The purpose of this study is to investigate witch knowledge and thoughts children will have about the term of floating and sinking, and witch possibilities there is to make various knowledge visible in preschool physics through playing with water. The study also concern the differences and similarities between two different groups of age who have participated in the study. The study was carried out by an activity with participant observation and feedback interviews afterwards. The result shows that the possibilities to physics are many in preschool. The children expressed new thoughts and ideas who concern other phenomena in physics during the investigation and discussed similar experiments and material to examine.

The aim of this study is to describe and analyse the knowledge of three of the treatment methods used in youth welfare and this is accomplished through a knowledge review. This study contains an analysis of three different treatment methods described in eleven different peer reviewed articles. The articles are all internationally published between the years 2006 to 2012 and they are all effectiveness evaluations. The articles deal with treatment methods concerning Motivational interviewing (MI), Aggression Replacement Training (ART) and Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and these are three of the most common in youth welfare in Sweden. There is not much knowledge of Swedish conditions and that is why this study focuses on international research.

Background:The definition of mental illness is characterized by a lack of management regarding mood, thoughts or behavior. It is difficult for the person to cope with everyday duties as well as relationships with other people.The study revealed that the society should take action to prevent social isolation for those with mental illness. The central concepts of care theory is love, learning and well-being, where nurses' conditions and actions create results in the patient.Aim:Describe skills and prerequisites nurses need at the meeting of patients with mental illness. A further aim was to examine the ethical considerations included studies made use of.Method:A descriptive literature studyMain result:Nurses feel they do not have skills regarding mental illness. When nurses care for patients with mental illness are often formed stigmatizations regarding these patient groups and care will suffer.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine why so many CRM-projects didn`t reach the expected goals that companies management envisaged. The purpose was divided into two research questions. ? How should companies? management design the strategic projection of the CRM implementation? ? How will employees? attitude to changes influence the result of the CRM implementation? The case company was a Swedish technical consulting company: interviews were conducted with two represents from two different departments. The findings of the study were that management often strongly believes that software will sort out most of the upcoming problems and forget the factor that education of employees is at least equal important.

The main focus has been on the link between attitude and knowledge. Attitude and knowledge has also been tested for any connection to age, gender, what kind of a teacher you are and for how long you have been a teacher.The collected data has been analyzed in a descriptive part, one part with correlations and in one part with t-tests. The terms samsyn (consensus) and attitude has been reviewed in its connection to the results.The study shows a significant correlation (0.222*) between knowledge and attitude.

The purpose of this study is to determine which approach preschool teachers from a Reggio Emilia inspired preschool and a traditional preschool have on children, knowledge, learning and their own role in children?s learning. The two pedagogical approaches have different basic visions; Reggio Emilia follows the thoughts of Lori Malaguzzi and the traditional preschool follows the Swedish curriculum Lpfö 98. Eftersom att kunskapen i ett företag är starkt relaterad till företagets konkurrenskraft är det av stor vikt att ta till vara på och sprida kunskapen som har utvecklats och som existerar hos de anställda. Tyst personlig kunskap är svår att kodifiera, och på så sätt svår att bevara.Syfte: Denna uppsats syftar till att inom ämnet Knowledge Management undersöka hur kunskap överförs via face-to-face processer. Studien ämnar examinera frågan hur tyst kunskap överförs och bevaras i ett kunskapsintensivt företag, och då vilken roll interaktionen mellan individer spelar i kunskapsöverföringsprocessen.Metod: Denna studie antar en kvalitativ ansats, med karaktären av både deskriptiv och explorativ studie.
