Handledarskap på grund och avancerad nivå
Högskoleförordningen (SFS 2006:173) föreskriver akademiska krav i kursplan och kursmål för både grund- och avancerad nivå i sjuksköterskeutbildningar. I svensk sjuksköterskeförening, på lärosäten och i klinisk verksamhet pågår diskussioner om hur dessa teoretiska krav ska förenas i klinisk praktik. Syftet var att belysa faktorer av betydelse för handledarskapet på grund och avancerad nivå och undersöka handledningsstrategier som kan förenar teori och verksamhetsförlagd utbildning för sjuksköterske- och specialistsjuksköterskestuderande. Metoden var en litteraturstudie som baserades på 11 vetenskapliga artiklar som kritiskt grans-kades och analyserades. Resultatet visar att det förutsätts ett väl fungerande samarbete mellan fakultet och klinisk verksamhet med tydligt formulerade kursplaner, mål och riktlinjer för handledning och stöd till handledare från fakultet och verksamhet.

The connection between management control systems for controlling sustainability and a firm's motivation for engaging in sustainability is not completely understood (Arjaliès & Mundy, 2013). The aim of this thesis is to develop a more profound understanding for management control in achieving sustainable companies. To do this, we raise the question: How and to what extent do companies use management control systems to achieve sustainability compliance Simons's Levers of Control (1995) are applied to this question in order to get a consistent and thorough insight of management control systems. Hence, a case study of ABB:s work to achieve material compliance in accordance with EU-regulation was conducted. The findings of the case study reveal that ABB uses the regulations as explicit goals and implement them in sustainability procedures.

There are several Project Management Softwares onthe market today. These tools are powerful andextensive to the degree they become too timeconsumingand complex and therefore often defeatits original purpose. This is the case especiallywhen the project manager is inexperienced and/orthe scope of the project is moderate.The purpose of this thesis arose from this context,there seems to be a gap between a home-made MSExcel spread sheet and the advanced softwaresavailable. The thesis and the product has beendeveloped in alliance with Faveo ProjectManagement with the shared goal to create a toolwhich is easy to use but still covers the essentialareas of project management theory. The tool willbe used internally by Faveo-employees as well asexternally together with Faveo?s clients in aneducational purpose.
Project: Knowledge. A two-sided perspective on knowledge transfer & knowledge creation
Purpose: Our purpose is to describe and understand how a project-based, knowledge-intensive firm in the high-technology industry creates and transfers knowledge, seen from two perspectives.Methodology: Our qualitative case study has an explorative approach since earlier studies within our positioning are absent, thus we look at KM abductively. To gain more depth to our study, we mirror our findings from our case company with data collected from three additional organisations.Theoretical perspectives: We see a clear distinction between researchers, either seeing knowledge as an object or a process. Thus, we review theories from both sides, either focusing on the creation or transferring of knowledge. In addition, theories on KM in project organisations areaccounted for.Empirical foundation: The study is based on the empirical foundation which consists of the data received through six interviews with employees at our main case company and, additionally, two interviews at each of our three mirrorcompanies.Conclusion: The study found KM being seen from both perspectives in all four firms. Through this, we found implications for how our case company could proceed in the future..

Service Design is a relatively new, unexplored and exciting phenomenon that through an interdisciplinary work methodology designs services. A discussion has been going on for a long time regarding whether there is a difference between products and services. Services are often classified as immaterial, heterogeneous, non-storable and inseparable in relation to products. A question that arises is if something specific characterises the work methodology used regarding service design. The aim with this paper is thus to explain the work methodology when working with service design.
Påverkande faktorer vid implementering av CRM
The purpose of this thesis was to examine why so many CRM-projects didn`t reach the expected goals that companies management envisaged. The purpose was divided into two research questions. ? How should companies? management design the strategic projection of the CRM implementation? ? How will employees? attitude to changes influence the result of the CRM implementation? The case company was a Swedish technical consulting company: interviews were conducted with two represents from two different departments. The findings of the study were that management often strongly believes that software will sort out most of the upcoming problems and forget the factor that education of employees is at least equal important.
Att balansera Management Control Systems - En fallstudie av ett litet svenskt IT-företag
This thesis studies the concept of balance in the management control systems (MCS) of a small Swedish company within the IT-sector. The aim is to evaluate the importance of balance and dynamics in MCS and investigate which factors affect them. The frameworks used are Simons (1994) four levers of control, and the five-factor model for balance and dynamics by Mundy (2010). The small IT company - the object of the case study - has grown extensively in the last years and needs to develop more formal MCS without losing efficiency and creativity in their fast-moving industry. The case study reveals that balancing MCS is important also in smaller companies with less formal MCS.

However, case studies have shown that there is a movement towards more formalized and structured purchasing procedures among buyers of management consulting services. The purpose of this study is to investigate the prevalence and the implications of this professionalization. The purpose of this thesis was to look into how event management companies got knowledge about their customers? expectations and how they are influenced by these expectations. A case study was conducted based upon interviews with two employees from two companies that are in the business. The study has shown that event management companies do try to get awarness about their customers' expectations, especially by listening and discussing with the customer. Personal contact is an efficient way of communicating and a way to avoid misunderstandings, which is a common mistake when customers' expectations are not met.

Background: Liquidity and the management of liquidity are of great importance for companies. Cash management is not a new term, but the need for it has increased recently, for one thing because of the internationalisation and growing harmonisation between the countries in Europe. Netting is a cash management technique, where receivables and liabilities are netted. This technique can be used to release capital and increase the company?s cash flow by reducing the number of transactions in the internal payment system.
Organizational Identity Construction - A qualitative study made in three different contextual settings
Our findings show that depending on the contextual setting and what sort of merger an organization goes through, the identity strategies will differ. We see that symbols and values are two objects of relevance in our case companies? identity strategies, but that there are differences in how they are being used. There is consensus around the fact that values are important to have, however their meaning to each organization differs and it has also proven to be dependent on what position you possess in the company. We have developed a four-fielder in order to further illustrate our findings.
Vad har man för chanser? : En kvalitativ studie om CM-teamets arbete för brukare med psykisk problematik i kombination med missbruk, belyst ur ett maktperspektiv.
Denna studie syftar till att, utifrån ett personal- och brukarperspektiv, undersöka vilka yttre och inre maktaspekter som kommer till uttryck och påverkar CM-teamets arbete samt hur dessa maktaspekter tar sig i uttryck i relations- och motivationsarbetet. CM-teamet är en verksamhet som arbetar för att samordna insatser från kommun och landsting för de individer som har ett vårdbehov för sitt missbruk och sin psykiska problematik och som faller mellan stolarna. Denna studie är baserad på en kvalitativ metod där materialet analyserades med hjälp av meningskoncentrering. Vi har gjort intervjuer med såväl personal som brukare på CM-teamet för att belysa två perspektiv av verksamhetens arbete. Resultatet visar på att de yttre maktaspekterna dels påverkar och begränsar CM-teamets arbete men även påverkar de inre maktaspekterna vilket tar sig uttryck i paternalism från personalens sida.
