Organizational culture is a widely discussed topic. Today job mobility in society is increasing as well as part-time employment. This study aims at investigate how organizational culture is maintained in an organization where employees work as combiners of different work occupations. The study is a case study of the department of Art at Konstfack (The University College of Arts, Crafts and Design). The organization is unique in the respect to that the majority of the employees have part-time employments within Konstfack combined with their parallel own artistic occupations.

Vi var intresserade av att skriva om ämnesövergripande arbete, eftersom vi har praktik på en gymnasieskola som arbetar med denna arbetsform. Syftet med uppsatsen var att studera biologilärares och svensklärares syn på sitt eget ämne och varandras ämne. Vi ville ta reda på om lärarnas ämnessyn påverkade deras tankar runt ämnesövergripande arbete. Enligt tidigare forskning genomförs ämnesövergripande arbete för att öka känslan av helhet samt motivera eleverna. Det finns dock många möjliga hinder, inklusive organisatoriska problem och tidsbrist.

Requirements management is a process within an IT project, where customer has certain requirements that must be met by an IT system. The difference between the traditional and agile development is in the requirements management process and it can cause problems in a project.

Problems, such as self-excitation, that can occur if one fully compensates the wind power plant will also be brought to surface.

The aim of the essay was to see how the respondents reasoned about different themes like, isolation, integration and barriers to integration, given that they had all been diagnosed with a psychosis diagnosis. The essay takes part of secondary data that had been gathered through interviews by researchers at the department of Research and Development Psychiatric South Stockholm during a 3 year period. To work with the interview data a qualitative interview analysis method was used. The interviews were analyzed against theories of social interaction, labeling, stigma and the theory of ?role exit?.

Markörerna används inom sjukvården för att upptäcka och följa upp maligna sjukdomar med analyser av markörerna i serum/plasma. Tre av dessa är cancerantigenerna CA 125, CA 15-3 och CA 19-9. Syftet med studien var att verifiera analysmetoden för tumörmarkörerna CA 125, CA 15-3 och CA 19-9 på två Roche Cobas e411 instrument (instrument 1 och 2) inför införandet av dessa vid avdelningen för klinisk kemi och transfusionsmedicin, Lnadstinget Kalmar län. De av företaget rekommenderade cut-off värdena på Roche Cobas e411 (Roche Diagnostics) är för CA 125 <35 kU/l, för CA 15-3 ?25 kU/l och för CA 19-9 <27 kU/l.

This thesis deals with how natural resource teachers in natural resource schools in Sweden work with entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurship. It is important both for our Government and our agricultural department that entrepreneurship is present in our education. In government´s new reform 2011 for upper secondary schools entrepreneurship is the main theme, but it is not only entrepreneurship as a business company, it is also about entrepreneurship in schools like entrepreneurial capabilities in government´s writ. The purpose of this study is to examine how a number of teachers in natural resource schools are working with entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurship. I have also asked how the teachers would like to work with these areas.The method I have chosen to use in order to perform this study is qualitative interviews with six natural resource teachers and a pilote interview.The teachers I interviewed are working to provide students with self-knowledge and teaches students to see possibilities and solve problems, which is required for us to create entrepreneurial students and entrepreneurship in education. This thesis describes the introduction of Web 2.0 education into Swedish LIS education with emphasis on the driving forces and obstacles in the process. It also discusses the possibilities of estimating the appropriate time for the start of new educational courses introducing new technologies, when it is uncertain if the technologies in question will sustain for a long enough period of time to make the educational effort worthwhile. The data on the Web 2.0 education was collected during the spring of 2010 from the Web pages of the five LIS departments in Sweden, namely Borås, Lund, Umeå, Uppsala and Växjö, as well as by 10 interviews during November and December 2010 with two representatives from each LIS department..The key finding is that Web 2.0 is covered in Swedish LIS education and embracing both practical and theoretical issues. The main driving forces have been both the needs of the profession and an academic research interest. It is concluded that Rogers??S-curves? as described in ?Diffusion of Innovation? can be used as a tool in order to improve the understanding of when to introduce education in new technologies.

IKEA HaparandaTornio employ some two-hundred people in its furniture retail store.Keeping track of staff statistics and employee information has previously been achievedthrough the use of a basic Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet. The store?s human resourcesdepartment requested an upgrade to this system with the hope of speeding up andsimplifying the administrative process, as well as to make it easier to monitor HR-relatedtarget statistics. The following report documents the development process of that upgrade ascarried out by the author. The project draws on research in usability design and cognitivepsychology to develop a user-friendly interface.
