Skiljer sig utvecklingen av spädbarns förmåga att planera griprörelser mot ett objekt relativt att anpassa handen till objektets rotation? Nitton spädbarn i åldrarna 6 och 10 månader studerades. Spädbarnen grep mot en stav i rotation och deras griprörelser registrerades med hjälp av ett ProReflex system (Qualisys). Såväl handens hastighet fram mot staven som handens vridningshastighet beräknades och delades in i rörelseenheter bestående av en accelerationsfas och en inbromsningsfas. Resultatet visar att antalet enheter sjunker med ökande ålder för båda hastigheterna.

Uppsatsen behandlar ur ett genusperspektiv konsumtionens delaktighet i individens identitetsskapande, där fokus ligger på att påvisa hur begreppet kvinnlighet till stor del konstitueras utifrån en definition given av konsumtionssamhället. Med Norman Faircloughs kritiska diskursanalys som verktyg görs en tematisk analys av diskurser gällande kvinnors kropp, stilskapande och sexualitet i ett material bestående av konsumtionsrelaterade mode- och skönhetsartiklar som hämtas från fyra svenska kvinnotidningar som riktar sig till skilda åldersgrupper; julia, Silikon, amelia och tara. Här tydliggörs hur man, när man talar om kvinnan i materialet, hela tiden är positionerad inom en konsumtionsdiskurs såväl verbalt som visuellt. Studien syftar även till att sätta detta kommersiella kvinnoideal i relation till diskussioner om genus som lyfts fram av den postmoderna feminismen samt ur ett vidare perspektiv peka på konsekvenser som tidningarnas representationer har på kvinnors vardag, då studien påvisar deras medverkan i reproduktionen av en patriarkal och ojämlik samhällsordning. Syftet med studien var att undersöka vad det är som påverkar en musiklärare att arbeta ämnesövergripande eller inte. Metoden som tillämpades var kvalitativa halvstrukturerade intervjuer.

It used to be a demand that Social workers and personnel at Child and adolescence psychiatry had interdisciplinary collaboration, today it is more then a demand it is a requirement. The aim of this study was to understand how the personnel at the Social services and Child and adolescence psychiatry look at the cooperation between the two organizations in Sweden.To be able to accomplish this study we have interviewed four persons employed at the Social services and three persons employed at Child- and adolescencepsychiatry all of them were interviewed individually. To be able to analyze our material from the interviews we have used new institutional organization theory and Goffmans dramaturgic perspective at teams. The interviews showed that there is collaboration between the organizations on all levels, but that the organizations have different priorities.

I kvarteret Topasen 1&2 i Norrköping har det införts källsortering i miljörum på gården men möjligheten att använda sopnedkasten finns kvar. I denna uppsats undersöks med hjälp av intervjuer och en enkät vad som styr de boendes val av sopsystem samt hur hyresgästerna påverkas av att kunna välja. Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka om de boende i området gör så mycket för miljön som de tycker att de borde göra samt om deras beteende stämmer överens med vad de säger att de gör.

Agile as an idea was created in 2001 through the Agile Manifesto with focus on social relationships, communication and flexibility. This was a reaction to the traditional, hierarchical organization with the goal of restoring balance within organizations in the IT business. Today we can see a transit of Agile from the IT-industry to other industries and areas, such as HRM.There is a challenge in attempting to traditionally control a social idea such as Agile, and there is a lack of empirical studies of the organizational context and its effect on the interpretation of Agile in practice. This study is an attempt to connect Agile to the science of business administration.The purpose with this study is therefore to research the organizational contexts effects on the interpretation of Agile in practice, within IT and HRM. Where Agile is established or well known.To fulfill our purpose we chose social constructivism as our scientifically approach, and conducted 12 in-depth interviews.

A study of communication content, frequency and problems was performed at the Swedish Air Force Air Combat Simulation Centre, FLSC. The purpose was to investigate the connection between team communication and performance variables, to study communication problems during air combat and to employ and develop the PILOT method of communication problem analysis. Ten fighter pilots and four fighter controllers engaged in simulated air combat beyond visual range in teams on two sides, Blue and Red, with four pilots and one fighter controller each. Eight such training runs lasting 15 to 25 minutes were analyzed with regard to the Blue team?s communication during launch situations, i.e.

The aim of this study was to examine how two integrating social enterprises relate to and combines social, ecological and economic sustainability and how they work with sustainable development in the field of social work. The study has been focusing on three questions: What are the values underpinning ?Macken? and ?Vägen uts? approach to sustainable development? What motivates these companies to work with ecological sustainability in the creation of new jobs? How do these companies combine social, ecological and economic sustainability? To answer our questions we have been interviewing nine employees through semi-structured interviews combined with observations and this study was analysed through a symbolic perspective. The conclusion of this study showed that these companies worked with specific themes to reach social sustainability. Recurring themes in the study was empowerment, recovery and the employee?s own experience of exclusion.

Standardiserade miljöledningssystem (MLS) har utvecklats i den privata sektorn och har nu även börjat användas i den offentliga. Syftet är att undersöka vilka konsekvenser ett standardiserat MLS medför för miljöarbetet inom kommunal förvaltning, analysera om det finnsnågot i den kommunala förvaltningens institutionella logik som sätter gränser för användandet av det samt ge ett omdöme över tillämpligheten av MLS inom kommunal förvaltning. Detta har ndersökts genom kvalitativa intervjuer. Resultatet blev att förvaltningarnas miljöarbete anses fungerar bättre efter att man har infört MLS. De största fördelarna MLS:et har medfört är tydligare struktur, högre medvetenhet, bättre redovisning och utåtriktade fördelar som enklare kommunikationer mot intressenter.

Denna studie har som syfte att analysera och kritiskt granska hur den globala uppvärmningen framställs och kommuniceras i Sveriges största dagstidning Dagens Nyheter. Jag har genomfört en diskursanalys av tidningsartiklar publicerade under en period av två år (2001-2003) som be-handlar och beskriver den globala uppvärmningen. Tre tydliga mönster utefter vilken den globala uppvärmningen framställts har identifierats i denna undersökning. För det första beskrivs pro- blematiken utifrån ett nationellt perspektiv, där både ett förändrat och ett ökat politiskt ledarskap krävs. För det andra behandlar man frågan utifrån ett internationellt politiskt perspektiv som ka-rakteriseras av en internationell konflikt mellan framförallt Europa och USA.

Background: The regulation of banks is increasing in order to stabilize the financial market. Despite this increase in regulation, financial crises still continue to occur. The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision is gradually increasing the capital requirements for banks, yet the increase in capital requirements doesn?t seem to solve the problem. This raises the question: how does capital regulation affect banks? Purpose: The purpose of this study is, primarily to illustrate the effects that capital regulation has on risk and efficiency on banks within the European Union, but secondary also study the relationship between risk, efficiency and capital regulation.Method: To achieve the purpose of this study, a deductive approach has been used, where the problem is assumed to be due to an agency problem.

Aim: The aim of this study is to examine how managers apprehend today's leadership and how they believe that future leadership will be influenced and developed when the people bourn during the nineteen forties pass on their management positions to a younger generation.Method: I share the hermeneutic view on science. I believe that knowledge is born with in the person who seeks to obtain it. I have chosen to conduct my study using a qualitative and inductive approach.
