This thesis is divided into two parts. Part one contains a general description of the flexographic printingtechnique. Part two contains a more detailed investigation in the areas substrate, inktransfer and trends, which are only briefly commented in part one, and conclusions and comments.The major problem concerning substrate is washboard. This phenomena can be limited if one can control and minimize the amount of glue applied in the single- and double facer, use high surface weight on liner, use low surfaceweight on fluting and control the humidity during the conditioning of the corrugated board. Corrugated board with a smooth surface radically increases the quality in print.

Jag analyserar om rättegången är en medieskandal enligt James Lull och Stephen Hinermans kriterier. Följande frågeställningar besvaras: Är Jacksonrättegången en medieskandal enligt James Lull och Stephen Hinermans kriterier? Om det är en skandal, hur förhåller sig den till Tomlinsons teori om denglobaliserande skandalen? Hur har media konstruerat berättelsen kring Jacksonrättegången och hur förbereds publiken inför rättegången? Hur förhåller sig förmedlingen av Jacksonrättegången till det offentliga och det privata? Vad finns det för nyhetsvärderingar i förmedlingen av Jacksonrättegången? Vad finns det för likheter och skillnader mellan de utvalda nyhetstidningarnas sätt att förmedla Jacksonrättegången?TeoriI teoridelen används Lull och Hinermans kriterier på vad en medieskandal är samt teorier om medieskandaler enligt Thompson och Tomlinson. I narratologiavsnittet ligger fokus på berättarteknik med språk, dramaturgi och vinkling samt ett avsnitt om nyheter som berättelser där Bird och Dardennes beskrivning används.

Denna studie syftar till att undersöka hur några personer ur personalgruppen på en skola som på sin arbetsplats deltagit i en av Svenska institutet för sorgbearbetning arrangerad workshop upplever sitt deltagande. Frågeställningarna som använts för att uppnå syftet var: Hur upplever några av de personer som deltagit i workshopen att den förändrat deras sätt att hantera sin egen sorg, hur upplever några av de personer som deltagit i workshopen att de genom workshopen tillgodogjort sig kunskaper att använda i sitt yrkesutövande och i relationen till kollegor? Resultatet analyserades ur ett behavioristiskt perspektiv med hjälp av Skinners principer för beteenden och Baer, Wolf & Risleys teori, den tillämpade beteendeanalysen samt James och Friedmans handlingsprogram för sorgbearbetning. Urvalsramen bestod av 6 personer som deltagit i en workshop kring ett handlingsprogram för sorgbearbetning. Metoden som användes var kvalitativ då informanternas upplevelser av handlingsprogrammet stod i fokus.

Föreliggande studie utgör en psykoanalytisk texttolkning av den tysk-schweiziske författaren Hermann Hesses Siddhartha ur ett objektrelationsteoretiskt perspektiv. De metoder som tillämpas är den traditionella hermeneutiska texttolkningsmetoden och den kliniska psykoanalytiska överförings- och motöverföringsmodellen. Medels dessa tolkningsmodeller och objektrelationsteorier, särskilt Melanie Kleins, Donald W. Winnicotts och James Mastersons, åskådliggörs den svårfångade emotionella problematik som alla individer med preoidipala svårigheter eller brister i självet ger uttryck för.Utgångspunkten för texttolkningen är teorin om den infantila omnipotenta fantasin, fantasin om att kunna uppnå ett tillstånd av absolut balans, behovs- och begärslöshet, vilken texten är genomsyrad av. Denna fantasi framstår i ljuset av textens primära utvecklingskonflikt kring separation-individuation och dess narcissistiska grundstruktur som ett uttryck för sökandet efter det sanna självets natur och dess förlösande, ett sökande, vilket fram till insiktsögonblicket effektivt omintetgörs av det falska självets verklighetsförvanskande och verklighetsförnekande försvar..

Metoden kallas ?Expressive Writing?.Med hjälp av metoden ?Expressive Writing? har jag i en empiristyrd studie fått inblick i psykologistuderandes expressiva material.

Syftet med rapporten är att utvärdera vilka hot och möjligheter som uppstår i anslutning till implementeringen av kulturförändringen och hur kan en förförståelse av dessa hot och möjligheter omsättas i en effektivare implementeringsstrategi.Tidigare forskning/Teori: I denna rapport används Edgar Scheins organisationskulturs teori används som analysverktyg för att skapa en förståelse för organisationskultur. Magnus Forslunds ledarskapsteori används i rapporten som analysverktyg för att förklara chefers påverkan på organisationen. Dean Fixen och Bo Ahrenfelt förändrings- och implementerings teorier kommer att användas som analysverktyg. Den tidigare studien från ord till handling som handlar om arbetarnas förutsättningar, tillvägagångssätt och reaktioner på ledarskapet, används för att skapa en förförståelse om det valda företagets tidigare kulturförändringar.Metoden för studien är kvalitativ och datainsamlingen skedde genom nio stycken personliga intervjuer med medarbetare och chefer på Volvo Cars Sweden. Det kvalitativa tillvägagångssättet är uppbyggt av tre faser, datainsamling, bearbetning av data och analys av data.
