The purpose of this essay is to discuss relationality in G.W Leibnizs Monadologie (1714). In general terms this essay analyzes the notion of individuation in relation to the concept of monads. The analysis proposes a question regarding the body in this individuation, and what consequences follows for the understanding of the relation between the single individual and other individuals. It will be shown that the irreducibility of having a body transcendens something like ownness, subjectivity, personality and individuation, and this is explained through the pre-established harmony between the monads ? where the plurality of monads is detected before the monads singularity. To widen this investigation of relationality between the monads, I will turn to Edmund Husserls phenomenological operation for solving the egological problem of solipsism in Cartesian Meditations (1929). In his meditations, Husserl uses the monad as a self-conscious ego with peculiar ownness.

Bath has been a part of human history for a long time. Today bathing/swimming inmunicipal pools is for people of all ages and it is possible to take swimming courses,exercise or enjoy recreation. The municipal indoor pool of Hogdalen in Sweden wasbuild in the sixties and has had problems with high levels of heterotrophic bacteria. Thefacility has two larger pools, one adventure park for young kids, two smaller bath tubsand a jacuzzi. To improve water quality UV light and coal filter were installed inOctober 2009 to the already existing purification system.

Husaberg Scandinavia AB is a company producing and developing a range of motorcycles for both on- and off-road use. Husaberg provided the project group with a task of developing an entirely new way of operating the sequential transmission that can be found in today?s motorcycles. The target was to bring the product from idea to a functional prototype ready for further tests. Operation of the motorcycles transmission is today made by a foot pedal placed on the left hand side of the bike.

This paper will answer which factors are important for the business relation between a small Swedish import company and a Chinese contractor. The problem is based partly in theories that points to cultural and organizational differences between Sweden and China, and partly in current examples from Swedish companies. The relevant data has been collected by interviews with three small Swedish companies that are currently using Chinese contractors.The result is that the differences between the countries and organizations exist, but that they do not interfere with the inter-company relations. The conclusion is that our result contradictsthe established theories in the field, and that a more comprehensive investigation is warranted..

SyfteSyftet med denna studie var att ta reda på ifall patienter med en total proximal hamstringsruptur erhöll rätt diagnos när de sökte sjukvård. Syftet var även att se hur vården fungerade från skadetillfället till operation. Frågeställningar;Vilka vårdgivare träffade patienterna?Hur många vårdgivare träffade patienterna innan de erhöll rätt diagnos?Hur lång tid efter skadan fick patienterna rätt diagnos?Hur lång tid tog det från skadans inträffande till operation?MetodEn enkät konstruerades och användes på 26 patienter, varav 14 kvinnor. För att inkluderas i studien skulle patienterna ha genomgått en operation av total hamstringstruptur i Stockholm samt genomgå rehabilitering på Feelgood kliniken, Grev Turegatan, Stockholm.

Syfte: Att studera föräldrars uppfattning om den preoperativa information de får inför sitt barns planerade operation, samt undersöka om och på vilket sätt föräldrarna anser att informationen behöver förbättras.Metod: Kvantitativ, deskreptiv enkätstudie. Enkäten innehöll främst standardiserade frågor men även några öppna frågor. Föräldrar till barn i åldrarna 0-3 år inneliggande på en barnkirurgisk vårdavdelning ombads delta i studien. Antalet insamlade enkäter var 22 stycken.Resultat: Föräldrarna var som helhet nöjda med den preoperativa informationen, majoriteten ansåg att mängden information varit lagom omfattande och att informationen från personalen oftast gavs på ett sätt så att de förstod. Några föräldrar ansåg att informationen gällande det postoperativa vårdförloppet delvis varit bristfällig.

The aim of the study was to examine individuals' experiences of participating in 5 week mindfulness program as a tool for job seekers. Qualitative methods were used to inter­view three students and two mindfulness educators. The informants were asked to an­swer questions about their experiences of having participated or practiced mindfulness in the project. The results showed that all respondents experienced the project as positive. The partici­pants describe that the project helped them to get out and meet other people and with routines in their life. The par­ticipants also said that unemployment caused alienation and they felt themselves to have poorer health when they were unemployed.

The purpose of this master thesis was to study the water system for mechanically cleaned water at Skärblacka mill, in order to find and evaluate possibilities of using energy more efficiently. The thesis also includes an evaluation of the software tool ?Pumpanalys?Skärblacka mill produces pulp and paper. The large amount of water required is cleaned mechanically through filters and called mechanically cleaned water (MR0). The MR0 water is pumped out to the factory by four crude water pumps.

In order to do this, the guidelinesfor pupil health in the municipality of Örebro and operational plans for seven F9 schoolsin the municipality of Örebro will be studied and compared to the government bill?Health, learning and sense of security?.

Bakgrund: Postoperativ smärta är vanligt förekommande efter en genomgången operation. Den postoperativa smärtan kan leda till onödigt lidande för patienten. Vid en operation utsätts patienten för en större eller mindre ?skada?, där hud, muskler, leder och nerver skadas. Under den postoperativa fasen observeras patienten på olika smärttecken.

Studiens syfte var att beskriva hur människor upplever att genomgå en operation på en dagkirurgisk enhet. Detta för att fånga deras upplevelser av bemötande, eventuella oro och problem under och efter operationen. För att få en övergripande blid gjordes en litteraturstudie. Från denna så formulerades 11 huvudfrågor som stod till grund för en enkät. Enkäten konstruerades efter liknande enkäter som mall.

The purpose of this paper is to form an understanding of how to use the demand for usability and accessibility. Requirements for usability and accessibility are available from several agencies, an example is Myndigheten för delaktighet. Through literature studies, I get answer to what are usability and accessibility and the demands that can be set on a public website. In this study of three municipalities you get a glance how local authorities have been working on their web pages and if they fulfill the requirements so that the disabled would consider that the page has good usability and accessibility. In the interviews conducted in one of the municipalities you will receive information how they plan, organize, implement, monitor and develop their websites.

Trycksa?r a?r ett fo?rekommande problem inom den kirurgiska omva?rdnaden som leder till o?kade va?rd- och samha?llskostnader samt ett o?kat lidande fo?r patienten. Det a?r av stor vikt att va?rdpersonalen arbetar fo?rebyggande fo?r att motverka uppkomsten av trycksa?r samt att i god tid uppta?cka om ett trycksa?r har uppsta?tt.Syftet med denna studie var att underso?ka trycksa?rsincidens efter la?ngvarig neurokirurgisk kirurgi, identifiera vart trycksa?ren uppsta?r och om de kunde kopplas till riskfaktorer.Metoden som valdes var en kvantitativ prospektiv kohortstudiedesign fo?r att resultatet skulle kunna anva?ndas i den peroperativa och postoperativa omva?rdnaden. Hudkostymen inspekterades tva? ga?nger postoperativt pa? tjugoen patienter.Resultatet visade att 76 % av studiedeltagarna hade trycksa?r efter operation och det vanligaste fo?rekommande omra?det var ha?larna.

Bakgrund: Studier har visat att dörröppningar samt rörelse av personal inne på operationssalen ökar mängden bakterier i luften. Vårdrelaterade infektioner är den mest förekommande komplikationen vid kirurgi och skapar onödigt lidande för patienten. Infektionsförebyggande åtgärder såsom ventilation i operationssalen har betydelse för att minska risken för att bakteriebärande partiklar ska kontaminera luften i operationssalen och åstadkomma infektion i operationssåret. Syfte: Syftet med denna observationsstudie var att studera hur frekvent dörrarna öppnades under pågående operation samt identifiera orsakerna till dörröppningarna. Metod: Data från observationer av 27 operationer har sammanställts och analyserats.

Sammanfattning Det är vårdens uppgift att se till att människor ej utsätts för en obehandlad grav smärtproblematik som uppkommit efter planerat samt icke planerat kirurgiskt ingrepp. För att uppnå detta är en viktig del inom anestesisjukvården att ge adekvat smärtlindring intraoperativt.Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur väl smärtlindrade patienter  var de första timmarna postoperativt samt om upplevelsen av smärta mellan män och kvinnor skiljde sig postoperativt.Metod: Ansatsen på studien är kvantitativ i form av en tvärsnittsstudie och designen är deskriptiv. Urvalet var 20 patienter som genomgick kirurgi för fotledsfraktur eller radiusfraktur.Resultat: Alla patienter fick beräkna sin smärta enligt VAS och 80% av dessa kunde påverka sin smärtbehandling. Vid hemgång efter 1-4 timmar klassade endast 20% VAS >3 och alla var kvinnor. Ingen signifikant skillnad påvisades mellan män och kvinnors upplevelse av smärta.Slutsats: Ingen signifikant skillnad kunde ses mellan män och kvinnor i deras upplevelse av smärta.
