The purpose of this study is to highlight how veterinarians and animal welfare inspectors on the counties of Blekinge, Kronoberg and Kalmar experience the interaction of regulatory and prohibition cases. The EU's Water Framework Directive aims to a long-term and sustainable use of our water resources and wants to ensure good water quality in Europe's water bodies. Discharge of polluted stormwater into receiving waters can be a threat to their ecological and chemical status. Municipalities are responsible for supervision of the environmental quality standards (EQS) and therefore need to gain knowledge of current stormwater management, the expected level of pollution emissions and possible appropriate purification steps to ensure that the goal of good water quality is achieved.This master thesis aims to provide this knowledge in the example case of Vallentunas urban area and wants to prepare future oversight so that it can be assessed how much the discharge of polluted stormwater into the local receiving water is a threat to its status. With the help of maps, aerial photographs, site observations and individual discussions those areas are mapped where appearance of moderate to highly polluted stormwater could be suspected. The degree of pollution at the discharge points is determined based on land use upstream and uses standard values according to the administrators assistance "Tillsyn av dagvatten" (MSL 2014).The study identifies 100 areas in need of supervision regarding their stormwater management.

This report looks at the possibility of designing a universal adapter for Flat Blade windshield wipers in cooperation with European Automotive Supplier AB.To understand and see if this is possible, a research and an extensive patent search where done. Then to add structure to the project a Ganttschematic were developed. To generate good and solid ideas, different methods for product development were looked upon.When a method was chosen and applied, a series of concepts emerged. Syftet med studien är att studera outplacementprocessen hos en verksamhet iGöteborg. Avsikten är att se hur outplacementprocessen går till och hur denna påverkar deltagarnas chanser till ny sysselsättning.Den teoretiska referensramen vi har använt oss av berör olika aspekter kring begreppet anställningsbarhet och har delats in efter uppsatsens olika teman; coaching, nätverk, personlig marknadsföring och externa och praktiska faktorer. Då vår studie rör individer i en outplacementprocess har vi valt att använda oss av anställningsbarhetsteorier på individnivå.Vi har valt att genomföra en kvalitativ studie med en abduktiv ansats och det empiriska resultatet baseras på semistrukturerade intervjuer med det aktuella företagets fyra outplacementkonsulter, tre av deras deltagare och enbeställare.Studiens resultat visar att outplacementprocessen innehåller flera olikaverktyg för att stötta och hjälpa deltagarna i riktning mot ny sysselsättning. De övergripande områden vi har identifierat som viktiga för processen är coaching, nätverkande, personlig marknadsföring och anpassning efterexterna och praktiska faktorer. Det underlag som har framkommit i vårt empiriska material i kombination med vår teoretiska referensram visar tydligt på att outplacementprocessen har positiva effekter för deltagarnas möjligheter till ny sysselsättning..

This thesis examines the implications of a shorter  intensive action research  project on  the formative assessments  key  strategies  four  and  five  that  are  activating  learners  as  learning  resources  for  one another and activating learners as owners of their own learning.  The research questions were ?How do the pupils experience the formative approach?? ?What didactic consequences does the formative approach  mean  for  the  role  of  the  teacher??  and  ?How  does  the  formative  approach  affects  the pupils?  results  on a  short term??. The results were that the  majority of the pupils liked the approach and that they felt like their efficiency increased. The didactic consequences were that the teacher had to spend more time on evaluation but had more time during the lesson to listen to and discuss with the pupils. The pupils? results were not changed in comparison with the control group..

This paper addresses the need to review the modern presentation of textile archaeology in museums. It is time to look at textiles in archaeology with new eyes. The reality behind archaeological textilestudy is holistic, embracing many different aspects of society. The presentation of textiles has in my opinion become old-fashioned. I will show in my paper that Jonathan Adams? `seven constraints´ model, developed for research on ancient ships, can also be applied to textile research.

The report describes the thesis I, Philip Bergstrom, have done at the University of Gotland. The work comprises 15 credits and is at bachelor level and has been done in collaboration with Lyktan Bankeryd Belysning.The project consists of developing the design of a kitchen lamp for the Swedish home following the catchwords stripped French bistro that will fit into the Lyktan Bankeryd lighting spring collection 2013, and it should not look too alike any existing lamp on the market today.The work includes analysis of the company's current products and the image the company wants to project, analysis of three other companies' products to draw inspiration from, and a simple ergonomic study of the lights in the kitchen.The final result achieves the demands made and fits well in the intended environment, there is also the possibility for further development of both a floor lamp and a wall lamp..

Denna uppsats undersöker hur deltagare i arbetsmarknadspolitiska program upplever deltagandet och effekten av programmen. Studien riktar sig specifikt mot fas 3 inom jobb- och utvecklingsgarantin, dit individer som varit arbetslösa under flera års tid skrivs in. Problemområdet omfattas av hur arbetslivets förändring leder till komplikationer för individer som är arbetslösa. Sju medverkande intervjupersoner deltog i studien, där semi-strukturerade intervjuer användes. Resultaten visar att deltagarna i programmet upplever att de dagliga aktiviteterna är meningsfulla, men att det politiska och byråkratiska ramverket leder till försämrat välmående och hopplöshet.

AbstractOutsourcing is a business strategy that has developed over the last 40 years. Outsourcing means to let another company do some activity within the company, for example production.The thesis for this paper is: How is outsourcing used in a manufacturing company today and how is the resource efficiency affected by it? The research is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part consists of a study of literature. The works in this study is books, text books, bachelor thesis paper and scientific articles.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether a so-called "expectation gap" exist between the accounting consultants and their clients. The excistence of an expectation gap has already been confirmed between auditors and their clients. Interviews were conducted with both accounting consultants and managers to find out what expectations they have for each other. The factors that influence the occurrence of an expectation gap and the size of them are many but the most important factor may be regarded as individuals' different needs and requirements. The gap can be reduced or entirely eliminated by ensuring the quality of an accounting consultant's work, for example, REKO and / or that management have more realistic demands that actually can be met.

Denna studie syftade till att beskriva och skapa förståelse för praktikhandledares erfarenheter av att ta emot praktikanter. Semi-strukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med sju tidigare praktikhandledare för Personalvetarprogrammet. Resultatet visar att informanterna var positiva till att ta emot personalvetarstudenter som praktikanter, men samtidigt att det inte är helt lätt alla gånger. Positivt sågs bland annat: att praktikanter bidrar med nya perspektiv, att som handledare få möjligheten att visa upp ett jobb och bidra med ett lärande samt att praktik sågs som en möjlighet att knyta kontakter. Informanterna menade samtidigt att mottagandet av praktikanter kräver en del tid och energi samt att det kan finnas svårigheter kopplade till den egna arbetsplatsen.

Sverige är ett mångkulturellt land och hur vi bemöter olika kulturer i skolans värld är av stor betydelse för hela samhället. Syftet med denna kvalitativa undersökning var att undersöka hur sex sfi-lärare arbetar för att främja inlärningsklimatet i det mångkulturella klassrummet. Syftet var också att undersöka hur dessa lärare ser på ämnet svenska som andraspråk som allmänt tenderar att värderas som ett lågstatusämne. För att få svar på dessa frågor utfördes semistrukturerade intervjuer med sex verksamma lärare på sfi. Deras tankar kring ämnet och kring sin undervisning har sedan ställts i relation till befintlig forskning inom interkulturell pedagogik.
