Det ställs stora krav på den militära organisationen vid genomförandet av en amfibieoperation. Denna uppgift är något som den svenska försvarsmaktens amfibiekår ej har förmåga till att lösa ut inom ramen för vår organisation. I framtiden ställs det krav på att den svenska amfibiekåren skall kunna vara delaktig i en multinationell expeditionär landstigningsstyrka. Sverige saknar dock doktriner och en militärteoretisk grund för amfibieoperationer. För att tillhandahålla en sådan teoretisk grund avser författaren att använda sig av den brittiska militärteorin för vad en amfibieoperation kräver.

Vocational rehabilitation is an ongoing issue that directly or indirectly affects everyone at a workplace. In recent years, laws and rules have changed. The 1st July 2008 changes were made in the General Insurance Act (SFS 1962:381). These changes have meant that there is now a so-called rehabilitation chain.  The rehabilitation chain contains time frames for when sick people will have their ability to work tested against their normal work or to other jobs. If a person is considered having enough capacity to be able to work he or she will lose their entitlement to sick pay.The aim of our study is to investigate managers? perceptions of the new rehabilitation chain, with a focus on vocational rehabilitation of long-term sick to get them back to work.The method used was qualitative and data collection was done through nine semi-structured interviews.

SammanfattningDet kan finnas miljö- och hälsofarliga ämnen i olika material och produkter som används vid om- och nybyggnationer. De kan finnas i till exempel betong, golvmaterial, isolering, lim och fog, plast, spackel, färg och lack. Kemikalieinspektionen har en PRIO- guide där utfasningsämnen, ämnen som har så allvarliga egenskaper att de inte bör användas och riskminskningsämnen, ämnen som ska ges särskild uppmärksamhet finns inlagda. Dessa typer av ämnen finns markerade i SundaHus databas där materialen får bedömningen A-D beroende på innehåll och egenskaper. Region Jämtland Härjedalen vill minska på dessa ämnen i sina lokaler.

Tema: Konflikthantering mellan vännerSyfte: Att undersöka bakgrunden och förekomsten för hur konflikter tar sig uttryck i vänskapsrelationer samt hur konflikter hanteras i deras relation. Studien tar även upp respondenternas tankar kring kön och ålders inverkan av vänskapsrelationen.Frågeställningar: Vilken betydelse får konflikter och hur hanteras dem i en vänskapsrelation? Vad kännetecknar de konflikter som uppstår i vuxnas vänskapsrelationer? Vad anser respondenterna vara orsakerna vara till att en konflikt uppstår i en vänskapsrelation?Teorianknytning: Intervjupersonernas berättelser analyserades med hjälp av tre teorier vilka utgjordes av Konfliktteori, Anknytningsteori samt Kommunikationsteori. Metod: Studie är av deskriptiv karaktär, vi har valt att göra en kvalitativ studie vilket är en bättre metod för att fånga erfarenheter och betydelser utifrån respondenternas vardag. Med hjälp av en intervjuformulär-guide undersöks kvinnors upplevelser av deras vänskapsrelationer med betoning på konflikter och relation.Resultat: Vi kan utifrån vårt resultat urskilja att respondenternas beskrivningar av vad som är en bra vän innehåller både beteenden och egenskaper.

Introduction: Mental illness is a public health issue which 20-40 per cent of the inhabitantsin Sweden suffer from. Many factors can lead to mental illness and because of that it isimportant that different organisations and professions collaborate in prevention and healthpromotion work. To develop the collaborative process by noticing difficulties and successes,documenting, follow-up and evaluation is of great importance. Aim: The aim of this literaturereview is to investigate which methods are used for evaluation of health promoting anddisease preventive collaborative projects, which focuses on mental health directly orindirectly, and find out what results these projects has revealed. Method: Literature reviewwith descriptive design.

The following study pertains to investigate the Christian belief in the resurrection of Jesus as it is portrayal in text books aimed at the course Religion 1 for Swedish upper secondary school. The study was carried out by looking at 12 selected books meant to function as teaching aids suitable for the course. The methodology covers both qualitative and quantitative aspects. The study shows that the topic of the resurrection is dealt with in a ratherneutral fashion. A survey of the evidence does not give credence to the notion that the textlength assigned to the resurrection, in any way gives greater importance to the resurrectionbeing of superior value as an Christian article of faith.The results are further discussed, and suggestions are given for how theresurrection of Jesus can function as a didactic tool for the purpose of teaching Christianityfor Swedish speaking upper secondary school pupils, in agreement and harmony with theSwedish syllabus.

This paper is based on a study seeking answers to questions about how the judges at district courts look at mediation as a way to deal with custody and visitation disputes between parents who do not live together. The questions posed in this study are: When is a mediator appointed? What result do judges expect to mediation? What do the judges say about how a mediator should work? What are the judge?s opinions about the lawyer?s role in these cases? Finally, how do the judges define the children?s needs and how do the judges check that the solution is best for the child? The study also aims to compile theories of mediation, to create new knowledge and to possibly develop new research questions related to mediation. The study is a qualitative case study with law sociological and abductive approach. The interviewed judges all have a lot of experience in family law cases.

The aim of this master ´s thesis is to understand why there are difficulties in finding joint methods and standards in the field of image indexing. The main focus for interpreting these issues is on Sara Shatford ´s article Analyzing the Subject of a Picture: A Theoretical Approach. In the article Shatford discusses a theoretical basis for identifying and classifying the subject in a picture. In doing so she uses concepts taken from The Philosophy of Art, Meaning in Language and Visual Perception. With the aid of S.R.

The aim of this thesis is to use Gabriel Tardes theories concerning imitation, repetition and the public opinion as a way of understanding how transmedial communication develops over time. This involves a study of social media, traditional press and public organizations in relation to each other. The campaign, What are you doing? (Vad håller du på med?, 2013), launched by the Swedish military as a way of drafting more soldiers, is used as an example of how the theories can be applied to help us understand connections, patterns and social behavior in the rapid mutation and viral spreading of information. By discussing the campaign and its effects, the ambition is to give an understanding of how a campaign of this scale could be planned for and structured.

The Swedish wolf population is like continue to grow and this will eventually lead to an increase in the predation of livestock. In Sweden carnivore attacks happen most frequent on sheep farms and the majority of these attacks are performed by wolves. Because of this, the main focus in this study is on the sheep and wolf problematic. It is not only the direct killing of livestock that affects the animals and their owners in a negative way. It has also been shown that livestock that lives close to carnivores sometimes change their behaviour in a way that will affect their ability to reproduce and to forage efficiently.

ABSTRACTIntroduction: Violence towards employees in the psychiatric ward is increasing at an alarming rate. Reports concerning the effect on the staff?s psychological health are disturbing. These workforces are those most affected by brutality and for ages it has been looked upon as a part of the psychiatric line of work. This viciousness is threatening the safety for both the personnel and the patients.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att komma underfund med hur introduktionen kan förbättras för nyanställda arbetsledare utan tidigare erfarenheter från arbetsområdet. Examensarbetet är en respons på Peabs interna enkät som under ett antal år belyst hur medarbetarna bland annat ser på trivseln och arbetsmiljön på sin arbetsplats. Denna enkät är till för att finna förbättringsområden. Flera anger att de anser att introduktionen är otillräcklig och behöver förbättras.Denna rapport använder sig av en kvalitativ metod med intervjuer av tio personer med koppling till yrkesrollen arbetsledare samt ytterligare tio kompletterande intervjuer.De huvudsakliga slutsatser och förbättringsförslag som dragits från intervjuerna är att nyanställda arbetsledare ska få tillgång till bättre arbetsbeskrivningar om hur Peabs arbetsmetoder och vad dess kärnvärden är och dessutom få klart för sig vad företaget har för förväntningar på de nyanställda.Större delen av intervjupersonerna ansåg att någon form av strukturerad utvecklingsplan var att föredra. Under rapportskrivandet upprättades följaktligen en sådan, som anger vilka moment och fördjupande kurser som är lämpliga för en nyanställd arbetsledare.

Introduction: Basic Body Awereness Therapy (BBAT) is a treatment developed to treat different kinds of psychiatric diagnoses, but also to prevent the emergence of any other unhealthy conditions. The treatment is aimed to increase the body control and conscious breathing but also requires mental awareness.Aim: The aim of this study is to, based on social cognitive theory, describe patients' experiences of BBAT performed as group therapy.Method: The study design was qualitative with an inductive approach. Five people were interviewed after a BBAT group treatment in primary care. The data was collected by individual interviews with semi-structured questions and the interviews were analysed by qualitative content analysis.Result/Conclusion: The participants experienced increased body awareness and implemented BBAT strategies even though the treatment frequency was insufficient. BBAT was described as helpful used to regulate intensity level, stress management and facilitate breathing.

ILS iteratively samples local minima by modifying the current local minimum and restartinga local search porcedure on this modified solution. This thesis will show how ILS can be implemented for MSA.
