Syftet med uppsatsen är att öka förståelsen för vilken betydelse kommunikation har för frontpersonalens reaktion på en fusion mellan tjänsteföretag.Fusioner är ett vanligt förekommande bland dagens företag, så även för tjänsteföretag. Frontpersonal anses vara särskilt viktig i tjänsteföretag då de i interaktion med företagets kunder förmedlar kvalitet. Vid fusion är det därför viktigt att skapa förutsättningar för att två mötande personalgrupper tillsammans kan verka för fortsatt god kvalitet. Ett verktyg för att skapa sådana förutsättningar är kommunikation.Formell kommunikation kan användas till att skapa acceptans för en fusion och införa förändringar vid denna. En förutsättning för att frontpersonalen skall uppnå en högre förståelse har visat sig starkt beroende av möjligheten att föra tvåvägskommunikation.Informell kommunikation har visats fungera som ett starkt stöd för att skapa acceptans och en positiv föreställning av en fusion.

The Swedish field of digital X-ray imaging has since several years relied heavily on distributed information systems and digital storage containers. To ensure accurate and safe radiological reporting, Swedish software-firm eCare AB delivers a system called Feedback?the first and only quality assurance IT support product of its kind. This thesis covers several aspects of the design and implementation of future versions of this software platform. The focus lies on distributed directory services and models for secure and robust data propagation in TCP/IP networks.

The purpose of this thesis is, through both a quantitative and qualitative study, to map out how the interaction appears between the established parties and the radical right-wing party, the Sweden Democrat?s (SD) and their core issue ? immigration in the Swedish parliament. By applying analytical dimensions on the parliamentary protocols regarding the immigration issue between the years of 2010-2012 this study will get an insight on how the argumentation concerning immigration has developed since their entrance into the Swedish parliament in 2010. The result shows that SD, through the rejection treatment of the established parties, fulfilled the three conditions which accordingly to the study's theoretical framework are crucial for the party's future success. In the established parties? reception of SD regarding immigration, SD is, to a large extent, left unchallenged as the established parties rather focus on Integration instead of challenge SD in the immigration issue.

The use of vision applications are growing and the demand for Integration and connectivity with other industrial automation control devices is increasing. Some businesses that are using vision technology follow US Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) regulation concerning audit trail. This thesis investigates the possibility to use vision technology for counting objects, achieving connectivity and to follow FDAs audit trail regulation. A market survey has been used to select suitable hardware and software to be used in the design of an application that is able to count objects and that uses standard industrial network connection i.e. OPC data access and Microsoft?s .NET components over Ethernet.

The aim of this study has been to reach a deeper understanding of how refugee adolescences experience their ethnic identity, particular ethnic consciousness in terms of Integration, assimilation and segregation. Further my intention has been to investigate if the adolescences experienced changes in their ethnic identity.   In order to investigate these questions a qualitative method consisting of four interviews were conducted. The study included two young men at the age of 18, and two young women at the age of 17 and 18. Three of the interviewed persons can be defined as refugees, but not the fourth adolescence.

Forskningsresultat visar att naturkontakt ger flera fördelar för barns mentala, emotionella och sociala hälsa. På naturskolorna får barnen genomföra aktiviteter, uppleva och upptäcka utomhus. Pedagoger anser att barns sociala utveckling påverkas på flera sätt genom naturskolornas aktiviteter i utomhusmiljö. I denna studie har intervjuer gjorts med pedagoger från tio olika naturskolor om deras syn på barns sociala utveckling genom naturskolans miljö och aktiviteter. I intervjuerna framkommer att eleverna utvecklar sociala förmågor som samarbete, samspel, självförtroende, självkänsla, glädje, lust och motivation.

AbstractAs a result of globalisation, there are indications that national cultural differences between countries are becoming increasingly vague. Research shows that industries develop similarities, as a result of the Integration between corporations that has followed the internationalisation. The aim of this study was thus to investigate whether different countries in the same industry can develop similar perceptions regarding what is considered effective leadership. The study also aimed to investigate whether these perceptions can influence how leadership is exercised. The leader qualities that were identified were categorised based on the leadership attributes that were formulated in Project GLOBE.

Blandat boende är ett begrepp som betecknar ambitionen om blandade bostadskategorier på kvartersnivå med övergripande syfte att motverka eller minska segregation. Detta ideal omfattar, dels fysiska aspekter i bostadssammansättning som: upplåtelseformer, hustyper och lägenhetsstorlekar, dels sociala aspekter i form av blandad befolkningssammansättning. I en tid där rapporteringen i media kring segregationsproblematik ökar, både internationellt som nationellt, finns belägg för att det skulle vara av intresse att undersöka på vilket sätt blandat boende är ett nutida ideal och strategi som förekommer i svensk översiktsplanering. Undersökningen som genomförts har tagit avstamp från en forskningsöversikt som redogör för synen på blandat boende genom olika planeringshistoriska strömningar, samt slutsatser från tidigare forskning på blandat boende som utvärderat verktyg och strategier för att realisera ambitionen genom olika program och styrmedel. Forskningsöverblicken har inletts med en redogörelse och diskussion kring begreppet blandat boende, samt åskådliggjort de relaterade begrepp som blandat boende kan kopplas till.

We have seen a revolution in the area of communication on a worldwide scale. We begin talking about terms as globalisation, Integration and deregulation of the financial market. Companies have been tax planning for decades, the questions is if Internet has made an increase of companies than uses tax planning and which roll Internet plays. It is hard to really pinpoint all the effects of the Internet because of the relatively new area of research. This thesis will take various factors under study such as globalisation, development of the offshore industry and the fight against harmful taxation by the OECD and other organisations in order to describe the effects of Internet.

This thesis examines the perception and use of the school library for students at an Upper Secondary School. The school has a high frequent of immigrant students, and the students interviewed all have an immigrant background. The intention was to find out how the students used the school library and what perception they have of the school library. The method used was semi-structured interviews with eight students, both males and females, who studies different educational programs. The instrument of theory was that from Elisabeth Tallaksen Rafste?s theoretical framework.

How the renovation of the vast Swedish existing building stock with renovation needs will be performed is considered as decisive in order to achieve the target set by the Swedish government of reducing the energy use by 20 percent by 2020. Consequently, the challenge of the building sector consists in reducing the energy use in the existing building stock but at the same time ensuring that the indoor environmental quality is improved and the cultural values are maintained.So far, there have been a few renovation projects which strongly have reduced the energy use and at the same time have taken into account the environmental aspects and the cultural values. The main reasons are that there have been few incentives and a lack of routines in order to steer efficiently a ?sustainable renovation?.The participants in a Nordic project on sustainable renovation thought that it would be a strong advantage to link the concept of sustainable renovation to the Miljöbyggnad certification system. Indeed it is trusted by the Swedish building and construction sectors and can provide sustainability targets in order to steer renovation processes.The objective of the master thesis is to show how the Miljöbyggnad certification system could be integrated in practice in the renovation process of Riksbyggen, an organization which administers housing associations (Bostadsrättsföreningar) and build houses.

The purpose of the study was to examine how teachers and children interpreted the project and understood its values. To this end, it was necessary to focus on four defining parameters which affect the investigation: structure of pre-school project work, content and delivery, the methods used by teachers during the project, which pedagogical documentation was used (and how), and how the project determined the approach, the curriculum goals and values. Using a qualitative approach, regular unsystematic observations were made over five days, during which three teachers, two pedagogues, two pre-school teachers, and one nanny from the same kindergarten were interviewed regarding children in three age groups: 1-2 years old, 3 years old, and 4-5 years old. The results of my investigation showed that the teachers were divided on how to apply the project as a working method. Children's active role in the pre-school project varied depending on the extent to which teachers adopted children perspective in everyday practice.

Denna rapport presenterar det examensarbete som har gjorts i samarbete med företaget SMÅA AB. Syftet med arbetet är att öka kunskapen, för företaget, om solceller ur en teknisk och ekonomisk synpunkt då man väljer att integrera dessa i byggnadsskalet. Viktiga frågor som har tagits upp innefattar lönsamhet vid användning av solceller, möjligheter att integrera solceller samt hur tekniken ser ut idag och hur den kan utvecklas i framtiden. Dessa kunskaper har sedan applicerats på ett planerat flerbostadshus under resultatet. I lösningsförslaget har solceller blivit integrerade i tak och balkongräcken, där olika typer av solceller används baserad på dess respektive egenskaper som är bäst anpassade för ändamålet. Ämnesområden som berörs är energi, solceller, byggnadsintegrering samt ekonomi.
