Målet med vårt examensarbete har varit att på uppdrag från United Computer Systems skapa ett program som kopplar samman Visma SPCS och MS Outlook. Anledningen till detta program har varit att utöka den begränsade kontakthanteringen som finns i Visma SPCS. I större affärssystem blir det allt vanligare att så kallade CRM system integreras. Dock saknas oftast bra kontakthantering i lösningar som riktar sig till mindre företag. Genom att koppla samman SPCS med Outlook, ger det användaren möjligheter att lagra mer djupgående information om kunder, deras kontaktpersoner och leveransadresser.Programmet har utformats i Borland Delphi och vi beskriver i denna rapport hur vi gått till väga för att skapa ett program som uppfyller vår uppdragsgivares önskemål vad gäller användbarhet och användarvänlighet.Vi beskriver även några av de grundläggande begreppen för vårt projekt, så som Screen scraping och API för SPCS och Windows..

It is widely recognized that the town of Södertälje, a small Swedish town of 85 000 inhabitants, has alone received more war refugees from Iraq than the US and Canada have put together. Whilst writing this thesis had nearly 6000 Iraqi refugees sought their way to Södertälje since the US invasion in Iraq 2003.Nevertheless, life is not what the media and the government retail. Six of these Iraqi refugees who resided in Södertälje share their life stories in the following thesis. They discuss their escape from Iraq and the difficulties of living in the segregated parts of Södertälje where they solely speak Arabic and Assyrian, whilst learning Swedish at sfi (Svenska för invandrare, Swedish for immigrants). Another distress is related to the unsecure future in Sweden waiting ahead.      The aim of this thesis is to engage in, and highlight the studies of six sfi-students in their endeavor to learn Swedish, whilst struggling through Swedish bureaucracy and experiencing despair due to their situation and uncertain future.       .

Denna studie har genomförts som examensarbete vid institutionen för Pedagogik och lärande vid Luleå tekniska universitet. Syfte med studien är att undersöka grunderna för det didaktiska urvalet i en integrerad undervisning och lärande inom de samhällsorienterande ämnena, samhällskunskap, religionskunskap och historia. Vi har tillämpat både en kvalitativ och en kvantitativ metod, den första i form av intervjuer med lärare och den senare i form av en enkätundersökning besvarad av elever i skolan. Resultatet av studien visar att de flesta elever har kommit i kontakt med ämnesintegrerad undervisning och de är i överlag är positiva till detta arbetssätt. Lärarna genomför ämnesintegrering för att eleverna ska få en större helhetssyn, en bättre förståelse och för att de ska göra en tidsvinst.

The purpose of this thesis is, through both a quantitative and qualitative study, to map out how the interaction appears between the established parties and the radical right-wing party, the Sweden Democrat?s (SD) and their core issue ? immigration in the Swedish parliament. By applying analytical dimensions on the parliamentary protocols regarding the immigration issue between the years of 2010-2012 this study will get an insight on how the argumentation concerning immigration has developed since their entrance into the Swedish parliament in 2010. The result shows that SD, through the rejection treatment of the established parties, fulfilled the three conditions which accordingly to the study's theoretical framework are crucial for the party's future success. In the established parties? reception of SD regarding immigration, SD is, to a large extent, left unchallenged as the established parties rather focus on Integration instead of challenge SD in the immigration issue.

Rapportens syfte är att arbeta fram förslag till en hållbar förnyelse av bostadsområdet Gulsparven i Trollhättan, på uppdrag av AB Eidar Trollhättans bostadsbolag. I dagsläget har området energirelaterade problem och är i behov av upprustning. För att komma fram till goda lösningar har litteratur- ochinformationsstudier, intervjuer med erfarna personer samt inventeringar av området gjorts. Förslagen åskådliggörs i form av ritningar samt 3D-vyer.Fyra förslag till förnyelse har tagits fram med olika grad av åtgärder, där två av dem kräver en omprövad detaljplan. Generella åtgärder, vilket gäller i samtliga förslag, är betydelsefulla lösningar för att växa mot rollen som ett hållbart bostadsområde.

The aim of this study was to examine what factors experienced psychotherapists emphasize as central and change developing in psychotherapy. The intention was to highlight the therapists' personal thoughts and experiences of psychotherapeutic change. By personal interviews with three cognitive and three psychodynamic psychotherapists, data was retrieved and then analysed with a qualitative phenomenological and hermeneutical approach. The study revealed great accordance between the psychotherapists regarding the importance of therapeutic relationship, factors connected to therapeutic treatment and flexibility regarding to the method of treatment. Moreover, it has been revealed that psychotherapeutic change in both treatments of psychotherapy is due to Integration between emotional and cognitive processes.

Målet med denna uppsats är att försöka få fram vilka som är de avgörande faktorerna som påverkar ungdomar med utländsk härkomst i segregerade områden att studera vidare efter gymnasiet. Metoden som används i uppsatsen är en kvalitativ metod i form av en s.k. livshistorieintervju. Genom att använda sig av livshistorieintervju ges möjligheter för respondenterna att berätta sin historia från uppväxten i hemlandet till Sverige och de nuvarande studierna. Uppsatserna utnyttjar teorier som berör invandrarungdomars skolgång, attityder gentemot det svenska samhället, social habitus, rationellt tänkande samt om de kom frivilligt eller ofrivilligt till Sverige.

Since the introduction of the European citizenship in the Maastricht treaty, social rights havetaken a back seat to the economic and political elements. Nevertheless, over the past yearssocial issues have been increasingly included on the agenda following the universalrecognition of challenges resulting from further economic Integration and demographicchange. The extensive research on European social policy so far tend to focus on initiativesput forward by the European Commission, and offers little to explain the multitude of lines ofreasoning on how far EU social policy should be taken or why it still remains one of the leastdeveloped policy areas. By examining plenary debates in the European Parliament concerningfamily policy, this Bachelor thesis aims to describe the complex of problems connected to afurther development of the social dimension of the European citizenship.The analysis finds that the most imminent problems impeding an expansion of the EU familypolicy lie not only in the many clashes of opinions between advocates of the various existingwelfare models, but also in the conflicts of interests and the different levels of ambitionbetween EU institutions - most notably the Commission and the European Parliament..

Tidigare forskning om skapande verksamhet i socialt arbete berör ofta bara en form av skapande, riktad till en specifik målgrupp som exempelvis konst eller trädgårdsodling för gruppen psykisk ohälsa eller teater för gruppen funktionshindrade. Denna studie syftar till att undersöka hur skapande verksamhet, oavsett form fungerar som metod i socialt arbete.Skapande verksamhet i socialt arbete, är en kvalitativ studie som bygger på deltagares upplevelser av att använda sig av skapande metoder, inom det sociala arbetets verksamhetsfält.Studiens teori utgår ifrån analysmetoden grounded theory och bygger på intervjumaterial ifrån fyra fokusgrupper som representerar olika sociala verksamheter i Sverige.Bättre självförtroende, identitetsskapande och lättare Integration i samhället är några av slutsatserna som presenteras..

Min uppsats handlar om situationer där jag har svårt att fördela min uppmärksamhet. Mitt fokus läggs antingen på barnet med speciella behov eller på barngruppen.I essän för jag en diskussion runt mitt eget förhållningssätt kring detta.Den senaste tiden har vi upplevt en trend att barn med särskilda behov ska inkluderas i all skolverksamhet. Syftet är naturligtvis gott, men min upplevelse är att det ibland kan leda till en ny form av exkludering. Det vill säga att de barn som inte fungerar som förväntat kan känna sig ännu mer utanför vilket kan få konsekvenser för att uppnå kunskapsmålen. Hur kan jag hantera detta som pedagog? I min essä undersöker jag problemet med hjälp av ett antal etiska teorier, pliktetik, utilitarism, diskursetik och fronetisk etik..

Daily citizens are informed by the media about the environment and the climate changes. The schools purpose is to educate students according to events that are of current interest and take place in present time. According to Swedish curriculum, Lpf94, all Swedish education should include and discuss the problems surrounding durable development. The purpose of the study is to se how the textbooks in History, Social studies and Geography and their contents meet the demands of the curriculum. The study shows that only the textbooks in geography meets the demands that the curriculums have on durable development.

Den här studien av en grupp ungdomar med utländsk bakgrund försöker skapa förståelse för, och beskriva, deras identiteter, och tankar om vardagen i Sverige. Huvudfrågorna är: Hur definierar de kultur och identitet? Vad har de för tankar om identitet? Hur klarar de av situationen i den nya kulturella miljön? Studie bygger på öppna, halvstrukturerade intervjuer i samtalsform med sju unga manliga och kvinnliga invandrare, två män och fem kvinnor. Deras berättelser växlade mellan de för dem välkända vanorna och de nya som de möter här. Denna lärandeprocess upplevdes svår att hantera och acceptera, men de har inte några andra val då de vill känna sig inkluderade i den nya kontexten.

The aim of the thesis is to highlight external factors to explain why the EMU was created. The external factor considered here is the monetary policy of the United States, which often conflicted with European interests. The statistical data in the thesis, as well as previous research, show that even though the EU economically in many ways had become an equal partner of the US during the second half of the 20th century, the union still faced US influence and dependence.The results of the thesis can be explained with neorealist theories on power measured as an actor's distribution of capabilities and balancing of power. An actor that is equipped with the world's leading currency is more independent from others. Other actors, on the other hand, become increasingly dependent on the major currency and the policy of its owner.

The aim of this study is to explore hiphop music as an aspect of youth socialization and the relationship between music creation and identity. The study is conducted through five semi- structured qualitative individual interviews. Our theoretical starting points are Putnam?s (2000) bridging and bonding social capital symbolic interactionism. We also have used a model of learning presented by Fornäs, Lindberg and Sernhedes (1989).

The use of ERP in organisations is very popular and many companies have embraced this paradigm without really questioning why. Problems therefore often arise and cause high costs which is a result of poor planning. The paradigm also has its origin in the traditional architectural design that creates a system that has difficulties to adapt to organizations that are constantly evolving. The purpose of this study is to provide a different view of how IT-systems can operate within an organization and show how standard systems can be structured. We emanated from a case study at Linköping University Library, where we studied the implementation and Integration of a standard system called Symphony.
