Snart kan alla göra privata rymdresor. Då detta är en helt ny äventyrsindustri uppstår också helt nya krav på de kläder som kan användas vid träning och genomförande. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur material och dess funktion samt estetiska aspekter kan förenas i ett textilt uttryck avsett för dessa extrema förhållanden. Genom intervjuer med äventyraren och kommande resenären Renata Chlumska, Spaceport Swedens VD Karin Nilsdotter och hållbarhetsansvarig Johan Ward från H&M definierades en kravspecifikation som fick ligga till grund för uppsatsen. Kraven för de kläder som ska bäras under själva rymdresan är ej ännu definierade, varför det i slutsatsen endast redovisas kläder som kan komma att användas vid träningen inför resan.

Bakgrund: Var tionde kvinna i Sverige beräknas insjukna i bröstcancer under sin livstid. Sjukdomen innebär att kvinnorna går igenom känslor som karaktäeriseras av kris. Det är därför viktigt att vårdpersonalen har kunskap i hur man stödjer dessa kvinnor i krisarbetet. Studien knöt an till Joyce Travelbees omvårdnadsteori och kristeorin enligt Johan Cullberg. Syfte: Att belysa inom vilka områden bröstcancerdrabbade kvinnor har behov av stöd, i mötet med vårdpersonalen, för att krisarbetet ska underlättas. Metod: Studien var en litteraturstudie, med kvalitativ ansats, baserad på 10 vetenskapliga artiklar. Litteratursökningen följde Polits och HUngles flödesschema, där analysdelen byggde på Malteruds analysmetod. Resultat: Resultatet visade att kvinnor har behov av olika typer av stöd i den kris bröstcancersjukdomen framkallar.

Syftet med föreliggande studie är att utifrån ett individperspektiv erhålla djupare förståelse och ökad insikt i samtalsrelationen mellan skolkurator och sökande elev, samt vilka förutsättningar som enligt skolkuratorerna måste föreligga för ett givande möte. Studien utgick från en kvalitativ ansats med en semistrukturerad intervjuguide. Urvalet utgjordes av tio stycken kuratorer, varav alla var kvinnor. Resultatet visar att samtalsrelationen är beroende av förtroende samt tillit, och att kuratorerna använder sig själva som verktyg för att bygga upp samtalsrelationen. Även egna uppkommande känslor används för att förstå eleven bättre medan kunskap om samtalsmetodik beskrivs som otillräcklig, istället värderas förvärvad erfarenhet som en viktig aspekt.

Bakgrund:Idag finns det fler VD:ar i Sverige som heter Johan, än vad det finns VD:ar som är kvinnor. Ett hinder för kvinnor att bli chefer kan vara den traditionella kvinnliga könsrol-len, då den ibland anses ha andra kvalitéer än det som eftersträvas av chefer. Vad händer då ledarskapsstilar delas in i kvinnlig och manlig? Förstärker uppdelningen könsrollerna?Syfte:Syftet med denna uppsats är att bidra till förståelsen av det vi idag kallar för kvinnlig respektive manlig ledarskapsstil och se vad denna uppdelning leder till för konsekvenser för ledare och ledarskapet.Metod:För att svara på syftet med denna studie har vi genomfört en tvärsnittsstudie där vi har studierat attityder hos respondenter från tre skilda företag. I denna studie har vi använt oss av ett deduktivt arbetssätt och ett kvalitativt tillvägagångssätt genom genomförandet av nio kvalitativa djupintervjuer.Slutsats:Vi har i denna studie sett hur kvinnligt och manligt ledarskap beskrivs teoretiskt och utifrån studiens respondenter och denna bild har visat sig vara en stereotypisk bild som starkt är kopplad till könsstereotyper.

The focus of our study was to examine personal assistants and group home assistants experiences of stress at work, how they cope with stress and how it affects the relationship with the care recipient. The study is made out of a qualitative frame and based on interviews with two personal assistants and four group home assistants. Our theoretical perspectives consist of Aaron Antonovsky?s SOC theory, Richard Lazarus theory about coping and also sociologist Johan Asplund?s theory about social interaction. The result indicates that the experiences of stress are individual and varied among the participants while the presence of stress at work is a shared apprehension.

This essay will deal with how media?s picture perception of Ludmila Engqvist has changed by analysing articles from the Swedish newspapers Aftonbladet and Expressen from 1996 to 2001. Why and how the media?s picture has changed will be analysed through the perspectives of Ludmila Engqvist being an elite athlete, immigrant and woman.

This is a study of American Methodist Mission in Sweden and how this mission eventually formed the Methodist Church in Sweden 1876. The mission began as a consequence of returning Swedish emigrants and sailors who had encountered Methodism in America, mainly through the works of Swedish-American missionary Olof Gustaf Hedström on the Bethel ship in New York. During the 1850?s Methodist missionaries were sent to Scandinavia by the American Missions Society. The first to come to Sweden was Johan Peter Larsson, who spent two years in Sweden in 1854 before he was transferred to Norway.

This choice was made in order to reach a sufficient large amount of service users and empirical data to answer our problem.ConclusionsAccording to the theory, customer satisfaction can be expressed through a comparison between customer?s expectations and the experience of using a service, and there are also positive correlations between service quality and customer satisfaction. It is essential to reuse- and recycles residues to decrease the amount of deposit materials and reach sustainable energy use. Two ways to work towards this is to recycle wood ashes to the forest as nutrient compensation and extract biogas from combustion of biomass.The aim with this study was to decide whether wood ashes that been used for biogas upgrading with accelerated carbonation also can be used as a nutrient compensation in the woods according to recommendations from the Swedish Forest Agency (Skogsstyrelsen).The ashes that were used in this study came from Johan Andersson who works at JTI in Uppsala, who also treated the ashes with biogas. The ashes have, in both untreated and treated condition, been analyzed in this study according to contents of elements, leaching properties, hardening properties and contents of crystalline phases, to evaluate what impact carbonation with biogas has on the ashes.The accelerated carbonation led to hardening of the ash, and decreased amount of CaO- and increased amount of CaCO3. The CO2-uptake also entails a dilution of the elements, and the content of nutrients and trace elements decreases. However the results show an indication of an uptake of S from the biogas to the ash, since the dilution had a smaller impact on S than the rest of the elements.

rspective [123][pdf.gif] The aim of this thesis is to study the Swedish Public Lending Right PLR from the authors perspective. I investigate what the Swedish authors of today think about the system for distributing the money in the Authors trust Författarfonden, and in what ways they want to change it. I also try to distinguish the authors thoughts about how the scolarships from the Authors trust are distributed. What kind of authors do they think are favoured when the money is distributed and what kind of authors are treated unfairly. Finally I investigate how the money is shared out in reality by using some of the literature sociologist Johan Svedjedals theories of the distribution, and compare these facts with the authors thoughts about how the money is distributed.

I arbetet lyfts fram hur taxivåldet har ökat vidare belyses vilken utsatt arbetsgrupp taxiförare är. Gjorda förbättringar med utrustning i bilen och lagändringar som genomförts behandlas. Avslutningsvis diskuteras hur man ytterligare kan förbättra säkerheten och arbeta mer brottsförebyggande. Teorier som kan belysa faktorer som gör taxiförare till ett attraktiva rånoffer redovisas. Vidare behandlas de typer av gärningsmän som kan vara aktuell för taxivåld.
