This project have been made whit Krima Rostfritt AB. They manufacture a number if different add on products for trucks and now wants to develop there locket were the hatch opens upwards after requests from customers. The costumers have requested a pneumatic opening to make the opening procedure easier.Krima has there biggest markets in Sweden and Norway, because of that the locket has to meet whit the regulations of these countries. The locket also has to meet the demands that Krima has determined from experience to maintain there high standard.The project has resulted in a solution where the locket and cylinder are linked whit a strut. This solution was the one best suited for the task and the one that Krima preferred..

It´s important when you are about to build a new stable or just increasing your production that you choose the right housing system and that it fits your own farm. In this study I have put together facts about different housing system for fattening bulls in order to get a clearer picture of witch system is the most suitable for my own farm depending on the conditions I have. The background of this work is my own interest for breeding bulls and I will hopefully increase my own production. Due to this I wanted to learn more and increase my knowledge about different housing systems. Through a literature study I have found out the facts about the housing systems I find suitable for housing bulls.

Sjukdomen har påverkan på det dagliga livet, detta leder också till en känslomässig påverkan för personerna med sjukdomen. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur personer i medelåldern med sjukdomen reumtoid artrit upplever det dagliga livet. Metod: En litteraturstudie med kvalitativ ansats. Artiklarna som användes granskades utifrån Graneheim och Lundmans tolkade innehållsanalys.

The transportation sector is the only sector of the Swedish society that is still increasing the emissions of carbon dioxide and other green house gases. Diesel fuel represents one of the fuels that contributes to these emissions and the use of diesel fuels is increasing every year. The main purpose of this study was to make an estimation of the current business situation for producers of liquid diesel biofuels in Sweden such as biodiesel, synthetic diesel and crude tall diesel and examine the forces of competition of the industry today and its future prospects. The study revealed that the rivalry among the existing firms was low mainly due to the geographical spread of the companies. Moreover the success of the biodiesel industry was influenced by a long-term guarantee of the tax exempt for biofuels and by the price level of petroleum diesel.

Companies need to receive feedback in order to understand how they should adjust to shifting demands in the market. This study focuses on the Mystery Shopping process and the information it provides. Through qualitative interviews information was gathered which identifies Mystery Shopping as an approach where companies actively seek information withthe help of anonymous ?shoppers?. This method is compared to other research methods in order to identify the characteristics of Mystery Shopping.

Varje år tar två sjökaptensprogram, ett fyraårigt program med fartygsförlagd utbildning och ett treårigt program som kräver att studenten har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete som matros, examen från Sjöfartshögskolan i Kalmar. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur de nyutexaminerade styrmännen upplevde sin första tid i yrket som styrman, om de hade de nödvändiga förkunskaperna för att klara av sitt jobb och om det skilde sig mellan styrmännen från de olika programmen. För att undersöka detta användes en kvalitativ metod där personliga intervjuer genomfördes. Tio styrmän, fem från varje program, som tagit examen från Sjöfartshögskolan i Kalmar våren 2012 valdes slumpvis ut för intervjuer. Resultatet från intervjuerna visade att styrmännen var nöjda med sina förkunskaper från Sjöfartshögskolan i Kalmar.

The purpose of this paper was to analyze several small Swedish businesses which are specialized in different sectors of the Mechanic/Technology industry but they are similar in terms of having niched products and they are leading companies in the world. Pomace is the solid remains (i.e. stems, pulp, seeds, and skins) after pressing for juice. The annual production of apple pomace is 593 000 ton worldwide. Its field of application depends on local conditions. In order to investigate the field of application of apple pomace in the Southern Sweden, six persons on companies with production of apple juice were interviewed.

Testikelcancer är den vanligaste cancersjukdomen som drabbar unga män i åldern 15-40 år. Syftet med studien var att belysa unga mäns upplevelser av att drabbas av testikelcancer. Studien genomfördes som en litteraturstudie där 15 vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades. Att få diagnosen cancer upplevs ofta som en förlust av kontroll då de flesta män lever i tron om att inget ont skulle kunna drabba dem. Resultatet visade att de flesta männen hade en stor okunskap om sjukdomen.

Background Anesthesia-related deaths are common in dogs, especially in the postoperative period, in compare to humans. This study aims to describe and elucidate the qualities of the postoperative care for dogs in Sweden. Method To investigate the postoperative care, a qualitative study was made by interviewing personnel in the animal health care sector. The primary information from the interviews was analyzed in a qualitative manor and a few distinguished qualities came forth. Results These qualities describe the postoperative care and include preventive activities, postoperative activities, monitoring and communication. A variation in regards to the results was seen between the interviewed.

For hundreds of years the scientific journals has been the foremost tool for scholarly communication. Publishing of research results is very important for scientists. Often the research is bound to the university and the research libraries supplies the scientist with all journals needed. The last decades the libraries have seen the costs for subscriptions to journals explode. Commercial publishers often lie behind the mostly unmotivated escalation in price.

Modern forest owners are very familiar with forest management and forest economics. Therefore they have high demands for quality in forest operations. Guarantee of quality in the shape of self-checking activities is an important tool to guarantee a well managed forestry operation. To meet the forest owners? demands on guarantee of quality and the entrepreneurs wish of an easy method for self-checking, the forest owners association, Södra skogsägarna, has developed a new method for thinning inventory. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the method that is used for self-checking and to find ways to develop and improve of the method. The data has been collected by inventory in a number of stands with circle-area survey and with strip survey, which is method that is used for self-checking. The results show that the strip survey does not diverge more than ±10 % in measuring values of basal area, number of stems, roads share, thinning quotient, outtake of basal area and total volume compared to circle-area survey.

När det idag har diskuteras om att kunna säkra jobben har individens anställningsbarhet åsyftats. Global konkurrens och snabb teknisk utveckling har inneburit krav på flexibla organisationer och anpassningsbara medarbetare. Anställningsbarhet har kopplats både till kontextfaktorer, som konjunktur och efterfrågan på arbetsmarknaden och till subjektiva faktorer som personliga egenskaper och utbildning. Syftet med studien har varit att få en djupare förståelse för vilka faktorer som inverkar på hur anställda uppfattar sin egen anställningsbarhet. Intervjuer har gjorts med åtta lagledare på ett företag, följt av tematisk analys av materialet.
