Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka problematiseringen av välfärdssamhället och droger i dokumentärserien ?Modstrilogin? (1968- 79- 93) och tv-serien ?Upp till Kamp!? (2007). De teoretiska utgångspunkterna behandlar litteraturen kring mods, drogerna och den politiska tidsandan, av olika författare men främst Kim Salomon, Ted Goldberg, Urban Nilmander & Kenneth Ahlborn samt Stefan Koch. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna bidrar till att finna kritik mot välfärdssamhället i filmerna och därefter påvisas i analys, och då med hjälp av kritisk teori och en hermeneutisk metod. Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka hur en biståndsorganisation använder sig av retoriska grepp för att övertyga sina mottagare genom kampanjfilmer. Den här studien är relevant för att kunna förstå hur biståndsorganisationer påverkar mottagarna av kampanjfilmer. I den här studien har Unicef Sverige varit studieobjektet och de är en av Sveriges största biståndsorganisationer och en organisation som regelbundet visas i media.De teorier som är relevanta i den här studien är retorik och retoriska inriktningar på exempelvismarknadsretorik och visuell retorik. Huvudfrågeställningen i studien är att se på vilket sätt Unicef Sverige använder sig av retorik i sina kampanjfilmer för att övertyga människor att bli givare. Delfrågor i studien är att undersöka, vilka är de marknadsretoriska begrepp och medel som Unicef Sverige använder i kampanjfilmer för att övertyga sina mottagare samt på vilka sätt använder sig Unicef Sverige av visuell retorik i sina kampanjfilmer.I studien har två kvalitativa innehållsanalyser utförts på tre till fem filmer i utvalda filmkategorier.

The artist Pehr Hilleström has been credited as the founder of the Swedish genre painting. In the second half of the 18th century he began painting everyday subjects of the different social stratums. Today his paintings are noted for their way of showing us the culture of the time since the photograph still had still not been introduced.   Hilleström was a court painter for King Gustav III who wanted him to depict the Swedish people and their different costumes. The king thought the costumes were of great significance for their psychological impact on people and therefore used them as a way to unite the nation psychologically, both by the genre paintings and also by making a national costume. The costumes were used as a symbol of an unbroken tradition and national heritage.

AbstractI denna studie kommer vi undersöka hur maskuliniteter framställs i utvalda exempel från tidningen King of Sweden. Vi vill besvara våra frågeställningar kring hur maskuliniteter uttrycks i de utvalda bild- och textexemplen från King och vilka uttryck och egenskaper som kan uttolkas tillhöra dessa. Vidare undrar vi om någon av dessa maskuliniteter kan tolkas som en föredragen och dominerande maskulinitetstyp tack vare de egenskaper och värden den representerar. Slutligen vill vi se till tidningens presenterade stadgar om förutbestämt uttryck och innehåll för att undersöka hur väl dessa stämmer in i de text- och bildexempel som väljs ut.För att försöka besvara frågeställningarna söker vi efter mönster i bild och text ur ett flertal nummer av tidningen. Dessa mönster tolkar vi som exempel på uttryck av tidningens sätt att framställa maskulinitet, där vi ser om samma typ av egenskaper eller uttryck återkommer i flertalet nummer.

King-Kopetzkys syndrom (KKS) beskrivs som när en person upplever svårigheter med att uppfatta tal, speciellt i bullriga miljöer, men har normala tontrösklar. Orsaken till syndromet är fortfarande oviss och detta gör att de som jobbar inom hörselvården ställs inför ett val då de möter dessa patienter. Patienten kan antingen avfärdas då denne anses höra normalt, eller så tas problemet på allvar och vidare utredning utförs.Genom att göra en systematisk litteraturstudie belyses och förklaras syndromet och syftet har varit att göra en sammanställning och ge en översikt över KKS utifrån de vetenskapliga artiklar som berör ämnet. Målet med detta arbete är att öka förståelsen för KKS.Resultatet pekar på att det är fler kvinnor än män som drabbas och att medelåldern för de med syndromet är ganska låg, runt 32 år. Det finns många olika teorier till orsaken och ingen är i dagsläget mer rätt än den andra.
