Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka det förväntade resultatet (outcome expectations) vad gäller fysiska, själv-värderande och sociala förväntningar av regelbunden träning hos äldre fysiskt aktiva respektive fysiskt inaktiva och även jämföra de båda grupperna och se om skillnad förelåg. Metod: 32 stycken deltagare inkluderades i studien genom bekvämlighetsurval för att representera populationen äldre (>65 år) friska individer. Deltagarna fick fylla i en enkät gällande motionsvanor senaste 12 månaderna och delades sedan in i grupperna regelbundet fysiskt aktiva respektive inaktiva beroende på vad de svarat i enkäten. Deltagarnas förväntningar på resultatet av regelbunden fysisk aktivitet mättes sedan med en enkät kallad Multidimensional Outcome Expectations for Exercise Scale (MOEES) som undersöker fysiska, själv-värderande och sociala förväntningar.Resultat: De regelbundet fysiskt aktiva hade högre resultatförväntningar på regelbunden fysisk aktivitet gällande fysiska förväntningar. Ingen signifikant skillnad mellan grupperna kunde ses gällande själv-värderande och sociala förväntningar.Konklusion: Äldre som regelbundet är fysiskt aktiva har högre fysiska förväntningar på fysisk aktivitet än äldre inaktiva.

Jag har gjort en undersökning om hur intresset för skolkörer ser ut på högstadieskolorna i Malmö. Jag valde att göra både en kvantitativ och en kvalitativ undersökning. Den kvantitativa undersökningen bestod utav enkäter och den kvalitativa undersökningen bestod utav intervjuer av två personer. Tyvärr är det mer än hälften av alla högstadieskolor i Malmö som inte har en skolkör även om intresset verkar finnas hos elever, musiklärare samt hos skolledningen. Skolan drabbas ständigt av olika nedskärningar och skolkörer har blivit ett ekonomiskt problem som skolorna oftast väljer att dra in på.Title: Choir activity in the school ? self-evident or not? - An inquiry at the secondary schools in Malmö.

The purpose of this study was to describe how patients with hemodialysis experience their dialysis treatment. The study was conducted as a qualitative descriptive design. The study is based on six interviews. The interviews were transcribed in their entirety and analyzed according to content analysis inspired by Granheim and Lundman. The result is based on five categories; Stress and requirements, Life-supporting haemodialysis treatment, physical impairments, social constraints and a positive view on haemodialysis.

This study investigates the corporate sustainability activity, linked to the company's core business, which is a relatively unexplored field in a Swedish context. The study examines how the organization has used management control for its sustainability activity within two social initiatives; and whether these initiatives have generated value for the organization and involved stakeholders. Management control of social initiatives are examined within the theoretical framework of The Sustainable Balanced Scorecard and the organization's value creation contributions are outlined in accordance with a definition of the concept of Creating Shared Value. The method used for the implementation of the study is a qualitative study, embodied in an illustrative case study of a large Swedish company operating within financial sector. The empirical data was collected through 12 in-depth interviews with representative interviewees within the organization and with other stakeholders involved in the company's social initiatives.

Inledning: Det finns många fördelar med fysisk aktivitet. Det är bland annat bra för hjärta och hjärna samt för koncentrations- och inlärningsförmåga. Att främja elevers hälsa är skolsköterskans huvuduppgift. Då det visat sig att skolbarn trots olika insatser blivit alltmer stillasittande och överviktiga måste skolsköterskan finna nya vägar att få barn intresserade och motiverade att röra på sig.Syfte: Att beskriva 7 ? 11 åriga barns erfarenheter av fysisk aktivitet.Metod: Kvalitativ metod har använts i pilotstudien.

ABSTRACTIntroduction: An increasing number of patients in Sweden receive epidural anaesthesia (EDA) in connection to surgery. Caring for patients with acute pain is a responsibility that is strongly established within the profession of the nurse anaesthetist. If the care provided by the nurse anaesthetist for patients who receive epidural anaesthesia is to evolve then further insight and knowledge is required regarding the individual´s experience.Aim: To describe patients' experiences in receiving epidural anaesthesia based on an earlier perioperative start-up of the EDA.Method: Based on a qualitative approach, the aim is to conduct semi-structured interviews with patients who receive EDA in connection to abdominal or gynaecological surgery. Research subjects' statements in the context of the interviews will be transcribed and then analysed using qualitative content analysis. In order to evaluate the chosen method regarding data collection and analysis model an exploratory pilot study was conducted.

The aim of this study was to describe and understand how individuals in adulthood experienced a childhood with neglect, and how they handled neglect. In order to reach the perspective of the individuals who grew up with neglect, we chose to use autobiographical books as our empirical material. The criteria the autobiographies had to meet in order to fall within the scope of this study was that the biographies had to display the experience of neglect during childhood, and thereto the books had to be written by individuals who themselves experienced neglect. Based on the aim of this study we sought answers to three questions: How do the individuals describe their upbringing with a mentally or socially disabled parent? How have the individuals coped with the neglect they?ve been exposed to? What consequences have the neglect supposedly led to? The findings of this study show that the extent to which the individuals experienced neglect were profound and comprising.

Multiprofessional teams is a common way of organizing the work in rehabilitationmedicine clinics. Team members are usually physicians, physiotherapists, occupationaltherapists, counselors and nurses where the counselor is the only one from the psycho-social discipline. Team care interventions are provided from a holistic perspective inwhich the patient's physical, psychological and social rehabilitation is taken intoconsideration. The meetings between the professional team and patient have the mainpurpose to increase patient participation. The aim of the study is to observe and analyzecommunication between the professionals, the patient and their relatives during teammeetings.

För att bibehålla en god hälsa under hela livet är fysisk aktivitet av stor betydelse. Tidigarestudier har visat att den fysiska aktivitetsnivån är låg bland unga kvinnor med annan kulturellbakgrund än svensk, men orsakerna är emellertid relativt okända. Syftet med studien var attbelysa förutsättningar för unga kvinnor med annan kulturell bakgrund än svensk att utövafysisk aktivitet i skolan och på fritiden, samt att söka förklaringar till upplevda möjligheteroch hinder som kan ligga till grund för fortsatt hälsofrämjande arbete riktat till målgruppen.Metoden för datainsamlingen var en intervjustudie med åtta unga kvinnor som alla hade enannan kulturell bakgrund än svensk, där en fokusgruppintervju och fyra individuellaintervjuer genomfördes. Resultatet, genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys, visade till största del dehinder för utövande av fysisk aktivitet som de unga kvinnorna upplevde. De hinder sombelystes var bland annat kulturella faktorer, utanförskap, informationsbrist och ointresse förfysisk aktivitet, vilka främst var kopplade till skolans lektioner i Idrott och Hälsa men även tillfysisk aktivitet på fritiden.

Abstrakt I detta arbete undersöks hur konceptet lek går att applicera på digitala spel och hur man presenterar ett fiktivt universum och de regler som definierar det universumet. Syftet med denna undersökning är att öka kvaliteten på digitala spel för spelare genom att öka förståelsen för hur sådana regler introduceras. Frågeställningen som ämnas att besvaras är ?hur kan man introducera realistiska, semi-realistiska och fiktiva regler i ett spel??. Undersökningen baseras delvis på analyser kring varför vissa introduktioner av regler ofta accepteras och andra inte, dels på utvärdering av en gestaltning och dels på tidigare forskning.

The workplace is perhaps the most developed arena for prevention of diseases and injuries among employees. In addition, according to the Swedish Work Environment Act, the employer is responsible to address physical and psychosocial risk factors. Moreover, many employers use health promotion, primarily related to individuals and their ambition to maintain or improve health, for example through dietary means and exercise. The aim of this study is to investigate health inspirers in municipal activities and their perceived support and motivation in work related to health promotion at the workplace. A qualitative method was chosen where six health inspirers within Ludvika kommun were interviewed.

Bakgrund: Fysisk aktivitet har i studier kopplats till lindring av psykiska symtom som depression, oro, ångest samt en ökning av självupplevd livskvalitet. Vid insjuknande i psykossjukdom är det vanligt att drabbas av just ångest och depression. Dessa symtom i kombination med biverkningar från läkemedel ökar risken för en mindre hälsosam livsstil och fysisk inaktivitet, vilket kan leda till en ond cirkel och allt sämre fysisk och psykisk hälsa.Syfte: Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka om det finns några skillnader mellan fysiskt hög- och lågaktiva personer med psykossjukdom avseende livskvalitet samt förekomst av depression och ångest. Syftet med studien var även att undersöka hur deltagarnas motionsvanor ser ut när det befinner sig på en sluten psykiatrisk vårdavdelning.Metod: Föreliggande studie är en kvantitativ tvärsnittsstudie. En enkät bestående av demografiska frågor, två skalor om fysisk aktivitet, en fråga om motionsform, en ångest- och depressionsskala samt en skala om livskvalitet, delades ut.

Maternal behaviour is crucial for the development of the rat pups? behaviour and stressresponses later in life. There are numerous studies evaluating the effects of the dams?behaviours on the pups, but not many addressing what can be made for wellbeing of the ratdams when breeding. Few studies have addressed the question of how the commonly usedrearing environment effects the dams? behaviour and in the long run how it effect the ratsreared to become our research models.
