har genomförts påChalmers tekniska högskola. Företaget utvecklar, tillverkar och säljer stålverksutrustning till eninternationell marknad. Syftet med projektet har varit att skapa en prototyp av en användarvänligoch lättnavigerad kundportal baserad på Sund Birstas behov.Arbetet inleddes med en förstudie bestående av en litteraturstudie och ett besök hos företaget iSundsvall för att få en förståelse och en bra grund för det fortsatta arbetet. En kravspecifikationtogs fram efter besöket för att få en bra överblick över vad som skulle ingå i prototypen.Implementeringen utfördes enligt extremprogrammeringsmetoden där parprogrammeringanvändes. Det grafiska gränssnittet togs fram med hjälp av mock-ups och ett färgschemaskapades med hjälp av olika webbverktyg.Slutresultatet blev en prototyp implementerad i programmeringsspråket PHP och ramverketCodeIgniter.
Primärenergianvändning av passivhus i Sverige : Med fokus på Kvarteret Trettondagen
The building sector accounted for around a fourth of the total energy usage in Sweden in year 2010 (Energimyndigheten, 2012). Therefore it has become very interesting to achieve a lower energy usage in residential buildings. One way to achieve that is to build so called passive houses. By being very well insulated and have low leakage through the walls, they can reduce the energy usage for heating with a substantial amount. The first passive house was built during the 90?s in Germany; and in Sweden the first passive house was built in Gothenburg 2001.

Fra?n passivhus till NNE-hus : va?gen till ha?llbar utveckling
sustainable development by reducing the energy use by EU:s directive of energy efficiency and the UN Convention. The second purpose is to present the technical solutions regarding ventilation and heating system that is being used in passive houses. This was done using 8 passive houses, 4 germany and 4 swedish passive houses. Even the international and Swedish system requirements for passive houses have been addressed in this project. The goal was also to explain how and why the mechanical system in passive houses has developed to the technology used today.
Passiv passivhusaktivitet -kunskapsöversikt över Sveriges passivhusmarknad
Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur olika yrkeskategorier inom äldreomsorgen arbetar med HBTQ-frågor. Studien baseras på kvalitativa intervjuer och inkluderar fem informanter med olika arbetsuppgifter inom äldreomsorgen. Resultaten från intervjuerna har analyserats utifrån olika teman i en intervjuguide, med hjälp av queerteorin. Intervjuernas resultat visar att HBTQ-frågor inte blir belysta som enskilda frågor, men skulle vid behov kunna diskuteras under mångfalds- och jämlikhetsfrågor. Informanterna beskrev vikten av ett gott bemötande, oavsett vilken läggning brukaren hade.
Förskolor med passivhusteknik : En utredning av passiva förskolor
As a result of directives from EU, with the ambition to reach environmetal goals, The German organisation Passivhaus Institut has defined a passive house. A passive house is a building that is very energy efficient and makes a small impact on the environment. The energy from the inhabitants as well as the appliances & fixtures in the building should equal the energy that is required to heat the building. A Swedish version of the passive house definition has been defined, taking into account the climate conditions and the difference in building regulations.This thesis is a request from Skanska on how it can improve and develop an ongoing passive house project, involving an infant school. The intention of this thesis is to identify difficulties & display potential development areas for infant schools.The method of research conducted is as follows: interviews of clients, ventilation consultant, consultant for heating system and an energy calculation consultant, an inspection of the infant shcool in process, investigation of completed infant schools and a study of relevant literature.From this research it was found that it is difficult for infant schools to pass the criteria for passive houses. The conclusion of this thesis provide several guidelines on how to improve the outcome of existing projects & the steps needed to be taken for future development in this area..
