I denna uppsats undersöks sexualbrottet sexuellt ofredande som det stadgas ansvar för i 6 kap 10 § BrB. Lagrummet jämförs med de närliggande brotten ofredande enligt 4 kap 7 § BrB och förolämpning enligt 5 kap 3 § BrB, som kan komma att aktualiseras vid fastställande om brott för sexuellt ofredande föreligger. I denna uppsats konstateras att med sexuellt ofredande menas en handling där gärningsmannen har ett uppsåt till gärningsbeskrivningen men också att gärningsmannens handlande varit till för att reta eller tillfredställa sin sexualdrift. Det sistnämnda kravet saknas vid blottande, där det räcker att handlingen varit ämnat att väcka obehag. Vid en jämförelse med de närliggande brotten ofredande och förolämpning kan konstateras att om syftet tillika uppsåtet inte faller inom tillämpningsområdet för sexuellt ofredande, kan ansvar för gärningsmannens handlande sökas enligt rekvisiten för ofredande men även i vissa fall enligt rekvisiten för förolämpning Det kan här uppstå svåra gränsdragningar där samma handling eller ordval kan bedömas enligt olika lagrum, eller anses helt falla utanför brottsbalkens tillämpningsområde.I denna uppsats argumenteras att gällande rätt inte är tillfredställande och att ett tillägg till gällande rätt kan anses vara motiverat..

The forest in the northern part of Sweden has changed dramatically during the last centuries. The forest has gone through a large-scale transformation, from it being only used locally for domestic purposes to becoming very important raw material for Sweden in the industrial age. The strategy by foresters during the second half of the 20th century has been to create pure production forests for commercial forestry. This has mainly succeeded and we have today homogenous production forests that give a high profit to the owners. The aim of the study is to compare the state of the forest in the former state forest Hällforsmarken in the years 1925 and 2000 and to interpret the changes which has taken place.

Wetlands are important ecosystems and form habitat for both common and threatened species. In Sweden, as well in many other places on earth, there is a lack of wetlands. There is an expressed will to adjust this lack through restoration of wetlands with reduced function and through construction of new wetlands. Follow-ups and evaluations are important steps to optimize these actions. The wetland Vattenparken was constructed 1999 ? 2000 for treatment of surface water.

This work has been made in cooperation with the municipality of Eslöv and the inventory area is a part of the deepening of the municipality plan of east Eslöv. The aim of the work is to test the principle of balance in the overall planning. Later in the detailed planning process a more detailed calculation is made and a suggestion of suitable measures for compensation is made. Then the method with green area factors can be used. The goal is to balance the negative influence on the environment from the planned impacts to gain a sustainable development of the city. The principle of balance means that the one responsible for the development also has to compensate for the negative impacts on nature and landscape that comes with the development.

BakgrundPå en intensivvårdsavdelning (IVA) vårdas patienter med akuta, livshotande sjukdomar. Patienterna utgör en del i en familj och deras sjukdomstillstånd blir en angelägenhet som påverkar hela familjen emotionellt. Närstående till kritiskt sjuka patienter är ofta djupt oroade över sina anhöriga och ibland är intensivvårdsavdelningen deras första kontakt med sjukvården. Sjukvårdspersonal är den yrkeskategori som oftast kommer i kontakt med krisdrabbade och då främst i deras akuta chockfas. Vårdpersonalens bemötande i dessa situationer har betydelse för att minska risken för framtida psykisk ohälsa hos krisdrabbade närstående.

This report was written by Lisa Bengtson and Hanna Paradis and describes the degree thesis "Environmental impacts of solid waste treatment in the Metropolitan Region, Santiago, Chile ? a comparison between current system and incineration with energy recovery". The purpose of this thesis was to investigate if incineration with energy recovery could be motivated through an environmental perspective as an alternative to landfilling of solid waste in Santiago, Chile. The study was performed with Life Cycle Analysis as a theoretical base. In Santiago, situated in the thirteenth region of Chile, Región Metropolitana, lives 6,5 million inhabitants. The major part of the solid waste produced in the region is landfilled on three different sanitary controlled landfills situated outside the city center.

Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka möjliga prediktorer för utfallet i KBT-behandling vid depression, face-to-face samt i kombination med stöd av en smartphoneapplikation. 88 deltagare randomiserades till smartphone- (n = 45) eller face-to-face-betingelsen (n = 43). Utfallsmåttet var förändring i Beck Depression Inventory-II mellan förocheftermätning, främst beräknat med residual gain scores. Samband mellan prediktorer och utfall undersöktes medkorrelationsanalyser. Social workers ideas about what domestic violence is influence their ability to recognize vio-lence in cases where this occurs. Social workers awareness and understanding of domestic violence can also influence the handling of these cases. Education on the subject domestic violence can increase social workers knowledge about, awareness and handling of violence. The present study aims to investigate how social workers in child protection investigations understand, recognize and interpret domestic violence and which interventions the social workers suggest. This is a qualitative vignette study in which semi-structured interviews was carried out with social workers working with child protection investigations.

Målet med examensarbetet är att svara på frågan: "Är det resurssparande att öka detaljeringsgraden i BIM-modellen genom virtuellt uppreglade gipsväggar?" Rapporten behandlar en BIM-laboration som genomförts i samarbete med NCC i projektet Signalfabriken i Sundbyberg. Med programmet Lindab Revit Tools (LRT) reglades gipsväggar upp virtuellt och adderades till projektets byggnadsinformationsmodell (BIM). Materialet kvalitetssäkrades vid samgranskningsmöten och användes för att generera A3-handlingar för test i produktion. Testet och handlingen diskuterades med representanter från olika delar av byggprocessen och en reviderad handling utvecklades samt godkändes. Laborationen upprepades med syftet att effektivisera processen och erfarenheterna från detta ledde till att frågeställningen fick följande svar: Ja, om endast komplicerade områden modelleras.
