Den interorganisatoriska styrningens utveckling i ett joint venture
Som en reaktion på ökad globalisering och teknisk utveckling har antalet samarbeten överorganisationsgränser ökat. När två eller flera samarbetsparter går samman och skapar ett gemensamtbolag benämns samarbetet som ett joint venture, vilket är en vanlig form av interorganisatorisksamverkan. För att kunna dra nytta av de fördelar som ett interorganisatoriskt samarbete erbjuderkrävs en ändamålsenlig ekonomistyrning. Antalet studier rörande styrningen i interorganisatoriskasamarbeten har ökat, men få behandlar den speciella problematik som föreligger i joint ventures, därrelationen mellan ägarna såväl som relationen mellan ägarna och det samägda bolaget skall beaktas.Studien syftar till att utveckla kunskap om vilken typ av styrning som tillämpas i relationerna, hurstyrningen utvecklas över tid och vad som påverkar styrningens utformning. En fallstudie av ett jointventure-bolag genomfördes och resultatet visar att styrningen i den horisontella relationen mellanägarna till övervägande del var förtroendebaserad som en följd av restriktivitet i val avsamarbetspartners.
Underlag för solcellsproducerad el i Stockholm : Potential och klimatpåverkan
The City of Stockholm has decided to invest in renewable energy and especially in photovoltaics. The objective of this thesis is to investigate the photovoltaic potential on roof areas that the city possesses and to further investigate some buildings of the Property Management Department. The thesis also compares some existing photovoltaic plants with the solar irradiance map which shows available roof area on each building in Stockholm. The report ends with a literature study about the climate impact and greenhouse gas emissions of photovoltaic.The total available roof area suitable for photovoltaic plants is estimated to 700 000 m2, with a potential electricity production of 110 GWh per year. This corresponds to 17 % of the City of Stockholm?s yearly electricity consumption.

Purpose:The background to this study is an upcoming sale of a property. Owner of the property is currently city of Gävle and tenant is Jan Ekroth who runs the hostel Gamla Gefle in the buildings belonging to the property. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether Gamla Gefle AB has the financial ability to acquire the property and if it can be defended in a commercial plane.Method:In this study a qualitative method has been used, in which empirical data has been gathered from interviews and financial data taken from annual reports. These empirical data have been put against our theoretical framework and led to our analysis. In the analysis, cash flows and discounted future values have been calculated to determine the outcome of the investment.Results & conclusion:The study reaches the conclusion that the hostel Gamla Gefle should complete its acquisition of the property, in spite of an decrease of the annual cash flow.

This means that the buyer have to take physical possession of the property in order to be protected against the sellers?s creditors if the seller becomes bankruptcy or is hit by an execution. If instead the doctrine of consensus applied the buyer is protected as soon as a valid contract is formed.

It is not fully clear which rules should apply to transfers of joint stock companies. Some legal experts claim that the Sales Act (Köplagen) is applicable, while others claim that the rules for promissory notes (Skuldebrevslagen) should apply. This distinction is of great significance regarding the extent of the vendor's liability. According to Skuldebrevslagen the vendor's liability is rather limited, while Köplagen enjoins the vendor a more extensive liability.A transfer of a joint stock company brings about great economical risks, both for the vendor and for the purchaser.

This report is produced with Nätraälven forest owner association. This forest owner association has been going through some changes the last years and therefore wanted to investigate what the members thought about the development. The main purpose of the study was to gain knowledge about the attitude of the members. The study was made with a questionnaire that was purposed to investigate the member?s opinion on their own cultivation and the view on Nätraälven as an organization.
The questionnaire was sent to 110 members.

Facebook´s importance has grown significantly regarding crisis communication. A deficiency concerning what types of companies has been investigated earlier and how their crisis communication should be carried out on Facebook, has been identified. The aim of this study is to examine the crisis communication of a smaller company on Facebook and explore how this communication has been received by the company?s recipients. We apply an explorative approach on to a case study in order to answer the aim.
Enkätundersökning hos markägare inom SCA Skog Ångermanlands Skogsförvaltning
This report is a joint venture with SCA Forest, Ångermanlands forest man-agement area. The purpose of the study is that SCA Forest wants to know what the landowners in Ångermanlands forest management area think about SCA Forest and who they deliver their timber to.
SCA Forest is the largest private landowner in Europe, with an area of about 2.6 million hectares. Today, SCA offers lumber, wood products, tis-sue and packaging and has factories all over the world. SCA Forest has five forest management areas in the north of Sweden, with the headquarters in Sundsvall.
A questionnaire was sent to 265 landowners, where they had to answer 15 questions with possibilities to give comments. The survey was sent out on 21 of February with a response requested by 3 of March
125 landowners responded to the survey, giving a response rate of 47%.

Title: ?You could talk about it? ? a study of the experiences of victims of crime who have been receiving help from The Swedish Association for Victim Support.We got in touch with ten victims of crime through a local chapter of The Swedish Association for Victim Support and examined their emotional experiences of the help that was given to them from this organization.Background: Crime has always been a part of society and anyone can be subjected to some form of crime. Whenever a crime is perpetrated, there is always a victim. The purpose of this essay is to investigate how victims of crime emotionally experience the help they receive from the national association in Sweden who help and support victims of crime. Methods: We employed a qualitative method in the process of investigating the topic of this essay, and by employing interviews we got a deeper understanding of how victims of crime experience the help they receive.

The aim with the present study was to investigate whether there is a difference between the course participants who find their way to the dog-school respective the Swedish Working Dog Association. The study have focused on four issues; why the course participants have chosen the dog-school respectively the Swedish Working Dog Association, why the participants bought their dog, if the participants are satisfied with their dogs and if it is more likely that they turn to the dog-school?s than to the Swedish Working Dog Association with their first dog?
Course participants from two dog-schools and from two of the local clubs belonging to the Swedish Working Dog Association in Skaraborg, Sweden, answered a questionnaire. In total 85 answers were collected, including 60 from the course participants from Swedish Working Dog Associations and 25 from the dog school?s course.

The purpose with this thesis is to investigate who could be held liable for contaminated land and also whether an exclusion clause can affect the separation of responsibilities. Two different liabilities can occur depending on which law that should be applicable, MB or JB.MB's rules apply to anyone who may be subject to decontamination responsibilities, which is regulated in Chapter 10. The work presented here aims to give the owners ofChâteau du Grand Val, Roland and Marie Nilssond?Aubigné an integrated creative forest management planin which their goals with the property is heeded, andwhere the plan is so clear that they can follow it withoutmuch difficulty.This work has come about through the normal processesof forest management plans, landscape architecturalproposals as well as through field trips, field andliterature studies, and our combined experience fromour studies. The study visits, both on location in Brittany,France, but also in other places, as for instance Högestad,has provided the background information that formedthe basis of our analysis and the proposal that is derived thereof. Some suggestions, which we consider importantto the overall impression of the property, is provided amore focused and detailed solution, while other parts,which are important but can either benefit from havingdynamics in the design process or will be adapted toadjacent sites, are developed using a more generalapproach. In some cases several possible developmentprinciples are presented.The proposal presents a detailed plan for themanagement of the forest from the experience, wildlifeand forestry economic standpoint.
Skydd av Intellectual Property i Kina - Ett företagsekonomiskt perspektiv
Syfte: Syftet med studien är att öka kunskapen om de strategiska möjligheter företag har att välja mellan när det gäller IP-skydd på emerging markets. Vidare syftar studien till att presentera en karta av handlingsmöjligheter när det gäller IP-skydd. Studiens bidrag ska särskilt vara till nytta för företag som planerar en affärsetablering på den kinesiska marknaden genom att belysa vad som är viktigt att tänka på och vilka metoder som finns att tillgå för att skydda IP. Förutom detta praktiska bidrag syftar studien även till att ge ett teoretiskt bidrag i form av viss teoretisk belysning av sambandet mellan IP-strategi och konkurrensstrategier i företag. Metod: Studien är av explorativ karaktär varför författarna valt att anta ett hermeneutiskt forskningsideal.
