Med energieffektivisering menas att man använder energi på ett effektivt sätt som ska leda till en positiv inverkan på miljö och samhälle.Sisjö Entré är ett köpcentrum som har en årlig energiförbrukning på 1 865 270 kWh och bör enligt Energimyndighetens riktvärde ha en årlig förbrukning på 1 530 000 kWh, alltså en minskning med 18 %. Köpcentret består av 17 butiker och i examensarbetet undersöks fem butiker vilka är Toys ? Us, Rusta, Burger King, Babyproffsen och Webhallen. I dessa utförs mätningar på ventilation och belysning med syftet att studera vilka laster i butikerna som orsakar mest förbrukning. Målet är att komma fram till förslag på åtgärder för att minska energiförbrukning samt kostnader.Vi kom fram till att belysning är den största lasten i handelslokaler vilka är Toys ? Us, Rusta, Babyproffsen och Webhallen medan den största lasten i restauranger (Burger King) är utrustningen i köket som står för 75 % av restaurangens totala förbrukning.I Rusta upptäckte vi att elmätarna visade lägre värden än den verkliga förbrukningen.

AbstractHannes Sundkvist: Uppror. En begreppshistorisk undersökning av ordet uppror och dess uppkomst i Sverige mellan åren 1525 och 1543, Uppsala universitet: Institutionen för idé- och lärdomshistoria, C-uppsats, Vårterminen, 2013. The following thesis is a conceptual historical study of the Swedish word uppror (rebellion) between the years 1525 and 1543. During this period, there occured five conflicts that in modern time have been named as rebellions. In my study I problematize the concept of rebellions and show that it is not possible to apply a contemporary definition to conflicts that erupted in the early 16th centrury. My purpose is to display how the word actually was defined during the time of the five conflicts.

However, it is difficult to determine when to stop the growth. Specific gravity can easily be measured and can sometimes be used as a tool for estimating the boiling properties. This report discusses different aspects of the specific gravity of the potato and how it can be used as a tool to determine the appropriate time for vine killing.

Around 4000 years BC the inhabitants of southern Sweden started to use the agricultural system and people become more stationary. The farms were located together in groups and together they formed a social association, the village. Successively the population grew and in some areas the forest started to become a finite resource.

Due to the developments in today's gender discussions, this essay aimed at investigating the gendered constructions and encouragements to consumption. As a former fashion student I have a special interest in the commercial constructions featured in fashion magazines, especially since advertising, fashion and perceptions of gender have long walked hand in hand. Just as feminism studies have shown femininity being a fluid identity, recent studies of masculinities, media and culture are also showing changes in the depictions of men.The aim was to clarify how fashion magazines encourage men and women to consume products and ideals, and also discuss the gender constructions occurring in the junction of editorial and commercial text (articles and advertisements). The analysis was thereof based on three main questions:-       How is consumption encouraged in male and female fashion magazines?-       What kind of gendered pattern appears in the junction of advertisement and editorial text?-       With regard to the gender constructions, what is the reader encouraged to consume?The theoretical framework of the analysis was based on gender studies and political economy, mostly describing a commercial perception of feminine journalism and a new metrosexual expression in men?s fashion and lifestyle magazines.By using a combination of quantitative (content analysis) and qualitative (semiotics) approach two fashion magazines, Elle and King Magazine (published in May 2013) were used as representatives of fashion magazines in general.The results showed clear differences between the sexes.

This study deals with the compulsory reading of the public announcements in churches during the eighteens century. The focus is on the diocese of Skara. The ambition to make a comparison between the parish of Skara and the parish of Gårdstånga, earlier investigated by Elisabeth Reuterswärd, failed due to few archives from the parish of Skara. My study takes a broader perspective of the signification of the announcements to the reverends and to the churchgoers. It was an obligation to the reverend to read, collect and save the announcements and the churchgoers were by law obligated to go to church every Sunday.

Renal dysplasia is a developmental anomaly of the kidneys which is considered to be the primary lesion in juvenile progressive nephropathy, a condition leading to chronic renal failure in young dogs. It is defined as disorganised development of the renal parenchyma due to abnormal differentiation, and pathological lesions include persistent foetal structures, dysplastic tubules and cartilaginous and osseus metaplasia. The aetiology of renal dysplasia in dogs is still unknown, but possible causes are infection with canine herpesvirus, teratogenic substances or intrauterine ureteral obstruction. In some breeds renal dysplasia is a familial or inherited disease. Clinical signs of chronic renal failure, such as polyuria, polydipsia, vomiting, weight loss, anorexia, lethargy and anemia, usually appear before the age of 2 years.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to investigate how a public library should sign and organize their resources to make them as accessible as possible to the users of the library. Our theory, Paul Arthur?s and Romedi Passini?s wayfinding theory, is about how people search through information loaded environments. Our empirical material consists mainly of three parts: an inventory of the resources and guiding at Hammarö bibliotek, eight interviews with visitors at Hammarö bibliotek and observations of how visitors use and interact with the library, its resources and guiding.

Reklambyråns roll har länge varit att kommunicera sina kunders eller dess produkter/tjänsters önskade värden till marknaden. Tjänsten som reklambyrån under hela sin historia tillhandahållit har varit kreativitet. Reklambyråns position har under dess historia dock förändrats när reklambranschen blivit allt mer specialiserad med bl.a. webbyråer och PR-byråer. I och med effektiviseringar hos högfrekventkommunicerande företag som idag gör egna produktionsinköp kan reklambyråerna inte längre ta ut de marginaler från underleverantörer, till exempel tryckerier, som tidigare gav byråerna bra betalt för sina tjänster.

Jag har med hjälp av King-Fullerton modellen jämfört den effektiva marginalskatten på sparande och investeringar i realkapital. Jag har jämfört sparande i företagssektorn, där jag tittat på investeringar i aktiebolag, och bostadssektorn, där jag tittat på investeringar i egen villa, bostadsrättsfastighet och hyresfastighet från år 1985 till 2008. Resultaten visar att det nya och mer balanserade skattesystemet som infördes år 1991 innebar en sänkning av den effektiva marginalskatten för nästan samtliga sektorer i studien. Efter fastighetsskattens avskaffande år 2008 kommer incitamenten att spara i bostadssektorn öka kraftigt jämfört med investeringar i företagssektorn och det kommer att bli en tydlig snedvridning i skattesystemet..

This essay is a textbook study where I aim to review four textbooks regarding some historical events in the subject History. The textbooks are used in junior high school and the historical events are as follows: the genocide that happened in Congo during the leadership of king Leopold II, the genocide on Armenians in the Ottoman Empire, the Holocaust and the Vietnam War.By performing this study I wanted to answer these three questions:What differences and similarities can be found in how the events circumscribed?How much space do the various events have and has it evolved through the years 1980-2009?How can this be explained?The study has been analyzed from a post-colonial perspective and the recurring patterns that appear show how the texts are post-colonial. This means that the authors of the textbooks are writing about the same subjects, but in very different ways..

The aim of this study is to examine the investment decision process for investments that arise due to strategic changes and are of strategic importance to the company. At the foundation of this study is the previous research in this area, done by King (1975) and Bower (1970), which examines the investment process on a more generic level. At the core is the investment decision process pertaining to Projekt X, an investment performed by NordiCorp. Having conducted a case study including six interviews with employees from various parts of the organization, combined with a large number of internal documents, the process regarding the investment decision was carefully illuminated. The results show that in many regards, this process follows the more generic investment process.
