The focus in this essay is websites functioning as travelingguides, because we live in a time of traveling, experiance and learning. How can an analyzing method of websites be shaped? What can an analyze of interactivity on current travelingguides provide for recommendations by the creation of interactive travelingguides? This thesis project is a vision of an identity building in Gothenburg, situated on the pier called Bananpiren. The objective of this study is to investigate a new pedagogical material called 4DFrame, how it is experienced by informants and how suitable it is in education - in particular mathematics. Socioculturalperspective has a central role in this study when students are given opportunities for linguistic and social interaction during the experiment with the new pedagogical material. The methodology for this study has been visits, interviews, and observations. The study reveals that there are different views on the didactic potential for mathematics of the new teaching material, though no conclusions can be drawn regarding whether this material is more or less suitable in teaching since no research have been found that compares this with other pedagogical materials. Both national and International studies show the need to find alternative and better ways to make mathematic education meaningful.

This is a two year master's thesis in the field of museum and cultural heritage studies. The purpose of the thesis is to examine different opinions among museum employees about the role of museums. The thesis also aims to find out to what extent and in what way these opinions are influenced by the museum's own policy documents, the national cultural policy and the academic field of museum studies. I have conducted qualitative research interviews with six employees from three different cultural history museums. The theoretical framework of the thesis is based on Laruajane Smith's term authorized heritage discourse.

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to describe various methods of treatment and effects of treatment of ADHD, and to investigate wheater there is an association between adults with ADHD and obesity. Method:  Literature review. Twelve quantitative scientific articles were found in the data bases PubMed, Cinahl and MedLine.  Result: ADHD is a cognitive impairment that can lead to serious complications such as obesity. Studies show that drug treatments of adults with ADHD have positive effects in terms of reduced symptoms, increased efficiency and improved quality of life, but drugs can also cause side effects in form of loss of appetite and insomnia. For adults with ADHD and obesity drugs that affect metabolism have a significant impact on patients ability to lose weight.

Abstract:Syfte: Att beskriva hur kommunernas äldre- och handikappomsorg infört och använder sig av ICF.Metod: Semistrukturerade telefonintervjuer med representanter för åtta svenska kommuner. Intervjuerna har transkriberats och analyserats genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys,Resultat: Resultatet redovisas under två teman. Ett tema handlar om hur kommuner infört ICF i kommunernas äldre- och handikappomsorg, med kategorierna införande i journalstruktur och införande av tankemodell. Ett tema handlar om hur kommunerna använder ICF i kommunernas äldre- och handikappomsorg. Kategorierna under det temat är användning i journalstruktur, användning av tankemodell och problem och utvecklingsbehov. Två olika typer av införande och användningssätt av ICF inom kommunernas äldre- och handikappomsorg framkom i studien.

AbstractPurpose / Aim: The purpose of this study is to find out why people look at K-1. I wanted to investigate what it was about looking at televised martial arts, specifically K-1, that attracts peoples attention and interest, and what it needs it satisfies within the viewer.Material / Method: This study consists of three separate parts, where I investigate and analyse the producer side of K-1, the receiver side, and the program in itself as a media text. For the producer part I performed interviews with the chairman of K-1 Sweden, the production manager at Eurosport Sweden and the Eurosport K-1 commentator. As for the receivers I interviewed six people who watch K-1 more or less regularly, in order to find out why the watch the show and what it gives them. The program text analysis I performed on two K-1 programs from Eurosport, and I based it on previous studies done of similar and other kinds of programs.

The globalization of political and economic processes is a growing moral concern for theologians and political philosophers alike. My thesis aims to outline, analyze, and compare church studies of globalization with global theories of justice.To do this, I draw upon recent studies of globalization made by the World Council of Churches (WCC) and the Lutheran World Federation (LWF). The WCC and LWF are two global reaching church organizations. They have a common aim of uniting churches for ecumenical dialogue and are involved in social, economic, political, and ecological questions. The WCC and LWF analyze globalization by applying biblical and theological principles from the Christian tradition.

Aim Developmental Coordination Disorder Questionnaire 2007 (DCDQ'07) is an international survey tool based on parents' estimation of their child's motor coordination skills. The purpose of this study was to investigate the validity of a Swedish version of DCDQ'07 by finding out how the classification of Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) via DCDQ'07 is consistent with the classification of DCD via the motor impairment test, Movement ABC.MethodIn the context of a larger study, a Swedish translated version of the parent survey DCDQ'07 were sent to 4000 randomly selected families with children aged 8 - 10 years in Stockholm County. The classifications "DCD" or "NOT DCD" with cut-off values ??of 56 (9 years) and 57 (10 years) were applied. Forty families were selected from 410 registered responses.
