Semi structured interviews were used to investigate three menand four women?s experiences of using Windows mobiles with adaptedfunctions for text messaging.

The purpose of this study was to examine what participants in the third phase (fas 3) of the Swedish unemployment program, Jobb- och utvecklingsgarantin, think about their situation, what they think about the program and if they feel stigmatized due to their unemployment. The data for the study was collected at one of the organizers of the program, which provides an introduction program for the participants. A qualitative method was used and the data was collected through six semi-structured interviews. The results were analyzed using Antonovskys theory of Sense of Coherence (SOC). The conclusions of the study were that the participants felt support from the staff at the organizer.

Tidigare forskning har visat på hög förekomst av muskelbesvär och bristande hälsa och välbefinnande hos tandvårdspersonal i offentlig sektor. Föreliggande studie syftade till att undersöka om en organisatorisk intervention i form av arbetstidsförkortning och viss fysisk aktivitet kunde främja olika aspekter av hälsa och välbefinnande hos tandvårdspersonal inom Folktandvården. Interventionen sträckte sig över ett år och totalt medverkade 154 kvinnliga tandläkare och tandsköterskor i studien. Resultaten visade på minskad total arbetsbelastning samt lägre förekomst av muskelbesvär. Dock kunde resultaten inte kopplas till interventionen då utvecklingen var likartad i såväl Interventions- som kontrollgrupp.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze IntimatePartner Violence (IPV). How does contemporary science illustrate men as victimsand women as perpetrators in these relationships? Ten articles were presentedand analyzed in a systematic literature study. The results show that men beingabused by their female intimate partner, do exist and that they in many ways doconform to abused women. There are many underlying causes to the violence inclose relationships.

Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to describe the change at Myndigheten and analyze its implementation to identify the employees' attitudes towards the change. The survey of attitudes is important to provide indicators of how they may affect the continued implementation of the process-oriented approach.Research methodology: This thesis is based on both quantitative and qualitative method. Surveys have been implemented on co-workers/employees and an interview has been implemented on a project participant.Theoretical framework: This thesis uses theories of organizations, organizational changes and attitudes.Conclusions: Both positive and negative attitudes are found for the employees and these attitudes are mainly weak. If Myndigheten makes Interventions, it can help to minimize the negative consequences that the attitudes may lead to. By doing this the commitment for the change will increase, which is critical for the change to succeed..

This study is based on interviews with heads of unit, care staff and senior representatives from a total of six people. We have in this study directed our focus on care quality in the elderly as a concept in development. It appears, when the elderly do not have any dependents, it is even more important that staff supports some extra where no relatives are involved.Quality of life is the broader concept of good quality care and where a good quality of care is a necessary condition for a good quality of life. According to the social services care is the target that older people will live a good life and be allowed to live in a safe environment, which we intend to investigate in this study. Opportunity for greater influence should now be given to older people and their families on how Interventions should be designed and implemented.

BACKGROUND: Pressure ulcers are unpleasant and painful and causes anxiety not only patient but also for the relatives. It also results in longer hospital stay and increased costs for health care sector and because of this it?s important to identify and survery the origin and what preventive measures there are to prevent pressure ulcer. AIM: To illustrate the nurses´ work to prevent the origin of pressure ulcers. METHOD: A general literary study where scientific articles were searched and found in electronic databases and through manual searches.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka kriminalvårdens centrala riktlinjer för psykisk ohälsa bland anstaltsklienter och om dessa riktlinjer realiseras i praktiskt arbete på två olika avdelningar: normalavdelning och behandlingsavdelning på en anstalt av högsta säkerhetsklass i Sverige. Data samlades in genom intervjuer med åtta kriminalvårdare och en psykolog. Resultatet visade att psykisk ohälsa ur ett personalperspektiv är vanligt förekommande, främst ADHD, depression, ångest och sömnsvårigheter. Majoriteten av respondenterna visste inte om vilka riktlinjer som finns vid behandling av klienters psykiska ohälsa. Slutsatsen är att det råder brister i kommunikationen mellan ledningen och kriminalvårdarna inom anstalten..

This study revolves around the NATO-led Operation Unified Protector in Libya 2011. The military campaign was executed under a UN mandate to protect the Libyan civilian population. Despite the mandate civilians died because of NATO bombings. The purpose of this study is to identify inadequate measures in avoiding civilian casualties during the operation and to continue to work towards minimizing civilian casualties caused by military organizations in international Interventions.Early in the operation, NATO?s objective altered from protecting the civilians to over­throwing the Libyan regime. At the same time NATO changed its military targeting.
