The common asylum and migration policy of the European Union is a struggle between a strong belief in the protection of human rights and the need of strong and secured borders. This paper highlights the dilemma that occurs in the common asylum and migration policy of the European Union. What happens when the union have to choose between liberal standards with high priorities to human rights and a realistic focus on security? The aim is to study the asylum policy presented in the Stockholm Program, and thereafter evaluate what kind of character the union has itself. By an ideal type analysis of the Stockholm program from 2009, the common asylum policy is divided into either liberal or realistic ideas.

Det har visat sig att fysisk aktivitet ökar livskvaliteten och pÄverkar kroppens mekanismer positivt hos ungdomar. Det har konstaterats att flickor som regelbundet Àr fysiskt aktiva har en mer normal instÀllning till sin kroppsform Àn de som inte Àr regelbundet aktiva. Syfte: Studiens syfte var att undersöka om det finns en skillnad i kroppsbilden hos gymnasieelever som trÀnar respektive inte trÀnar, samt att undersöka om det finns en skillnad i kroppsbild beroende pÄ trÀningsgrad i grupperna kvinnliga respektive manliga elever samt hos elever som lÀser yrkesinriktat respektive teoretiskt program. Metod: Försökspersonerna bestod av 120 artonÄriga gymnasieelever som lÀste teoretiskt eller yrkesinriktat program. De instrument som anvÀndes var enkÀterna IPAQ och BESAA.

Avsikten med denna undersökning var att studera hur professionella arbetar med kriminella ungdomar genom att studera tvÄ kriminalvÄrdsenheters program riktade mot denna grupp. UtifrÄn ett diskursanalytiskt förhÄllningssÀtt har vi studerat olika praktiker och diskurser som ingÄr i enheternas programverksamhet. Studien har en kvalitativ karaktÀr och bygger pÄ intervjuer samt befintligt material pÄ det undersökta omrÄdet. Vi utförde tvÄ intervjuer pÄ frivÄrdsenheten och tvÄ intervjuer pÄ ungdomsanstalten i LuleÄ med professionella verksamma inom programmen. De undersökta programmen Àr Brotts-Brytet och ART.

I och med att Apple 2007 introducerade sin iPhone exploderade marknaden för sÄ kallade Nomadic Devices. En telefon som mer Àr tÀnkt att fungera som nÄgon form av handdator. Dessa telefoners utformning och funktioner möjliggör för utvecklare att ta fram mer avancerade program Àn man tidigare sett för mobiltelefoner.

Syftet med föreliggande examensarbete har varit att undersöka vilka orsakerna Ă€r till att elever pĂ„ ett gymnasium i Halmstads kommun vĂ€ljer att göra ett program omval till Fordonsprogrammet. Uppsatsen bygger pĂ„ Ă„tta kvalitativa intervjuer med elever samt en intervju med en studie- och yrkesvĂ€gledare.Ett antal orsaker till omval har framkommit i undersökningens resultat. Eleverna saknade intresse för det program de kom in pĂ„ eller var osĂ€kra. Även skoltrötthet och bristfĂ€llig information angavs som skĂ€l.Tydligen Ă€r det ocksĂ„ sĂ„ att eleverna har en för vag bild utav hur gymnasieskolan Ă€r uppbyggd. Flera av eleverna uttrycker att det Ă€r först nĂ€r man börjat pĂ„ gymnasieskolan som man förstĂ„r innebörden av hur mycket teori som finns och hur de praktiska Ă€mnena Ă€r upplagda.

 Syftet med studien Àr att undersöka nÄgra elevers uppfattning av sin studiegÄng pÄ det individuella programmet (IV). Samt belysa i vilken utstrÀckning utbildningen individanpassas. En kvalitativ forskningsmetod anvÀndes. Sju elever intervjuades som gÄr sitt första Är pÄ det individuella programmet. Undersökningen belyser hur eleverna trivs pÄ IV och vad de tycker om sin utbildning.

VÀxjö is a medium-sized town situated in the centre of the county SmÄland in Sweden with a good infrastructure and logistics and with a university that encourages cooperation with private and public companies. It is in this town that our case study of SmÄland Airport will take place. The aim of this study is to examine in which way the program of Library and Information Science at the Linnaeus University in VÀxjö offers knowledge that can be relevant for the staff at the airport in VÀxjö - SmÄland Airport. Using Wilsons model as our theoretical framework we examine how these two align with each other and by using a matrix that we ourselves elaborated in our analysis, we provide a clear picture of how the comparability two places comparability is represented. The result shows that there are compatible aspects to the SmÄland Aiports needs and what the program of Library and Information Science has to offer.

Elektrisk simulering modaliteter (ES) Àr en relativt riskfri och enkel att implementeras vid rehabilitering. Syftet: En kunskapssammanstÀllning som undersöker effekten av klinisk tillÀmpning av elektrisk stimulerings modaliteter pÄ post-stroke spasticitet och motor funktion. Metod: En systematisk kunskap sammansÀttning för att skapa en överblick över kunskapslÀget inom elektrisk stimulerings effekt pÄ post-stroke spasticitet och motorfunktion. Inkluderade studier har identifierats via sökning databaser.

This paper is named ?The status of the programme is low? ? Gymnasium teacher?s thoughts and attitudes towards students in the vocational- and the educational programmes. The purpose is, as the title reveals, to examine the attitude of four teachers in the Swedish gymnasium towards the vocational and the educational programmes and the students that attend either one of them. This purpose is accompanied by research which says that the educational programmes? status is higher than one of the vocational programmes.

Physical activity is required for a good health and science shows a clear connection between exercise and a lower risk for disease. Still, the physical activity among the population is far from good. It is the individuals own responsibility to exercise, but the society also has a responsibility to give opportunities to exercise for the population. The aim with the study was to investigate what motivated the group of physical active people to use the Central hospital in Kristianstad?s health program.

The final thesis named Tracking in Sensor Networks was created by the company Instrument control Sweden. The thesis work is to create a plug-in to an already developed software pro- gram, SkyView. Via the software program one should be able to control an IP-camera from AXIS, model 215 PTZ, with the appropriate protocol over a network.  An Application Programming Interface, API, was used to easily control the camera through SkyView. The interface is called VAPIX and is used to all cameras from AXIS.

Today more effective computer programs are in use, regarding design of geotechnicalconstructions. There is a risk that the theoretical background of the computerprograms, its limitations and the signification of the choice of soil parameter isforgotten when the computer programs become more user-friendly.This Master thesis deals with simulation and analysis regarding three computerprograms, FEM-design, with the addition Raft, Plaxis and BE-slab. Comparisons aremade for settlement and maximum moment in a concrete-plate. FEM-design is a threedimensional FEM-program, foremost created for design engineers. Plaxis is a twodimensional FEM-program, intended for geotechnical engineers while BE-Slab is aBoundary elements program in two dimensions that is mainly used by designengineers.

A substation must be properly protected against lightning and other external effects to the equipment in the station or staff, for that we use relay protection. They should also protect against internal errors which may occur as ground faults. There are different types of protection relays, but most common are overcurrent-, distance-, residual current- and differential protection.The purpose of this thesis was to deepen our knowledge of relay protection and to use the theoretical knowledge we got from the university studies in the work process. In the process we discovered which parameters were the most essential and calculated these for all relay protections on the substation. We also carry out a comparison between two brands of relay protection, ABB and Alstom.During our work we will test and simulate the over-current relays in a program called NEPLAN, the program will also calculate the fault currents.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and describe the views on how the mediation program Programa Árbol Sicómoro affected inmates?, convicted of murder, own lives. Research questions:? To what extent, and how, has the mediation affected the convicts? views upon themselves and the crime they have been convicted for.? To what extent, and how, has the mediation brought any change to the convicts? imprisonment and if it has changed their look upon the future.The study has been executed using qualitative method. Materials from seven profound interviews have been analysed and condensed using terms from restorative justice and self-image theories.
