Purpose: To assess awareness and attitudes regarding HPV, HPV-vaccines, use of condom and participation in pap-smear screening among high-school students in Uppsala County. The intention was also to investigate if there were any differences between students at theoretical programmes and vocational programmes.Methods: 608 students from seven high-schools in Uppsala County answered a questionnaire covering demographics, awareness and attitudes regarding HPV, HPV-vaccine, use of condoms and pap-smear tests.Results: A majority of the students had never heard of HPV (86 %, n=521), HPV-vaccine (94 %, n=537) or the link between HPV and cervical cancer (88 %, n=563). Most respondents had a positive attitude towards HPV-vaccine (84 %, n=508), but the biggest obstacle was the high cost (37 %, n=227). The students believed that it was less likely that they would use a condom with a new partner if vaccinated (mean=78, SD=26, p<0.001), or if they or their partner used contraceptive pills (mean=62, SD=32, p<0.001) compared to how likely it was that they would use a condom in general with a new partner. The girls rated the probability that they would participate in a pap-smear screening as relatively low if vaccinated (mean=59 SD=27).

Bakgrund: Det finns läkemedel som ger ökad risk för vitamin D-brist. En kartläggningsstudie av hur patientgrupper med olika riskläkemedel hanteras i Landstinget i Kalmar län har inte gjorts tidigare. En sådan studie är önskvärd, för att få en nulägesanalys och öka medvetenheten bland hälso-och sjukvårdspersonal om hur läkemedel påverkar D-vitaminstatus.Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka omfattningen av ordinerade riskläkemedel hos samtliga patienter, samt hos patientgruppen ?75år och hur dessa handläggs avseende ordination av supplementering (samtidig behandling med läkemedel innehållande vitamin D3 / kalcium och vitamin D3,), provtagning och analysresultat avseende kalcidiol i serum.Metod: Riskläkemedel för vitamin D-brist identifierades. Inklusionskriterier för studien var patienter med de fördefinierade riskläkemedlen med ordinationer under 2012 och/eller 2013.

Bakgrund:Hälsotrenden i samhället har idag nått organisationer som arbetar medhälsofrämjande aktiviteter för att förbättra medarbetarnas hälsotillstånd.Friskvårdsbidraget har länge funnits och varit en frivillig förmån för organisationer atterbjuda sina medarbetare för att stödja dem i sitt hälsoarbete. Då organisationer inser attbidraget inte utnyttjas och anser att medarbetarna ska arbeta hälsofrämjande harorganisationer börjat införa obligatorisk friskvård. Genom att organisationer inför dettakan friskvårdsarbetet kritiseras då ledningen på organisationer använder sig avelementet tvång och möjligtvis utnyttjar sin maktposition samt kränker personalenspersonliga integritet.Syfte:Syftet med uppsatsen var att studera hur medarbetare och HR- chefen på KalmarVatten upplevde obligatorisk friskvård. Vi ville även få förståelse för om denobligatoriska friskvården blivit en del av organisationskulturen samt hur medarbetarnaupplevde införandet i förhållande till den privata integriteten och rådande hälsotrend isamhället.Metod:Studien har gjorts på organisationen Kalmar Vatten som infört obligatoriskfriskvård för samtliga i organisationen. Studien har en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi meden induktiv ansats där datainsamling från respondenter på Kalmar Vatten är grunden förvår analys och slutsats.Slutsats:Organisationen har skapat en företagskultur som är inriktad mothälsofrämjande arbete genom att utnyttja sin maktposition.

Att behärska två språk och två länders syn på pedagogik är en bra förutsättning om man vill undersöka och jämföra dessa två länders syn på barn med funktionsnedsättning. Syftet med föreliggande uppsats är därmed att belysa hur skolans styrdokument i Sverige och i Ungern formulerar och beskriver barn med funktionsnedsättning. En del av syftet är också att finna likheter och skillnader mellan det svenska och det ungerska styrdokumentet.Som material till ändamålet används den nya svenska Skollagen (2010) och den ungerska Utbildningslagen (1993). Analysen genomfördes med analysverktyget diskursanalys där jag har analyserat språket som beskriver barn med funktionsnedsättning.Resultaten visar att båda skollagarna har en tydlig koppling till de gällande internationella dokumenten där allas lika värde poängteras. Den svenska Skollagen har dessutom en relationell och deltagande syn på funktionsnedsättning medan den ungerska Utbildningslagen, som är 17 år äldre än den svenska lagen, betonar en kompensatorisk och individinriktad syn..

The aim with this study was to find out how young people at age 16-19 years in Kalmar, Sweden use and interact through Facebook. The questions in our questionnaire were based on three themes, these are; friendship relations on Facebook, what influence Facebook has on young people and how they choose to present themselves on Facebook. The theory that was applied on this study is of social-psychological kind. We chose the theory because we figured it would be suitable to further explain and dispute the aim of the study. The result shows that many different variables can matter in a study like this. We chose to look at a few, such as for example sex and age and we found out that there is a great difference between the way girls and boys use Facebook and how they choose to present themselves in this social media. As a soccer coach for youths with disabilities and as active soccer players, our thoughts regarding the basic principles of sports where awakened and how it corresponds with the possibilities of disabled youths participating in club organized sports. From that thought came the idea that, with our team as the point of original we should contribute with increased knowledge regarding the experiences of disabled youths doing sports. Using ethnography and co-operative observations we have researched both including and excluding factors that contribute to the possibilities of disabled youths opportunity to do sports. We have been able to distinguish that the youths in question feel that sports can be identity-building as well as give a sense of community. The study shows that the basic principles of sports does not correspond with reality because the lack of availability is the determinant factor. .

SammanfattningBakgrundDet är i Sverige svårt att tillgodose behovet av cirka 450 tjänstehundar och gällande hälsa är uppfattningen bland användarna att hundarnas fysiska hållbarhet blivit sämre. Med hänsyn till att det lider brist på tjänstehundar och att de tas ur tjänst tidigare än önskat vore det av stort värde att kunna förlänga en polishunds tjänstgöringstid. Ett sätt att förverkliga detta kan vara att använda undersökningstekniker vilka tidigt kan fånga upp lindriga förändringar i rörelsesymmetri, förändringar som kan vara ett första tecken på smärta. En tryckmätningsmatta kan registrera små förändringar i hur hunden belastar sina ben, förändringar som är svåra att se med blotta ögat. Ungdomars attityder till småländska dialekter står i centrum i den här uppsatsen. Studiens syfte är att undersöka småländska gymnasieelevers attityder till dialekter i landskapet. Enkätundersökning har använts som undersökningsmetod, och enkätsvar från sammanlagt 115 gymnasieelever i Älmhult, Jönköping, Växjö, Västervik och Kalmar har samlats in. Ungdomarna har svarat på frågor angående den egna dialekten och inställningen till denna. De har även värderat andra dialekter i landskapet utifrån vilka de tycker är fina respektive mindre fina.

The aim of this study is to investigate how new knowledge, discovered and translated by the archaeologist, is transferred to the public by examining the question posed to the archaeologist by ?la?nsstyrelsen,? the county administration office.Since there can be no mediation of knowledge without an understanding of its perception, I pay a visit to the cognitive sciences in order to answer what knowledge is and how it functions in regards to contract archaeological results.I argue that the current structure of mediation, in regards to archaeological knowledge, is in need of the same quality control that is demanded by the contractors in regards to standard archaeological procedures. When presenting archaeology to the public, consideration needs to be paid to the different targets groups of society. The importance of national directions rather than regional translations for mediation of archaeology is stressed by the author. This needs to be carried out through a change of the questions posed to the contracted archaeologists by the county administration in their ?fo?rfra?gningsunderlag,? the order specification for archaeological investigations. .

Background: The Swedish Police authorities have accomplished several changes the last years. We have studied one of these changes, the co-ordination of two supporting functions, economy and staffadministration at the Police authorities in Östergötland, Jönköping, Södermanland and SKL (Swedish crime technical laboratory). The initiative to this change was taken in 2002 and in 2003 a decision was made to create a joint servicecenter.Purpose: The purpose of this rapport is, in a collaborator perspective, to study the employees´ experiences of the change process.Method: The empirical material was collected throw interviews with the employees who have taken part in the change process. Even the leader of the project has been interviewed.Results: We have distinguished five central aspects in the change process. These are information/communication and understanding, the project leader, teamwork, timeaspect/reflexion and the leadership.

The purpose of this research is to examine the customers? attitudes in the issue of climate compensation and trying to define the reasons behind their choices.The results of the quantitative questionnaire were analyzed by using descriptive and analytical statistical methods and have shown some correlation between customers? ages and decisions to accept or not the offer of KlimatEl.
