Denna studie syftar till att synliggöra olika bedrägliga beteenden som riktar sig mot innovatörer. I studien diskuteras möjligheterna till att etablera en funktion som skyddar innovatörer mot en typ av övergrepp som blir allt vanligare. Hur skall subtil manschettbrottslighet begränsas när den är både riskfri och lönsam?En vägledande fråga i diskussionen har varit: Skall innovatörer ha samma skydd för sin upphovsrätt som andra fria yrkesutövare, eller ska de fortsätta få vara villebråd utan skydd av rättsväsendet?Resultatet bygger på dokumentanalyser och en kvalitativ studie om upphovsmän till patent, samt intervjuer med personer inom branschen innovationer och entreprenörskap. Resultat baseras bl a på den kvalitativa studien och beskrivs genom fakta om innovatörerna Dr.

I december 2003 gick filmen Kill Bill upp på biograferna med ett våldsamt och blodigt innehåll. Reaktionerna blev starka, vilket kan bero på att Kill Bill är en actionfilm där kvinnorna har en annan roll än den lättklädda medhjälparen. Då kvinnorna står i fokus var filmen som gjord för en analysav hur just kvinnan gestaltas i filmens värld. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om de patriarkala strukturerna förändras när typiskt manliga roller intas av kvinnor. Analysen inriktar sig främst på filmen Kill Bill, men diskuterar också det sammanhang i vilket filmen skapats och lanserats det vill säga filmindustrin i Hollywood som knappast gjort sig känd för några jämställdhetssträvanden.

Syftet med detta examensarbete har varit att hitta en arbetsmetodik i Inventor åt HanterIngenjörsteknik i Gånghester, så att de kan dels hantera stora sammanställningar som är ettstort problem idag pga. datorprestandan som krävs. En arbetsgång skulle tas fram åt dekonstruktörer som idag jobbar med programmet Inventor och även till nyanställda.Arbetsgången som gruppen tagit fram ska även fungera som en instruktion för nyanställda, såatt de lättare ska kunna integreras i arbetet på Hanter Ingenjörsteknik.En stor del av examensarbetet gick ut på att samla information och få grepp om hurkonstruktörerna jobbar idag på Hanter Ingenjörsteknik. Gruppen tog fram information omvarje del i programmet och i samspråk med Hanter så kom man fram till vilka delar somgruppen skulle kolla närmare på. Det som inverkade mycket var den tid som arbetet skulleutföras på.De delar som gruppen tittade närmare på var Level of Details och Content Center.

For innovative organizations and companies it is essential to use existing knowledge to avoid spending time and resources on already existing innovations. By using patent information, companies are able to get a picture of what is already done in their area of interest. The main purpose of the study is to examine the information use in small and medium-sized enterprises that are members of the Swedish Inventor?s Association, focusing on patent information. The study examines the use of patent information and which barriers the companies have to patent information.

The purpose of this study is to identify a successful way of expanding a business on a global market, focusing on innovation products. An analysis was also made to see how internationalization theories are useful in businesses with innovation products. Four companies have been interviewed where two of them have innovation products (Proline AB and Q-Med AB) and the others are widely successful in exporting to a global market (Safegate Group and Weda Poolcleaners AB). Furthermore four interviews have been made with support organizations that have great experience in helping companies in this area (Svenska Uppfinnareföreningen, Almi Företagspartner AB, Exportrådet and The Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce).One of the results that can be identified is the diverse view and will to expand the business. The inventor often has a born global strategy in mind whereas the helping organizations rather expand step by step and only to one country at a time.

The snow leopard (Panthera uncia) is an elusive felid, native to the mountains in central Asia. Basic knowledge about the snow leopards? ecology has long been lacking but is advancing with the help of the GPS-technology. GPS cluster analysis can provide insight in the diet and prey selection of elusive predators, such as the snow leopard. Acceleration data from GPS collars can be used to study animal behavior but the two have never been combined to gain more detailed information of the feeding behavior of large carnivores.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att ta reda på huruvida kill- och tjejgrupperna når upp till resultat inom gruppverksamheten. Vidare vill jag också belysa eventuella skillnader mellan dessa två grupper samt diskutera kön som utgångspunkt för verksamheterna. Frågeställningarna som försöker besvaras i den här undersökningen är således: - Huruvida upplever killar och tjejer att de uppnått resultat inom gruppverksamheten? - I vilken utsträckning besöker gruppverksamhets ungdomarna ungdomsgården/ar utöver de gruppträffarna? För att samla in relevant data har jag använt mig av en enkätundersökning med öppna och stängda frågor som kan sägas belysa kvantitativa och kvalitativa aspekter av ungdomarnas deltagande i gruppverksamheterna. Analysen av informationen sker utifrån ett måluppfyllelseperspektiv samt en diskussion där kön, jämställdhet och sociala konstruktioner utgör viktiga utgångspunkter.

The purpose of this paper is to find methods to handle stress due to an upcoming combat mission and to the prospect of having to kill. The main questions of this essay: -How can certain parts of the physiological psychology improve a soldiers ability to perform a mission? ? Is the Swedish soldier mentally prepared to kill? The theory for this essay has been described using litteratur by experts within the field, and the results thereafter discussed.

Emerson Network Power Energy Systems är ett globalt företag som skapar system för avbrottsfri strömförsörjning för tele- och IT-kommunikation. Till följd av uppköp av företag har Emerson utveckling i flera länder. De olika länderna använder dessutom olika CADsystem. Detta är ett hinder för samarbetet mellan utvecklingsavdelningarna. Den svenska avdelningen av företaget har lagt mycket tid på att utveckla ett PDM-system och anpassa det till det CAD-system som används i Sverige (NX).

The subject of my thesis is what I have chosen to call the ?action babe cinema? of the 21st century, essentially action-movies featuring a female heroine in the lead role. Inspired by the theories of Vladímir Propp, author of Morphology of the Folktale, I have tried to reveal the underlying structure of these films. I have chosen eleven films which form my material, and from these extracted a number of functions (which means the actions of a character), that reoccur frequently. The heroines? transformation can be seen as a central theme of the action babe cinema, and I have divided the films into two groups depending on the course of the transformation, either from soft to hard or the other way around.

The aim of this study was to see if there is any group of cats that are at greater risk to get sick and/or be euthanized during their stay at a cat shelter with no-kill policy. The study was conducted at Åkeshov cat rescue center in Sweden and cats that entered the center between the 1th of June 2010 and the 31th of December 2011 was used in the study. This study focused on factors regarding gender, origin, level of socialization, incubation period and the proportion of euthanized cats. In this study, the kind of illness weren?t taken into account. This study showed that the gender of the cat didn´t affect the risk for illness.

This report summarize a simple and efficient way to convert 2D into 3D designs. It explains the benefits of a 3D design compared with 2D, and how those benefits may be used.It will also give the reader a presentation of the company Clean Air Technologies, which for the most part constructs cleaning facilities for power plants. How to create 3D-libraries for some of those facilities will be introduced in this composition.The collaboration with Clean Air Technologies has resulted in several 3D animated movies and rendered images. This has increased the quality of the companies offer presentations, which has made it easier for the prospective customer to get an improved overall image of the power plant design..

The main reason for doing this kind ofproject was to find out if it was possible to make a relatively advanced application with user friendly tools. We tested the software MIT App Inventor, and the ability to create a useful application for people who wants to get an overview of their energy intake.During the process we found out that it was possible, but minor setbacks occurred. The main idea of our vision; to make a calculator and a registry with different kinds of food and their amount of calories, was completed quite easily. Later on, design alternatives and more advanced functions were not possible for us to make.This might have been because of the short amount of time the project was given, but also, and more likely, because the software did not contain that kind of advanced functions. Syftet med arbetet är konstruera en balanseringsutrustning för pump- och fläkthjul åt Billerud Karlsborg. Det finns en balanseringsutrustning på företaget idag, men den klarar inte av alla dimensioner på pump/fläkthjulen varför en bättre lösning vore önskvärd. Målet med det här projektet är att kunna presentera en lösning på en balanserings utrustning i form av ritningar på själva stålkonstruktionen samt ett förslag på hur drivning av utrustningen skall ske. Därmed skall projektet tillhandahålla Billerud med tillräcklig information för att en ny balanseringsutrustning skall kunna tillverkas. Utrustningen bör klara av att balansera rotorer med en vikt på upp till 250kg och en största diameter på 1500mm.

This survey, Let them kill each other, has its aim and purpose to analyze how two of Swedens biggest tabloids, Aftonbladet and Expressen, reported about the Dayton agreement (also known as Dayton Accords, Paris Protocol and Dayton-Paris Agreement). To do so we analyzed both editorials and regular articles from 1995-10-09 to 1995-12-16. We discovered that the main opinion, both regarding editorials and articles, had a negative posture about the possibility for the partners to come to an agreement, and also later on, for the agreement to persist.
